However, the cashier went ahead and scanned my credit card and charged the item without my consent. I was under the impression when I physically swiped my gift card that's what the charge was going to. Just a word to the wise, pay extra attention and review your transactions before you leave. Upon calling about this issue the manager was very nice but still didn't realize I physically swiped my gift card and the cashier went ahead and swiped my credit card anyway.
