I confronted the employee and he quickly changed his tone, but the experience was already ruined. Customers don't need to be rushed when making an expensive purchase, especially when we were being respectful of the store, staff, and other customers. If there is a time limit, then include that in your store policy and make it known to customers. There were other customers in there just as long as we were, so I am curious to know why we were targeted. We left and did not purchase anything - someone needs to retrain their staff/management on customer service. This company doesn't seem to care about negative reviews, as many others seem to have had a similar experience here.
