I took my girl here to purchase some clothes and spoil her with shopping lol. We are out of Towner's here and I thought it was some type of cute boutique store for women. Nice purses and pants for women of all ages and maybe sizes. Some of the people working here were not so friendly, but we didn't really care, we came here to have a good time in Jersey, and not get caught up with bad attitudes and drama. This is our vacation. I entered Fox's store in Manalapan/Marlboro. I was not greeted. After selecting 3 items, I found my way to fitting room. I had a question about 1 item but no one was around. After returning 2 items to their proper place, I proceeded to purchase 1 item. The employee working the register was involved in a conversation with another employee in the jewelry area and after a couple minutes finally turned to ring up my purchase. She insulted me by looking at me and saying she just bought same item for HER grandmother. I should have walked out. She really should not make comments like that. I guess I'll drop off my item to an old age home. Not fun, not funny. First time there, last time there. read more

I have shopped in the store before and loved what I purchased. This experience I noticed the saleswomen were assisting only the women who were older in their 50's-70's and blatantly ignored me and one other woman in her 30's and 40's. A very noticeable age discrimination. No problem! When I walked up to the register no one came there to ring me up. Finally, the store manager came to the counter to ring up my items and she seemed pleasant at first. Then another customer walked up to the counter asking a question and I was again ignored- not even handed my bag or motioned to close out my purchase. Completely ignored- without a "bye, thank you" or "have a nice day." It has been posted on social media that the same store manager has recently put up Facebook posts linking the clothing store asking for sales help one night a week and if "Anyone knows a Teacher who wants to make extra money!" Ha! EXCUSE ME?! Why a teacher??? Educated, making nice money, health benefits and would want to work with less?! The manager seems dense, and she lacks proper etiquette in order to manage a clothing store successfully. I have no desire to return here based off of the low quality performance assistance of saleswomen and lack of age acceptance. I can shop for WAY cuter clothes in the area, ignored, and thank you :) read more

Great little shop off Route 9 in Marlboro NJ. Very organized shop. Everything is sorted out by designer. They carry Byron Lars, Free people and Tahari at the fraction of the department store prices. They also have purses and jewelry. Great selection of coats and fall sweaters too. I just wish they would accept credit cards. They will only take cash or debit cards for purchases. I like using my credit card for perks. Also, I would like to suggest that they make their dressing rooms more private. I don't like changing in front of strangers. I'd prefer more privacy. read more

Fox's - Women's Clothing Near Me - Marlboro, New Jersey

Having shopped everywhere from Saks Fifth Avenue to TJ'Maxx, I have finally found The Holy Grail. I was brought there by a former employee that could never say enough about Fox's. I was enchanted not only by the clothing choices but the friendly and helpful staff from Staci; the manager, and customer associates; Bonnie, Marisa and Kailyn. Modern up to date fashion choices including jewelry, bags etc. flooded the stores and I went into the dressing rooms with both arms full and went back 4 more times! Let's not forget the affordable prices that made ultimately smile from cheek to cheek. I highly recommend Fox's to all ages and will surely be back for that perfect Holiday outfit and that " hopefull" New Year's Eve date..Thank you, Fox's! read more

I love Fox's. I picked up a Calvin Klein suit and a Tahari suit for work for $100 a pop, nice deal. Came back for skirts, and an Italian cashmere sweater for $50. Nice. They are a lot like Loehmann's except better! Great deals, and their stuff changes all the time. They also have a great handbag selection. Open late on Thursdays, cash or debit card only. read more

I love this store! They always have such a cute selection of clothes, bags and other accessories. I bought a gorgeous pair of real fur ear muffs and gloves from here and they are fabulous. The winter coats are always so cute. And they always have a great selection of bags and clutches. read more

Waiting for a dressing room. Young girl walks right in cuts the line, this after I was told there were no rooms available. I said to the girl working there she cut the line and she laughed and said yeah. I'm then told by one of the older employees that there's a corner spot if I want it. I said that girl trying on the beige dress cut the line and she starts arguing with me that she didn't and gives the girl a look and rolls her eyes. Will never shop there again. Nasty employee. I love this store. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and was offered help by more then one salesperson. Ultimately, Julie helped me with handbags, and was so knowledgeable about the brands the store carried. I love the clothing picks, different pieces, but had a bad experience today there! Last week a purchased a top there I was kinda in a rush, didn't have time to try it on, it was too small. I took it back today to exchange it for a lg and didn't know they have a 3 day exchange policy! Never heard of such a thing! 3 DAYS! I'm in retail, that is crazy! I was so disappointed with the service of this store. I went there in search of a formal dress. The staff members were engaged in a lively conversation. I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. I approached an older woman named Julie and asked her where the formal dress's were located. Well, she exclaimed that they don't carry formal dress's and offered no other suggestions. She merely pointed to the back of the store and said look there. Wow, I've been in retail for years and one thing you never do is point to the area. You offer suggestions and engage your client in conversation as to "what type of event" your going to etc. I'm new to the area and I couldn't wait to go to Fox's, I'm familiar with the store being from Long Island. I like the store, however, you have to be careful when picking your stuff. I bought nice CK pants, and when I brought them home, discovered sand in the pockets. Must be a hurricane Sandy survivor piece from Brooklyn store. Also pricing and quality are sometime incompatible - low quality pieces at high end prices.
