For me, the gyros and the chicken shawarma were the stars. The falafel was also super fresh and a great appetizer. Prices were fair and we'll be back. A note on the gyros. We had both the gyro sandwich and fries and the gyro platter at our table. The size difference was quite something. The gyro was big. That with fries was a great meal! The gyro platter was HUGE. I ordered, stood at the register waiting to pay, and when he came back he asked if I needed anything else. I told him, "I need to pay," and he just goes, "No, you pay after you eat. Don't worry about it." You don't find many places like that anymore. The gyro itself was packed to the absolute brim. Honestly, it could easily be two meals. The meat had great flavor, the pita was fresh and flaky, and everything worked perfectly with the tzatziki, feta, lettuce, and tomato. The place itself is simple when you walk in. Nothing flashy, nothing overdone. But between the owner, the regulars, and the overall feel of it, it almost feels like you're sitting in someone's home you grew up in.
