My son has allergies and still can't breathe well, so I took him to another doctor who ordered X Rays. I went into the office today in Sea Girt for a 12 o'clock appointment with Kim Clemente and was…read moreasked by the front desk, girl if this was my first time at the office. I told her no, that I had been there before yet she wouldn't believe me, asked me if I had the wrong location and then finally realized that it had been a few years and that they didn't transfer my profile over. From there, I was standing at the front desk, waiting for forms to fill out, watching her print out documents and clicking on her computer, but she continue to ignore me. After five minutes, I just took a seat, as I figured that I didn't need to do anything. It would've been nice for her to let me know that I could sit instead of standing there. Eventually, I was taken into a back room where I was asked again if this was my first visit. It had been several years since I had been to the office, so the tech suggested Kim evaluate me before moving forward. I agreed. She took a few pictures and then proceeded to walk a few steps behind me and make work phone calls. I find it odd for techs to be making Work phone calls in the same room as a waiting patient. Eventually, she walked out the back door and I was left sitting in a room that had to have been about 75 to 78° in temperature. I'm not sure if their air-conditioning was working, but it was boiling hot in the office. By 12:20 pm I had had enough, and decided that this was definitely not the atmosphere I wanted to get any sort of aesthetic procedure done. I walked past the room where Kim was sitting with a patient chatting and told her that I was leaving. She followed me out of the office to apologize for my experience and let me know that she had lost a friend to a car accident and she was discussing that with her longtime patient. While I have sympathy for her loss, I don't have time in my work schedule to accommodate for her personal life. There is a time and a place for these conversations. I needed to get back to work for a business meeting and there was no consideration in her mind for that, which is why I will not be returning to this practice.

Every time I interact with someone over the phone they sound like I have somehow inconvenienced them. It's ridiculous that their email address and submission form on their website are advertised as ways to get in contact with them when no one responds. I spent well over a month trying to obtain written information on the procedures I have gotten done over the years as something had changed and I had an allergic reaction after my last appointment. Despite this, there was still no urgency on the front desk's end. When I called the first time I was told I would receive a response to my email and it never happened. I called again a few days later and the same thing was said and I still have nothing. Not to mention both people I spoke with were far from friendly or helpful. The poor customer service, as well as countless issues I have had with my filler and premature migration, is what made me switch practices. Nicole told me that my filler migration was my fault because of my anatomy. What's insane is she still offered to add more filler if I wanted. I received a second opinion from someone much more experienced and learned it's a technique issue and based on pictures I have, I had migration VERY early on. Nicole made me pay to get it dissolved when the migration wasn't my fault. Nicole also not only injected me with an active cold sore which led to an infection, but I had a scary occlusion because of her work. Her lack of patient education and one size fits all mentality is scary. Please do your research before coming here. I had one awful experience after another and am now with the most incredible injector elsewhere. I will never recommend this practice to anyone.

She had another client waiting for her outside the room and apologized to them as she rushed me out of her room! On top of that I was sitting in the room with the numbing cream on my face for an HOUR! To then have her do the session inefficiently and sloppy? When I called to tell them I was extremely unhappy, I was told to email them "my side of the story of what happened" and when I did I never heard anything back and called their office multiple times and kept getting the silent treatment until I contacted my bank to dispute the charge because I had already paid for 3 sessions in full. I still had to pay $200 for her microneedling my face for 1 minute lol. What an absolute joke and a complete waste of time and money! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Fares Samra. From the very first consultation to my…read morerecovery at home, every single moment of this experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. If you are considering breast augmentation and want a surgeon who genuinely treats you like a person -- not just a patient -- look no further. What immediately set Dr. Samra apart was how deeply he listened. He took the time to truly understand my goals, my concerns, and my lifestyle before ever discussing surgical options. He understood that this was an emotional decision rooted in wanting to restore my confidence -- not just a cosmetic one -- and he honored that with the utmost sensitivity and respect. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was on a conveyor belt. Instead, he walked me through every detail of the planning process -- implant sizing, profile, placement -- making sure that every decision was collaborative and tailored specifically to my body and my vision. He never pushed a single option; he educated me so that I felt empowered to make the right choice for me. That level of patient-centered care is incredibly rare and made all the difference. In the weeks leading up to my procedure, Dr. Samra maintained consistent, thoughtful follow-up. He checked in regularly to make sure I had no lingering questions, that my pre-operative instructions were clear, and that my anxiety -- which was very real -- was addressed with compassion and reassurance. He never made me feel like a bother for reaching out. Every question was answered thoroughly, every concern was met with patience. By the time my surgery date arrived, I felt completely prepared and genuinely calm -- which, for someone as nervous as I was, is truly a testament to his care. Walking into the operating room, I felt at ease -- and that is 100% a reflection of Dr. Samra and his incredible team. The entire staff was warm, professional, and attentive. His presence alone is reassuring -- he radiates the kind of quiet confidence you want in a surgeon. The procedure went beautifully, and the results speak for themselves. His precision and artistry are evident; everything is perfectly symmetrical, natural-looking, and exactly what we had discussed; he did not meet expectations, he exceeded them. The man is genuinely gifted. My recovery process has been smoother than I ever imagined, and I credit that entirely to Dr. Samra's meticulous surgical technique and his dedication to post-operative care. But what truly blew me away was what came after the procedure. Dr. Samra has followed up with me every single day -- and I mean that literally. Daily check-ins, personal phone calls to ask how I was feeling, whether my pain was managed, how my swelling was progressing. He didn't hand me off to an assistant or send a generic message -- he called himself, personally, to make sure I was okay. Dr. Fares Samra is the gold standard of what a plastic surgeon should be -- talented beyond measure, detail-oriented to a fault, and genuinely compassionate at every step of the journey. He gave me back something I didn't realize how much I had missed -- my confidence, my comfort in my own skin, and the feeling of being whole again. His results are stunning, his bedside manner is unmatched, and his commitment to his patients does not end when you leave the operating table. If you are trusting someone with something as personal and significant as this, trust Dr. Samra. You will be in the most capable, caring hands imaginable. 10 out of 10.
