The Jackson Outlets is a great place to go shopping. The stores I visit often include: Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Bass. All three of these stores have great prices. Slick deals and good buys are littered throughout the outlets, finding them is the adventure. The weekends are busy and the weekdays are average. Parking is easy to find and there are food venues as well. I've been going to the outlets for a while and like I said; if you find the deals then you'll be happy you went. read more

Not a bad place, really. I have worked at a few of the shops here when I was growing up, and never had a problem. A lot of places offer military discounts, but you have to ask. Gets very crowded in the summer, so if you go, then-go early or late. Not during the day. Their hours also change for winter, so be aware. read more

I'm a fan! It's not OVERLY big and there is definitely enough stores for the entire family to have at least 4 or 5 stores each (no matter what age/gender). Keep in mind that it does NOT have the higher end stuff (Tory Burch/Gucci/Burberry), but it has a decent selection for families to afford quality clothes (Tommy H., Brooks Brothers, J.Crew, Banana Republic), with a few sports shops, casual dress shops. I mean its wonderful to visit with a few hours to spare, without being tired or leaving empty handed (unlike Woodbury which is way too big to deal with), and way too crowded. You can always find parking here, and good deals. Always keep in mind though that some stores produce actual "outlet" style clothes that are not as great (J.Crew and Banana are two that disappoint me in this mall... some clothes are the outlet store quality and not worth spending)... just head to Brooks Brothers or Ralph Lauren on their sale days and get real quality clothes for cheaper. read more

These outlets over the years have gotten better and better. Growing up in Jackson I remember when it opened and there were a lot of family owned non name brand places in here. They have improved the selection of name brand stores and have a much better selection now. I specifically like to shop in Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, J. Crew and Lucky Brand. These are some of the better stores in the place. I will add that this place is called an outlet but I'm not really seeing the crazy low prices that would suggest. The best prices are at Banana Republic but as someone who used to work for the brand I know they create a completely different line just for outlet stores. So it's not the same stuff as in the regular store down the road in Freehold Raceway. They won't even let you return it there. So remember theres a reason for the price most times. My biggest gripe that I"ve always had with this place is the food court. It's not that great and has a poor selection. I give them the benefit of understanding this place is small and they can only put so much in. If you want to leave the outlets to get something to eat the only place right near it is The Java Moon. Other than that Jackson Township pretty much won't let any chain restaurants build in the area. So you will likely have to drive back to Freehold to eat near the mall. So you may as well just gone there in the first place. I really can't blame the outlets for this but it does stink you can't get a good bite to eat in the direct area. If you consider KFC a good bite then there is one down the street as well. So overall if you are from the area this is not a bad stop. If you are coming from Philly or NYC like I see a lot of the plates make sure you are doing a full day trip and hit up Six Flags Great Adventure too. If you're going just for the outlets you will be upset your drove all that way for something you can walk around in less than 2 hours and won't even have a nice place to sit down and eat. read more

The phrase "beggars can't be choosers" is appropriate to describe one's experience here. While there are certainly much nicer outlet malls with bigger selections or better bargains, you won't find them anywhere near here. Jackson Premium Outlets has a fine selection of big name stores, which offer a decent selection of merchandise at varying degrees of a bargain. The mall itself is OK (it's age is showing) and the parking is plentiful. My only warning: don't plan on eating at the food court, it's a dive! read more

Personally, I do not like Premium Outlets such as this one in Jackson, New Jersey all that much. They are all outdoors, they are huge and they are just tiring to walk from one store to the next to the next and to the next. This specific one isn't too bad because the stores they do have are good, like Nike. But the bad thing is that they do not have a huge choice of places to eat. Actually, they only have a sad excuse of a food court. And even then they only have bad Chinese food, bad Italian food, a newsstand, a bad smoothie and juice joint, and a decent Haagen-Dazs. The day I came here it was 85 degrees out so the chocolate shake really hit the spot. Look, I'm not going to discourage people from coming here. If they are into getting stuff heavily discounted then this place is for you. It's just a pain to get to, about a 90 minute drive from Manhattan. read more

we come here anytime we visit Six Flags and honestly we usually find good deals. They have really good stores such as Disney, Nike, Zara. The only thing I don't like is that all the stores are separated rather than being all together like a regular mall. So you have to drive or walk around to get from one store to another. read more

Great place to go and shop. Huge selection of stores to go to. It covers you and if you have kids. Nice little food court for when they get hungry. Right down the street from great adventure. I go to these outlet stores every time I am home in NJ. It is located near the Six Flags Great Adventure. So, if you are visiting there, you can easily stop by here on your way home. Stores are plentiful and include: Gap, Banana Republic, J. Crew, Ann Taylor, Van Heusen, Toys R Us, Bose, Nike, Pac Sun, Lucky Jeans, a random bookstore...and many, many more. There is also a food court area. In general, prices are cheaper than mall stores across the board. Some inventory may be from last season or overstocked items, but you can still find some great deals. Definitely worth a visit. But beware, this place gets crazy during the holiday season and on Black Friday!! read more

There's a bunch of designer stores here and it's always very packed on national holidays, because NONE of them are closed! It's probably why everyone seems to know about it now and has started going here. Make sure to check in on Yelp, and redeem your "Savings Passport" from guest services (they're located in the food court). Every store in the outlet has some deal, which is listed in the booklet, so get it first and then go shopping. We got 10% off our entire purchase at Ecco, and $20 off any purchase greater than $100 at Clarks. Every store has a different promotion, so shop accordingly. Only complaint is that there isn't any coffee nearby! There's a Dunkin Donuts just down the street, and the closest Starbucks is 8 miles away, but really wish there was something inside the outlets. To be fair, the ice cream place in the food court has thermos coffee, but that's still no excuse for a complete lack of a standing cafe. read more

Yes, I'm a fan! Nice variety of stores, and ample parking. Make sure to check-in with Yelp to get the current coupon book from guest services. There aren't many restrooms but they're always clean and well stocked. Security is visible, especially during busy holiday times. My only complaint would be that there isn't much of a selection of food and but the biggest gripe is there is no coffee shop! This is a particularly meager outlet - small in size and option. There aren't many shops, compared to the other outlets I have visited. I went into a restroom at the outlet and wanted to vomit. The smell of urine was overpowering. I thought that they would be disinfecting more often but I don't know when the last time someone cleaned the women's room. They really need to step up their cleaning schedule. read more

I really had an itch to go shopping and look for any good deals on a JCrew coat if there were any, so I talked my SO into driving the 40 minutes over to Jackson because this was the closest JCrew outlet to us. It was easy to get to once you exited, and it wasn't too busy surprisingly this past Saturday; especially since it was a bit warmer out and the weekend. Parking is free and the place is laid out in a giant U/C if you will, so you might want to start out at one end and make you're way around then cross the parking lot if you're done. Outlet shopping has it's pros and cons of course. This outlet mall is fill with typical, middle of the road stores/brands found at these chain outlets- Gap, BR, JCrew, Brooks Brothers, several athletic wear stores, Nautice, Ralph Lauren, Coach, Jockey, nothing terribly designer. We hit up JCrew first and I was able to get my shopping fix, though there were no coats (it was all summer clothing, and as much as I live in jcrew short shorts and dresses come warmer weather, it was a big big big giant tease as the parking lot was still covered by mountains of snow). Other than that store we hit up the Gap and Banana Republic, as well as the Clarks and Jockey store for the BF. I was pretty pleased with my purchase from JCrew and BR, but didn't really find anything else of interest otherwise. Be sure to eat before hand, as there is like a Nathan's hot dog and a Chinese fast food place and maybe one other eating establishment. However, there are a slew of children's clothing stores (there is at least 4-5), so I think I will have to make another visit for gifts for my goddaughters. I wouldn't go here if it was more than an hour away, nor do I picture myself spending more than 2-3 hours there (we were there for a little under 2 hours) but it's definitely not too far for a once in a while peek-in to the JCrew outlet store. read more

Hit or Miss depending on which outlet you go to! Some outlets really don't have that great of deals - Underarmor, Nike, etc. are all still overpriced in my opinion! (I work retail.) The Bass outlet has some really great clearance specials sometimes and they're really nice and friendly there! The Levis outlet has some good deals but the sales associates have some attitudes. I'll stick with Jersey Shore Premium or Peddlers Village by me. read more

I really like this mall. It's small, and it's very easy to navigate. The stores are all formed in a strip mall setting, and they have labels inside the strip mall, so you know which store you're going to. It's not like their sister mall, The Jersey Shore Outlets, where everything is in a zigzag. The mall does not have as many stores are Jersey Shore, it has the usual stores you would see at a mall, excluding Hollister, and Journey's, which I see at very mall. But, there is something for everyone. I could find several stores where I liked certain clothes. And, most of the stores are very decently priced for an outlet mall. Unlike, Jersey SHore. That place is very expensive. Only downside is, bathrooms were not that clean, and food court has nothing. Just a coffee shop, an Asian restaurant, a hot dog place, and Ice cream and that's it. I suggest coming here in the afternoon, after lunch, and before going for dinner. Overall, though great mall. read more

Great Outlet mall! I go to get my husbands work clothes and childrens clothes. I always get great deals. They have atleast 5 children stores, carter's, osh kosh and also the Disney store. I always go there for christmas shopping! The one thing I think they can work on is better choice for grabbing something to eat. I would recommend eating lunch before you go shopping. read more

I stumbled across this place while on a camping trip last summer and I'm happy I did. These outlets are right by the highway about 45 min to an hour from Brooklyn or Staten Island and right by Six Flags and Timberland Lake Camp. I came here during the week and it was very nice, not crowded. The second time I returned, it was a weekend. It was crowded but I expected that. Even though there were more shoppers, I was still able to get a decent parking spot. I've never had to wait on lines too long. At other outlets like Woodbury Common, I've waited on very long lines. This isn't the largest outlet location I've been to but it is one of the nicest ones. Always a pleasant shopping experience and not overcrowded, exactly what I look for. read more

This mall has some great options for shopping. It makes you wonder why are we paying for regular retail prices at the regular mall. But it does not have some nicer brands and what you find in some stores is just what it's really left from the other stores. Baby, kids and sport items are a hit for me, everything else it's just blah! Parking is great, location is very conveniente. I will also knock a couple of stars for it's horrible food court and eating options. It makes you want to run from this mall. There are a bunch of good stores and even when you think "wow the price on the tag is so cheap," a lot of times you bring it up to the register and it rings up for even less!! Shop here for for years sales people are so nice and helpful not pushy. I am a breast cancer patient and during the past 2 years of surgeries I've always been able to find a super comfortable bra with lots of help! The Jackson outlets are my favorite outlets in the Philadelphia area (I'm counting these as "Philly area" because if you live on the Jersey side of Delaware near Philly, it takes less than an hour to get there). There are a ton of great designer stores. The J Crew outlet, Ann Taylor, Levi's, Coach, and Lucky Brand stores are particularly good, and if you go at the right time of the year, you can get the merchandise for dirt cheap. read more

Typical outlet mall. My favorite store is Nike. I've found many great deals there. Not to mention they have a huge variety of shoes. The adidas store is pretty cool too. I didn't get a chance to go into Clarks but I'm excited to go back. The only downside is the food court. My husband & son ate at "Wok & Roll" (Chinese) and I had a slice from Sbarros. The pizza was awful! It tasted like a bad pizza you would get from the frozen food section at the grocery store. Even the Diet Coke tasted weird! Besides the food the outlets were great. Parking wasn't too bad for a Sunday afternoon. We parked by the Nike store. read more
