After much research I had a consultation with Dr. Sparano and I knew immediately he was my guy (I did visit others but I was not impressed). Dr. Sparano gives you a great sense of being a caring individual right off the bat. He speaks to you with honesty as if he was giving advice to a member of his own family. He could teach many others about how to perfect great bedside manners. I had a lower blepharoplasty and chin lipo one week ago and I could not be any happier with the results thus far. I couldn't go without mentioning how beautiful his office is and wonderful each and every member of his office staff is. The appointments always run as scheduled and Dr. Sparano does not rush you and is willing to sit and answer any questions you may have. I have and will continue to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sparano to anyone who is looking to have any facial procedures and want absolute perfection.

He later recommended a second surgery to correct the issue, this time billing the insurance to cover the costs. However, the surgery also failed . My son has allergies and still can't breathe well, so I took him to another doctor who ordered X Rays. The images clearly show that his septum is still deviated .The new doctor advised against any further surgeries since my son has already undergone four failed procedures on his nose, and additional operations are not recommended . Having a cosmetic procedure which is not cheap and not getting the results you were promised is very disappointing .

I told her no, that I had been there before yet she wouldn't believe me, asked me if I had the wrong location and then finally realized that it had been a few years and that they didn't transfer my profile over. From there, I was standing at the front desk, waiting for forms to fill out, watching her print out documents and clicking on her computer, but she continue to ignore me. After five minutes, I just took a seat, as I figured that I didn't need to do anything. It would've been nice for her to let me know that I could sit instead of standing there. Eventually, I was taken into a back room where I was asked again if this was my first visit. It had been several years since I had been to the office, so the tech suggested Kim evaluate me before moving forward. I agreed. She took a few pictures and then proceeded to walk a few steps behind me and make work phone calls. I find it odd for techs to be making Work phone calls in the same room as a waiting patient. Eventually, she walked out the back door and I was left sitting in a room that had to have been about 75 to 78° in temperature. I'm not sure if their air-conditioning was working, but it was boiling hot in the office. By 12:20 pm I had had enough, and decided that this was definitely not the atmosphere I wanted to get any sort of aesthetic procedure done. I walked past the room where Kim was sitting with a patient chatting and told her that I was leaving. She followed me out of the office to apologize for my experience and let me know that she had lost a friend to a car accident and she was discussing that with her longtime patient. While I have sympathy for her loss, I don't have time in my work schedule to accommodate for her personal life. There is a time and a place for these conversations. I needed to get back to work for a business meeting and there was no consideration in her mind for that, which is why I will not be returning to this practice.

Every time I interact with someone over the phone they sound like I have somehow inconvenienced them. It's ridiculous that their email address and submission form on their website are advertised as ways to get in contact with them when no one responds. I spent well over a month trying to obtain written information on the procedures I have gotten done over the years as something had changed and I had an allergic reaction after my last appointment. Despite this, there was still no urgency on the front desk's end. When I called the first time I was told I would receive a response to my email and it never happened. I called again a few days later and the same thing was said and I still have nothing. Not to mention both people I spoke with were far from friendly or helpful. The poor customer service, as well as countless issues I have had with my filler and premature migration, is what made me switch practices. Nicole told me that my filler migration was my fault because of my anatomy. What's insane is she still offered to add more filler if I wanted. I received a second opinion from someone much more experienced and learned it's a technique issue and based on pictures I have, I had migration VERY early on. Nicole made me pay to get it dissolved when the migration wasn't my fault. Nicole also not only injected me with an active cold sore which led to an infection, but I had a scary occlusion because of her work. Her lack of patient education and one size fits all mentality is scary. Please do your research before coming here. I had one awful experience after another and am now with the most incredible injector elsewhere. I will never recommend this practice to anyone.

After 42 years of sinus issues and breathing problems, I'd nearly given up. Over the years, I saw a…read morebunch of ENTs around NYC, some with great reputations, and kept getting the same answer: "You're breathing fine with the medications." Meanwhile, I had drawers full of sprays and pills that barely made a difference. It wasn't until I had major surgery with Dr. Scaccia about 7 weeks ago (the surgery lasted almost 5 hours) that I realized just how badly I'd been breathing all my life. I found Dr. Scaccia after deciding to look outside the city for help. A few things stood out right away: his office has parking, he has his own complete surgical suite right in the building, and he's clearly someone who's made a name for himself in the ENT world. His waiting room is filled with plaques, research publications, awards, and even TV and magazine features. At first, I wasn't sure what to make of all that, but now that I've gone through surgery and recovery with him, I get it. I can say with full confidence: He is the real deal. From the very first visit, it was clear I wasn't just another case. Dr. Scaccia has a fast mind and a direct way of speaking. At first, it can feel like he's talking over you, almost like his brain is already a few steps ahead. But once you realize how deeply knowledgeable he is, it all makes sense. He took the time to look inside my nose and connect what I was saying to what he saw, and right away he had a clear sense of the problem. By the second appointment, we were going over a detailed surgical plan, and I remember him saying he was genuinely excited for the case. That stuck with me. It showed how invested he is in what he does, getting real results for his patients. On the day of surgery, which took place in the same office where I'd had all my consults, Dr. Scaccia didn't just straighten my septum, he basically REBUILT MY WHOLE NASAL AIRWAY. He discovered my septum was too thin and weak, so he grafted it on the spot to reinforce it. He reduced my turbinates, cleared out scar tissue from years of infections that I didn't even know were blocking my sinuses, and he did a few more things that were explained and went over my head medically, but clearly weren't over his. What really blew me away was that after everything he did, there was no pain at all. Seriously, not even once. This was multi-level airway reconstruction. There was discomfort, sure, but not pain. Maybe that's due to his technique and high precision, or maybe I got lucky, but I think it's worth pointing out. Since then, I've been back for weekly post-op care, and every week I notice another level of improvement. I never realized how much energy I was spending just trying to get enough air through partially blocked passages. Now, I'm breathing in ways I never thought I could. It's practically effortless. It's been life-changing. His staff is also incredible. They're friendly, organized, and really on top of everything. They called me between appointments to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. They had all the paperwork ready when I woke up from surgery, and they walked me through every question I had afterward. The whole operation runs like a well oiled machine. Every time I go, the office is calm and never overcrowded. I found out he only does one surgery per day, which honestly explains a lot. He's not rushing between patients or juggling five procedures. If it's your surgery day, he's focused on you and you only. Whether it's that approach or just the fact that more people haven't discovered him yet, I feel incredibly lucky I found his place when I did. If you've been struggling with chronic sinus or nasal issues, I can't recommend Dr. Scaccia enough. For me, it's the first time in my life that I feel like I can really breathe. That alone is worth everything.
