Best contract killers ever!! I heard some scratching sounds coming from my attic so I started looking for an exterminator. I didn't know what was up there. After calling a couple of places I decided to go with Reed's. I admit it was mostly because the receptionist was so friendly and helpful, but I wasn't disappointed by the pest control service. They walked me through the entire process and even taught me some new things every homeowner should know and look out for. They listened to my concerns about pesticides. My son has asthma and we have a large indoor dog that will eat anything. The price was incredibly reasonable and the vermin were removed easily. I can finally sleep well knowing the monster in the attic is gone! read more

Called these guys and left messages with no response. My husband was finally able to get in touch and we scheduled them to come out today. They never showed up. There are too many pest control companies to bother with bad service like this. read more

We love Reed's so much. They have come out and saved us from ants, wasps, spiders, everything. They are prompt, very reasonably priced (and never try and upsell you), and always super friendly. We HIGHLY recommend them to take care of any and all your pest control needs! read more

These guys are great! They are reliable, knowledgeable, and responsive. They've helped with scorpions, ants, spiders, and wasps. They also do Live Oak trees. read more

So happy with Reeds. Jacob was our technician both times, and the communication was quick and helpful. He seems to really take his job seriously while being positive. Both appointments were scheduled quickly. Reeds really listened to my concerns of the fleas in the nursery carpet before my baby comes, and other problem areas in the home. They also gave me helpful information about flea eggs and how they are difficult to get rid of. The price was extremely fair and less than another company I got a quote from. The whole Lago Vista community recommended Reeds on social media, and I'm so glad. Me and my husband can already tell a huge difference, and we can sleep peacefully- especially since baby comes any day now. We will be using Reeds next time we need help getting rid of unwanted bugs! read more

They're fantastic! Very friendly, helpful and excellent customer service. We moved into a new home with a significant roach and carpenter and problem. Daniel came out and treated and within days we were seeing bugs everywhere... DEAD! They knocked out our problems and have helped us maintain a pest free home. read more

I cannot run out of good things to say about Reed's Pest Control. We called them to come try to catch a rat we had running around in our attic. David Reed came 4 times in the span of a week to set traps, change the bait, and check on everything. When we didn't catch anything, he promptly refunded all my money. After making 4 trips to my house! (I had to pay another pest company 9 times the amount that Reed's charged me to set traps, and they didn't catch anything either, but that's a different story). Since they proved to be trustworthy, I asked them to come do bug control inside our house. I asked for David specifically, since he's so polite, courteous, and informative! David came again, and gave us a very reasonable price on a pet-friendly and baby-friendly form of extermination, both inside the house and outside. We were bug-free for about six weeks. When we saw a few bugs in our home after that, I called them to see if they had any tips. They promptly came back and did another treatment for free, telling me that we get a warranty as well, not just the treatment. I don't think any pest control company can guarantee that all your pests will be gone, but Reed's will keep working until the job is done right! I highly recommend them. read more

I found Reed's Pest Control because a very large company, that I called for an entirely different reason, was trying to convince me I had termites. I didn't believe it, and fortunately I didn't. I did, however, do a lot of research and that's how I found Reed's. David came out and did a thorough investigation of the house and yard (and told me to put any pests I see in a plastic bag for him to look at). He assured me there was not a chance I had termites. That was just the start. And yes, the office staff is not only wonderful to work with but very knowledgeable, too. Reed's Pest Control is the kind of business you want every business you work with to be -- friendly, easy to work with, honest, fair, and of most importance knowledgeable. David and the rest of Reed's are more than a five -- they're a 10. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality pest control company. read more

We contacted Reed's to treat our new house. We scheduled an appointment and the Technician arrived on time and was extremely professional. We recently had been seeing a few ants and spiders. So this morning I contacted Reed's to come out and retreat the outside of our home. We were so grateful that within a few minutes the Technician arrived to retreat. Both times the same Technician arrived on time and was extremely professional! Nowadays it's rare that you receive quality services. We would highly recommend Reed's Pest Control. read more

Just built a new home and had Reeds come out and ensure the house is protected right from the get go. They are a true testament to the family run business. Good old fashioned service, quality work, and extremely knowledgeable. They're not pushy like other companies and don't try and sign you up on expensive contracts. read more

Called 5 companies for bids. $100 to ...really!? $275 (national company) for ant treatment. They had 30 day warranty. They called and asked if they could come early? Certainly! It was like magic, NO smell (I'm chemically sensitive) and ants were gone instantly, like magic. A week later, we found ants in a different place. Called them. Back in 2 days. Again, they called to come early...yeah! Treated the kitchen, then..wow, he said that they might have come in in the rain. Told him, no, we saw them before the rain. so he retreated, a not cost, the entire outside perimeter. Service doesn't come any better than this, -------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE and the ants came marking two x two. I called about another f/u treatment as it was still w/in the 30 days (orig. 8/23) and was told that there as only 1 f/u allowed after the orig treatment and any additional would be full price. Was also told that the rain (most of it was finished before he came the 2nd time) could have washed it away. I said, Okay and hung up. A few minutes later, I got a call back that he would! come back in 2 days and retreat at no charge. I truly did not even ask but assumed that it would be 30 days for any treatment, but I did not hear that there was a limit.....but in future I will try to check the weather report before calling in someone to treat the ants..hmm,...maybe next july...?? anyway, again,..... Service doesn't come any better than this, Thank you Reed! read more

I am thoroughly satisfied with Reed's Pest Control and impressed with their honesty. I called them earlier this week certain that I had a termite infestation. Dave came out, inspected the problem areas, and then performed a very careful inspection of the entire structure. It turns out that what I thought were signs of termites were simple moth nests. Dave pronounced our house in good shape structurally and charged nothing for his inspection. It is worthy of note that this company did not try to sell me a termite treatment that I did not need. Dave was honest about what the problem was, he told me how to avoid it in the future, and he asked only that I call him if we have a problem in the future (I'm betting it will be rats in the garden this summer). You may be sure I shall do so. When you find someone this conscientious and honest, you want to stick with him. read more

We've used Reed's Pest Control for the past 12 years. They have always done a wonderful job for us. They are prompt, polite and always seem to really care. We use Daniel and maybe that's because we got him the first time we called but he is GREAT! We've watched him grow up!!! If the problem isn't resolved, they come back and apply the treatment again. They give us great tips to help control the pests as well. They also do carpet cleaning and Daniel does that work as well. Always really happy with their service. read more

Like the other post, I have nothing but good things to say about Reed's Pest Control. We had an ant crisis in our home and needed someone ASAP. I called several places and none of them could come out same day, even a company that advertised 24hr emergency service. I called Reeds and they said they could come out right away. The lady on the phone (I think her name was Amber) was fabulous, so nice and helpful. Daniel was our pest control guy. He was super friendly, listened to the issue, took a look around, quoted a very reasonable price, and got to work. I trusted them from start to finish so i snagged a business card before Daniel took off - they have my business from here on out! read more
