I don't go to the outlets often but when I do its to purchase a bag. my last FOUR interactions with this location have been TERRIBLE! no greeting no assistance I was never acknowledged all four times I went. I went ready to spend and I felt invisible! The store associate looked past me and greeted the person behind me and never spoke to me. I did 4-5 laps around the store and nothing! so I left and went to marc Jacob's where everyone was so welcoming! I paid more but I also got better service!! read more

Last couple of times I visited I walked right out but today the place was amazing ... Jane made sure clothing were all separated by size and everything in the women's department was hung up ....totally impressive. Jane deserves a raise. Btw she was also helpful and pleasant read more

My mom passed away in November and she had bought birthday and Christmas gifts for the family. I didn't know who was to get what so I just brought them back to Macy's. I didn't have receipts so the associate asked for my ID. He returns the items and hands me back my ID and says, "Your credit will be mailed to you." He never told me that he would be mailing me a credit voucher and never confirmed the address is correct. If he had done so, I would have given him the correct address. Naturally, they can't do anything in the store about it so I have to call customer service. I have called every two weeks and talked to someone different every time, was told it would be credited to my debit card several times, and the last time I was told I will be mailed a credit. Now, I will have to make another call and hope someone knows what they're doing and actually do their job and send me my $130 credit. I will NEVER shop there again. I suggest you go to Freehold. Three months and I'm still getting the run around when all they had to do is give me a merchandise credit like ALL the other stores have done. read more

They had like no people at the cash register. There was only 2 people in front of us we waited 20 minutes and then someone else came helped us and left. They are slow if they have more staff shop here but if there is not a lot don't. read more

I thought the they acted rude, they have nice selections. Store got quality products just needs a revamp with some fun and rid them negative management attitudes. I think they got potential, I will go there for emergencies or if they improve. read more

impossible to find a register that's open. finally found one and after waiting about ten minutesin line an older woman cuts me in front of me. i called her out and the cashier STILL took her next.she goes "im sorry i didnt see you." Called the Mac counter here about the Selena collection since it sold out so fast here in Austin, Texas and they had everything I wanted and can ship to me for free and they were so nice about it I was so happy and pleased!! I was so excited I was screaming!! read more

Had little to no time to purchase a new wardrobe for a new job. Needless to say I was stressed and it seemed like everything I was picking out was black,white, or gray.. I was exhausted. Well BARBARA VALESE to the rescue! She seemed to spot the exasperation from across the floor and politely asked if I needed any help. And proceeded to very kindly assist me with a few key items that really made a huge difference! When I got home and took inventory of my purchases I was just so grateful! I could see how the pieces consistently just blended to make new outfits or accentuate my plain ones. Anyway I just wanted to voice my thanks.. Went in today to buy several suits for a wedding...the suit price changed before my wedding party was able to purchase which was disappointing, but I was accommodated with great service and support from Hassan. Ordered a rug online they delivered the rug to my house. When I called to see if it was going to be delivered by thanksgiving they assured me it was . After a few days checking to see if the rug was going to be delivered they informed me that it was scheduled for delivery by nov 30 .. So I cancelled the order & it was delivered... Now trying to get them to pick it up the rug for return & nobody at customer service knows what's going . I keep getting the run around.... The worst support I have ever encountered...... read more

Men's suit alterations...go elsewhere! Purchased a nice men's suit for my son's wedding. They couldn't get a simple sleeve alteration correct. One sleeve noticeably shorter than the other! While it took more than one call to get someone to help me...they did refund my alteration charges. However now I'm stuck taking it to another tailor to get it corected. Lesson learned for me...pay my local tailor with a long reputation of doing good work rather than a corporation that likely uses some sweatshop to do theirs! They aren't providing you any real convenience! read more

I'm shocked!!! I'm writing something positive about the one department store that I almost always criticize. The reason for my past criticisms were lack of help and sales people who show no concern for the customer. Today was different. In the men's suit department, there was 1 salesman who was really being stretched by multiple customers, me being one of them. Well, at 2PM an elderly gentleman names Michael came on to start his shift. I was lucky to be his first customer. He listened, found the right size and color and like magic... I had a great experience at Macy's. Michael told us he was 76 and worked PT to keep busy and meet people. You can tell by the quality of his appearance and conversation he was a very successful person in his earlier career. A fine man! Perhaps Macy's should look for more people who are in his lot in life. Thank you Michael. Without you, this review would be zero stars. read more
