After repeatedly trying to get answers from Melanie, the owner, we contacted the designers directly and were told that they did not have any record of the store placing the order. When we brought this to the owner's attention, she said the designers were not being truthful and that the dresses had been ordered. We were later told by Melanie, the owner that the dresses had shipped, were returned, and then the package was lost. We were given a tracking number, but it provided no valid tracking information that allowed us to verify the shipment information and UPS stated it was invalid. After significant back-and-forth, we ultimately received a full refund, which we appreciate. However, the conflicting explanations and extreme and unnecessary stress of having to find replacement dresses for a time-sensitive event made this an extremely disappointing experience. If you are ordering a dress here for an important event, I strongly recommend contacting the designer directly to confirm that your order was actually placed.

The manager snickered when I tried to get a sense of what was actually in stock and potentially her sending pictures of the few options she said they had since they are a good hour away. They clearly can't be bothered with customers. We went to another formal dress shop instead that day, had amazing service and ordered her dress on the spot. So happy we decided not to deal with this place. I can't wrap my head around a business operating this way.
