The staff is friendly and helpful with properly sizing your tot. Depending on sizes though, I find that there isn't as much variety as one might like. I come back every few months for my sons shoes and always a pleasant experience. read more

Particularly, an older gentleman with a beard that deliberately came out from the back to make a snarky comment about how long we were taking to look at things. I confronted the employee and he quickly changed his tone, but the experience was already ruined. Customers don't need to be rushed when making an expensive purchase, especially when we were being respectful of the store, staff, and other customers. If there is a time limit, then include that in your store policy and make it known to customers. There were other customers in there just as long as we were, so I am curious to know why we were targeted. We left and did not purchase anything - someone needs to retrain their staff/management on customer service. This company doesn't seem to care about negative reviews, as many others seem to have had a similar experience here.

If you are in more of a window shopping mood, they have samples of everything. At the cafe counter (also where you can pay) you'll find a small but mighty coffee menu. I got the gingerbread latte and loved every sip. My coworker got the latte with hot honey in it and said it had just the right kick. For a place that doesn't seem to specialize in coffees, they did make two wonderful drinks for us. There was plenty of parking and it looks like they do quite a bit outside (maybe on the weekends?) with the tree lot and farm in the back.

There were plenty of spots on a Tuesday afternoon around 3pm. When you enter you go through these giant barn doors. The inside is a lot of fall decor with candles, bakeware, kitchen towels, all the cute home stuff that makes your house extra cozy for fall. They also have a little coffee area too but I had already gotten coffee earlier so I didn't order any. Although everything was super cute, it was also a bit pricey so I unfortunately only bought some lotion which was really moisturizing and smelled AMAZING. Something I really liked is that you could sample most of the lotions and sprays so although I didn't buy them, I could at least try them out. If you go through the back exit, you enter the farm portion with a little pumpkin patch, donkeys, and sheep! There were a few places for "photo ops" too. If you walk further there's actually a little garden/flower field which was really nice to walk around and take pictures. You couldn't pick any flowers at this time but maybe we could've earlier in the season in the summer. This was a cute little farm that I would come back to for another season to see how they change it up. Although some of the items were pricier I would come back to get something as a gift. I think there's a lot of nice stuff to give for a housewarming and it's good quality too.

I was told that it depended on how bad the scratches were but the services would range from $25 to $70 The next day I visited Ski Barn and was told the scratches would need P-Tex and would be $75 to fill. It was annoying that it was more than I was told, but I was fine with this si ce I know I snowboarded on an area that was rocky last season. I picked my snowboard up a couple weeks later. It still had scratches. It was not worth their recommended service for the employees to not fill in the scratches. Would not recommend going to this Ski Barn.

I showed and asked the repairman which sample matches the table and it was NOT the shade I picked. The second time I told Paul the shade is wrong, he told me that if he has to order a new table it will be the last one even if the table is gauged, scratched, etc he will NOT fix the table. As a senior, Paul intimidated me, I kept the 2nd table, afraid the 3rd table's condition would be worse. The table is not hardwood. It is easily nicked. The table is rarely used and is covered with a tablecloth all time. Over-priced, poor craftsmanship and quality control and poor business attitude. I asked Royce, sales, how to clean the table and didn't know the answer. A waste of money. Would definitely not recommend this store.
