Why? She's been at Sephora for 15 years and she really knows her sh%t. I came to pick up my birthday gift, (you know as a beauty product junkie that's already a problem), ha! How do you just walk into Sephora and just walk out with your free gift? Well, I also walked out learning all about a brand called Drunk Elephant that I really didn't know much about. It was one of the free birthday products that was offered and I wound up picking it and LOVE it! So many awesome products, you can see the display in my photos. All natural and organic and paraben- free. It leaves my skin so soft. I'll definitely be back to try more products. I also came in for some Fenty foundation. Yvonne recommended that before i purchase a new foundation that I should wait until my skin gets its Summer tan or i would be wasting my money. What a smart idea! Being at Sephora is like being a kid in a candy store for me. Sometimes it gets very overwhelming and sometimes you just need some help. Well, ask for Yvonne and she will really help you and make you feel like a million bucks. Thanks Yvonne! Hope to see you again real soon.

Then she responded, "again, I cannot take your people coming to this country and using my taxes to fund your lifestyle!" that is when those around me, other customers defended me and I just left after purchasing my item. I felt so embarrassed and attacked, she racially profiled me for no reason. To be treated differently because my skin color is absolutely insane in 2025. This was absolutely disgusting and I hope the appropriate measures are taken. I will be taking my business to Sephora or elsewhere.

But after hearing Dr. Nikesh Patel at New Reflections Plastic Surgery come highly recommended by a few close friends, I decided to schedule a consultation. From the moment I sat down with Dr. Patel, the difference was clear. Rather than just administering Botox and sending me on my way, he took the time to understand my current routine--usually pre-event or vacation touch-ups--and helped develop a smarter, longer-term plan. As a board-certified plastic surgeon, his knowledge of facial anatomy, tissue behavior, and bone structure really came through. The level of precision and care Dr. Patel brings--even to something as common as Botox--is what sets him apart. I'm happy to pay a little more for that kind of caliber. After all, we're talking about my face. Highly recommend for anyone ready to move beyond one-size-fits-all injectables and experience care that's truly elevated.

This office was no help in getting an approval from our insurance company. The insurance company came back requesting more information and the staff called and said we were denied {which we were not} and ask if we would like to pay out of pocket. Once we sent in the additional documents to the insurance company, she was approved the next day. We went for the first appointment and my wife was excited to share this experience with me to only find out that I was not allowed to be in the room for pictures or the measurements. That should have been the first sign we should have left. The day of the surgery I was in the room with my nervous wife at the hospital and the doctor was ready to do the outline and I was yelled at to leave the room which left my wife even more nervous. She wanted me to hear and see what was going on in case she didn't understand what was said. Surgery came and went and we were at our first post op appointment and again I was told I was not allowed in the back with her. Meanwhile I was the one taking care of her at home. My wife was crying in the office to have me there with her and was told no. I was brought back at the very end and missed most of the care instructions. We were pretty much on our own to look things up because she had her drains removed and was more nervous about that and couldn't really pay that close attention. A week later it was time for her 2nd appointment and again I was told no, but this time my wife said no matter what I was going to be in the room with her. Well the doctor and nurse did not like that. We were in the room for at most 4 minutes and not a word was spoke to me and the doctor was having my wife stand away from me so I could not see what was being done. Her drain holes were not even looked at to see if they healed properly. The following week my wife called to make sure there would be no problems with me being there when her stitches came out. She was told no way and if I had to talk to the doctor I can do it in the hallway and that the office manager would be in the appointment the whole time and hold her hand. My wife expressed that she did not feel comfortable with the doctor and was again told no. We were also told that it is a plastic surgeon policy. Well at this point we called around to other surgeons and explained our situation and was told that they not only encourage someone to be in the room with the patient, they expect it. We went to that appointment and we were in the exam room for roughly 45 minutes longer then all the appointments combined at Dr. Bhattacharya's office. If you are looking for a support system and someone who will take their time with you then we would not recommend by any means Plastic Surgery Plus in freehold NJ. The doctor and his staff are very unprofessional and rude.

I walked up to the register expecting this to take maybe thirty seconds. The cashier looked at me and said, "I'll be right back." No problem in theory. Except what followed was one of the slowest, most passive aggressive performances I have ever seen in a store. He did not just walk slowly. He dragged himself across the store like every step was an act of protest. He went to deal with another customer somewhere else, moving at a speed that said very clearly, "Your time means nothing to me." No apology, no "Give me one moment," nothing. Just vanishing while I am standing there at the register like an idiot holding two candy bars. Then the return trip. Same slow shuffle back. No urgency, no acknowledgment that I had been waiting this whole time. By the time he finally got back, several minutes had passed for something that should have taken less than a minute. I told him, very calmly given the situation, that he should have checked me out first. His response was, "He was ahead of you." That explanation would carry more weight if he had shown any sign of trying to be efficient or considerate. Instead, he decided to prove a point. He started scanning my two candy bars with exaggerated slow movements, like he wanted to annoy me on purpose. This is not just bad service. It is contempt for the customer. If you work a register, your job is simple. Acknowledge the person standing in front of you. Move with some basic level of urgency. Do not act like ringing up two items is an inconvenience to you. And absolutely do not respond to feedback by intentionally slowing down more. Management needs to take a serious look at who they put at the front of the store, because this kind of attitude drives people away. I will go out of my way to avoid this location from now on.

VERY professional, knowledgeable, friendly, took her time and explained fully. I also liked the front desk Jessica who was efficient, responsive, welcoming and I watched her follow through on all commitments she made to patients checking in and out. I tried 2 other dermatology offices before this one and I was astonished at how poorly run they were and the dermatologist at each was only interested in pushing me to buy peels, etc. This place was really TOP NOTCH. When I had a very complicated issue involving a nerve they gave me a reference to an expert in that area rather than risking an issue for me. They could have done it and it probably would have been fine but fine is not good enough for them or me. They wanted to ensure I had excellent results and limit the number of times that something had been done. WHO does THAT anymore? They were great! TIP: If you go to the Freehold site, the office is located in building C in the back of the building complex and the sign out front says Pinho Professional Center on one side of the building complex and Cancer Center with Dermatology Associates in itty bitty print. The challenge was finding the site - but it is SO WORTH THE EFFORT!!
