Quality Plumbing, we appreciate you. Nick fixed problems with our loo. He came, he saw, and was equipped. The pipe was cleared with a chainsaw whip. When our pipe was clogged - we were stuck. We couldn't flush - what the $#%&!? Then, the clogged-up toilet came and went. Thank you, Nick. You're worth every cent. We highly recommend quality plumbing...especially if you are in NW Seattle. We were able to get an appointment quick and they sent out a plumbing veteran which we needed for our old 1940-something house. Some of our plumbing was new and some still old...which can be a challenge for some guys out there. Our guy, Nick, had obviously seen it all. He was in and out quickly and very respectful of our space. If you can, I'd ask for him by name. You won't be disappointed. 10 stars, hands down.

    Possible solutions

They charge 250 dollars for the first hour. That's significantly higher than 175 dollars from Simple Plumber. If you can, try Simple Plumber first. But that's not the reason for this one star review. The plumper found that a screw was loose, and tightened it. The faucet was then fixed. It was done in under 2 minutes. However, we still got charged 250 dollars plus 25.25 dollars of tax. Sure, this was what we had agreed on, but that's not my experience with how companies typically take care of their customers. Not even a 1% discount? Plumbing Tip: if your single handle faucet leaks at the base, check if the screw at the hose is tightened. That's where we spent 275.25 on today. I hope no one else has to spend this much money for such an unpleasant experience.

In the finished basement again. Garage had pipes running on ceiling as well.

Quality Plumbing it is not. One star is too generous. This plumbing company was referred to my wife's 96 year old aunt by Home Owner's Club. Apparently they work together to fleece the elderly. They came in to re-pipe the house as her galvanized pipes were plugged. What they did after a week was leave her with a house not completely plumbed. They anchored the supply pipe on the outside of the walls and ceilings. They abandoned plumbing to a shower and sink. Charged about $7000 for this. I wouldn't think what they did would pass inspection but I'm sure they didn't get an inspection. I would not have ever imagined someone running water supply lines on the outside of finished walls. Just a few pics showing the lack of professionalism of this companies work. It only took them a week and $7000 to do this abomination! I wonder what it will cost to fix it. Three months after the job was done my wife's aunt passed away and this was left for the new owners of the house to deal with. So if you like your plumbing supply lines on the outside of the walls and ceilings so that you know where they are then Quality Plumbing is the company for you. Otherwise I say go somewhere else.

As this wasn't an emergency, the dispslatcher said it would be today or tomorrow before a plumber would be sent. He was sent today. Sean called and arrived early afternoon and looked at the repair. He presented us three options and solid estimates. We chose the middle one and then decided to also ask about a toilet replacement. Again, Sean presented us options and we agreed to one He gave us. As he didn't have the toilet on his repair truck, Bee's dispatched an employee with a new toilet. Sean was very professional in his work, answering questions as he proceeded with the work. He mentioned a couple of things that needed replacing due to their aging. We agreed to have them replaced. When Sean presented the invoice, it was exactly as he stated. At no time did he try to "upsell" items were didn't need, unlike other plumbing firms in this area that are heavy TV advertisers. I would recommend Bee's Plumbing to anyone that ask! Thank you, Sean! And, thanks to your employer for all they have taught you, in not only the aspects of plumbing but also in customer service!

Only now my kitchen is torn apart, and I was informed today that the restoration company has a backlog on the restoration of over a month and that I have to contract my own restoration company if I want it done sooner. I've contacted Bees and am waiting for a call back, yet again. I'd like to provide some feedback to Bees: I have made a total of 4 calls to your company over the last several weeks. Your customer service staff has always been friendly and concerned about resolving this issue. I leave the calls feeling like this issue will get handled. However, every time I have been told that a manager will contact me. This has not happened once. Not one phone call from someone in charge to reach out to me, to apologize, let me know what the plan is, what to expect, what the timeline is. I'm honestly fine with a phone call that says "we don't know but we're working on it. We'll call you on this day with more information." I don't understand why no one has reached out to me for a 5 minute phone call to let me know I'm not being ignored, in over a month. That needs to change.

It was a Saturday, so... not a great start to the weekend, and also, not a lot of (decent) plumbers available! Anyway, I posted a project on Yelp, and Homeservice Plumbers were fairly quick to respond after my other Project options (not to be named here) either demanded a phone number or made wishy-washy timing range options (which were not amenable to my schedule). Homeservice Plumbers was quick, to the point, and not pushy or demanding at all anytime I was talking to them. I scheduled for Tuesday between 12-2pm arrival, and Xavier, the first person who came out to see the problem, showed up in a timely manner (just before 12pm!) as he had another service call in the area. He was respectful of property (brought his own shoe coverings!) and was also pleasant to work with. Unfortunately he didn't have the tools, but he was the one to call in Nick who had the requisite tools for the job. He confirmed the service would be possible, and off he went. The next person, Nick was great to work with - he arrived promptly at 5pm (the quoted range was 3-5pm, which was perfectly reasonable), respected the property (brought his own shoe coverings, asked to use a small bowl to capture the grease drippings from the p-trap, and cleaned up after the work was done), and was able to provide a fair estimate for a high value of quality work. He finished by 6:30pm and confirmed the drain was working, and verbally confirmed (it's not on the invoice but I hope I never have issues again!) that there's a one year labour warranty - great deal! I never caught the phone "operators" name (my bad, she called me THRICE and I still never caught her name), but she was cordial, polite, and quickly handled my concerns for updates on when the plumber(s) would arrive. Scheduling through Yelp was simple and easy - and having no "service call" fee means there's no obligation to go through with anything you're not comfortable with. Anyway, short story (really) long: this company is on my list of "high quality work at a fair rate", because (1) they don't charge for service calls, which is a bold move in today's service-oriented environment, (2) they are reasonable with pricing given that I'd done some research beforehand, and (3) they verbally offered a warranty for their services, which means that they're willing to stand by the quality of their work. Call them today for your plumbing issues. Fair, honest, trustworthy service is hard to come by - the companies you see on the billboards aren't the only options in town!

I got a phone call in the morning at 8:26 saying they would be here in 20 minutes, I was still sleeping. Got out of bed and there was a knock at my door- 2 mins later! I was not prepared. He said they would be back between 2 and 4 to do the repair, they didn't get here until after 5 PM. I was severely overcharged. I was told I would just be charged for parts and labor. They charged me $250 for a $99 faucet, I looked it up. And charged me $500 for less than 20 minutes of labor. Obviously, the timeslots mean nothing to these people. And again, I feel like I was severely overcharged.
