What an amazing mall/ outlet shopping .. a little far away from where we live but awesome to shop once in a while .. they have some amazing list of stores .. lots of parking available . I generally go there early and finish off before everyone comes .. when it opens at 11 , it is easy to shop around with less crowd . Billing is also quick at that time . Sometimes when it is too crowded , it's gets late to shop around .. Nike , adidas , Reebok, Clark's , Aeropostale ., Calvin Klein, bath and body works and so many other shops .... Amazing brands . Very good sale in most of the shops .. good service mostly . Fantastic value for money .. Would have given 5 stars , but wish they had more restaurants or food store ! We went to the Jackson outlet mall yesterday for the first time and they had a large selection of stores. We went to Crate and Barrel which had great products at amazing prices and a large selection! They also had sales at all of the other outlet stores for the holiday weekend. The parking lot had plenty of spots and it wasn't too crowded either, probably due to the rain. We will be back again soon for some bargain shopping when we are in the area! read more

This is a good location to find what you need. The hardest thing is finding parking. Once you find parking, it is good from there.

Very easy set up to hit many stores and find the clothes, shoes, or outerwear that you are looking for. I typically hate shopping for clothes but the many quality stores near one another made the trip enjoyable. There is only one food court that is quite small and not many options however they have a Nathan's Hotdogs there and a Chinese food option along with Gloria Jean's coffee shop. Definitely recommend checking the outlet stores out if your not too far away and want to make a day out of it. read more

Decent outlet mall close to Holland Ridge Farms. They have a decent collection of stores for clothing. The food court had only a couple of places opened on Saturday afternoon. Easy walk to go around the stores. I did not see any electronic store. Mostly clothing stores. I did find a Disney store there. Let's be honest, "outlet" is just polite marketing jargon for last year's inventory at this year's prices - a retail illusion in central New Jersey that must send the hyenas at the nearby Great Adventure Safari Park into paroxysms of laughter as fools and their money so easily part ways. The "premium" outlets at Jackson are in reality an unattractive mile long horseshoe of outdoor retail stores that encompasses the truly premium (Nike/Brooks Brothers) to many brands hiding out from their Chapter 7 creditors - a retail graveyard of merchants selling "outlet only" merchandise that can't cut it in their mainline stores. If you have time to kill feel free, otherwise take a walk in the park, it's time better spent and no hyenas. read more

We have been coming to these premium outlets since we were children. Our family went to this mall yesterday to buy a game for my kids. We were in a store called the Toy Chest and encountered the most discriminatory and disgusting behavior we have in over 20 years. There was obvious profiling by the cashier at this store because of the color of our skin. My 74 year old mother tried to pay for the game with a credit card and they said would charge a fee for purchases under $10. We paid in cash but asked if there was a sign saying that anywhere in the store that we may have missed. After we paid for the product she screamed at us to get out and was going to call security. Then the person immediately behind us with a different skin color paid for an item under $10 with a credit card without any hassle. I understand the holidays are difficult and this was a busy shopping day but this is really no way to treat people in 2024. Very bad customer care and this has completely changed our opinion of shopping in this mall. read more

LOVED this outlet!! I came here for the 1st time on Saturday and since it was the weekend before Christmas- I wanted to make sure I got here around the time they opened to avoid the rush. There was plenty of parking as they have a really huge parking lot. I was able to park mainly in the front of the stores I went in and I was able to mostly walk on one side of the outlets before driving over to the other. This outlet had stores such as Coach, Bed-Bath and Beyond, Adidas, Nike, American Eagle, Gap, etc. All the stores I went in, the store associates were extremely nice and courteous and it wasn't really a lot of foot traffic once I got there in the morning. Although the variety of restaurants in the food court was very limited- I still enjoyed my time here. I was actually able to find a lot of great deals at really good prices which is why I would recommend coming here. Overall, I had a great experience and can see myself coming back! Unfortunately I didn't really take any pictures since it was extremely cold this day and I was really trying to get in and out to avoid the weekend/holiday rush! read more

One of the few outlets in New Jersey and its located near six flags. Sometimes when we have some time left over, we head to this outlet. They do have some good deals, but it depends on the time you go. Parking is plentiful, but be prepared to walk because the shops are arranged in a U type layout. They have a food court but very small one in fact. The offerings is not too desirable, but if your hungry then go for it. They could use some better eat in options so its my recommendation to eat before coming here or drive out. They have lots of brand name stores, but my favs are Nike, Under Armour, and Gap. This is not bigger than the one in upstate New York but if you don't want to travel that long then this spot will work. Overall, if you like shopping and looking for some good deals and discounts this is the perfect place. read more

It's an outdoor mall and in a circular formation, so you can just walk your way around store to store. Be prepared for the weather elements & comfortable walking shoes. Tons of different clothing, sport, accessories outlet stores to chose from. I went around Memorial Day weekend so got great deals from American Eagle, Ann Taylor, Nike and GAP. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of these "outlet" stores. The prices to me for most of the stuff is still retail. At Christmas time my wife came to a store here and took pictures of what she wanted. When I came here to buy it I started checking prices online and almost every time I found a cheaper price for the identical item, including shipping. So much for outlet pricing. That said, my wife says she does pretty well here so it's not a total bomb if you know what you are doing. I, however, do not know what I'm doing so I typically sit on the benches in front of the store and let her do her thing. read more

I am not a mall shopper, I am a bargain hunter. I normally hate outlets because they are overcrowded and full of people who think they have money or mobs or tourist that have no manners. My experience at these outlets defied all of the above. I went late in the afternoon (7PM) and went to only 2 stores because I can't run up my credit card bill anymore. But I went to Coach and NY&Co and was treated very well. There were no lines, the sales people were helpful and I thanks to going the DAY AFTER Labor day, I still got an additional 30% off coupon and no crowds! i will def be returning to hit up their clothing stores and every other type of store they have in the plaza. i think this is a great alternative to mall shopping in the area and for a special occasion I would def take the drive for some sales. Otherwise this is a great option if you are taking your kids to Six Flags and mom needs something to do! read more

Jackson Premium Outlets are a solid destination for any serious outlet shopper. There's plenty of standard stores, but also a few that you can't find in many others, such as G.H. Bass (the one closer to me closed down and nearly broke my heart!) One perk of this outlet center is the circular formation, which means its super easy to go back and forth to your car, or drive between your favorite spots on chilly days. I love the Jackson outlets and have been coming here for years. On sale days, which seem like most of the time, you can get some excellent discounts. The outlets have everything from women's clothing stores (Banana Republic, Loft, NY&Co), children stores (Carters, Osh Kosh Bgosh), shoe stores (Naturalizer, Aerosoles, Clark, Nike), men's clothing stores (Van Hussen, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein) as well as houseware stores (Corelle). There are many other stores that I did not list. I shop at Banana Republic often. Today many items were already marked down and an additional 50% discount on top of the mark down. I bought a couple of dresses at a fraction of the price I would have paid in the mall. All the stores always seem to be having a sale of some sort. I highly recommend checking it out. Weekends in the summer can be crazy, so try to go during the week if you can. read more

I go for the Restaurant /Kitchen store and that is pretty much it. The food court is less then clean the staff all look miserable and acoustics are terrible- headache -- it has a Japanese/Chinese, Ice Creme, Italian and a Nathans- all which at some point had less than favourable results... So go for the shopping and food only if you must-- but you would think that this place would have put an Applebee's, Chilis or even a Dennys -- there is nothing -- NOTHING near by that screams come grab lunch with the girls and lets go shopping... read more

This alis a nice quaint outlet in jackson, NJ. I am not a fan of the layout of this outlet. First of all it's nearly impossible to enter the parking lot from the northeast side. They have all the stores circle the parking lot and the parking lot is pretty large so unless I plan to visit every store in the outlet you will have a long walk to the other side of the plaza. They do have many great stores, like Nike, under armour, famous footwear, coach, Disney and sports much more. There is also a food court in the far corner of the plaza and multiple gas stations as you exit the outlet. read more

Who in the world develops outdoor malls for snowy, icy, rainy places? I've seen several of these "Premium Outlets" malls, and they're fine in Florida where the rain comes on schedule. How should they work in other areas? In any case, as soon as I got there, it was pouring. There were a few stores I wanted to visit, but I wasn't enthusiastic enough to get out into the downpour. I LOVE the Jackson Premium Outlets! They are conveniently located a minute off of 195 (Exit 16). There is plenty of parking, and the outlet center is easy to navigate. They don't get to crowded, except on weekends near the holidays. This specific permium outlet is not as big as other- but it still has alot to offer! Some of my favorite stores here include: Gap, Nike, Banana Republic, G.H.Bass & Co, J.Crew, Reebok, Tommy Hilfiger, Maidenform, Coach, Kitchen Collection, and Yankee Candle. The food court is also home to guest services- make sure you stop here to get a coupon booklet. Coupon booklets are normally $5, but are free to military and triple a members. On a cloudy Sunday afternoon, my family and I decided to venture to the Jackson Outlets to treat my dad to some Father's day gifts. The Jackson outlets are a good place to stroll, walk around, and browse for sales. They always have parking available, and have convenient hours. I particularly enjoy going to Van Heusen for work clothes. They always have great sales on dress pants and offer a colorful variety in my size, which is great! The other store enjoy going to is Nike. These outlets are commonly overlooked since the Jersey Shore outlets are larger and closer to the parkway. While certainly not the largest or most exciting outlet mall out there, the offering of stores is good at Jackson. They have the major ones - Coach, GAP, Nike, as well as some smaller stores that catch the eye such as Kate Spade and Lucky Brand. Parking was not a major issue for me, as I didn't mind the walk. Essentially the stores are arranged in a U-shape, and parking is in the middle. If you get a spot close to the major stores you want to hit, you're set. As for the deals, it was what you'd expect at any outlet mall. We stopped by LOFT, Lucky Brand, Timberland and Yankee Candle to name a few, which all had good specials going on. One thing I like about the stores here is that they offer a lot of the same or similar products that you would find in the normal non-outlet store. A negative is definitely the food court and restroom area. The food court in this mall is really sort of sad and sad looking. They have hardly any offerings. However, they did have 2 food trucks onsite, which is nice when the weather is good. The restrooms were absolute filth, and pretty small. Overall Jackson Outlets is not a bad place to stop if you're in the area. I would recommend eating somewhere outside of the outlets either before or after your trip. read more

The Jackson Outlets is a great place to go shopping. The stores I visit often include: Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Bass. All three of these stores have great prices. Slick deals and good buys are littered throughout the outlets, finding them is the adventure. The weekends are busy and the weekdays are average. Would be 3.5 stars... Definitely smaller than some of the other locations, but they do have some good stores that are worth checking out (including Tommy Hilfiger and Nike). The layout of this place looks like a huge strip mall, therefore missing a store to stop at would be impossible. Walking through the whole complex is very relaxing, though. Never had an issue with parking whenever I came here. Definitely worth visiting at least once. read more
