I give the mall four stars because of the number of different stores that I like however just like your typical outlet store, it didn't have a lot of sizes. Stores such as j crew, banana republic, Nike, and more had some pretty solid deals. Since I live in New York it was a bit of hike so I don't think it was worth the two hour drive that I made. read more

It's fantastic for anytime of the year. Baby shower gifts, Old Navy, Gap, Gap Kids, several shoe stores from casual to dress. The Clarks store, Ann Taylor, Fossil/Relic, Perumania, Lane Bryant. There are certainly good times of the year, and not so good. Of course, that's easy for me to say, it's 10 minutes from home and I can grab something on the way home. It's the total pits when it rains, and the bathrooms aren't very conveniently placed. read more

I absolutely LOVE the jackson outlets. I mainly go to the COACH store only because they have amazing deals thats so worth the drive from where ever you are coming from!!. You can easily get a $400 bag for $130 bucks i have bought 2 bags in the past for like $80 ...how can you beat that? This year i did my christmas shopping there and got my friends wristlets they came out to $40!! My friends loved it! (They always give coupons at the door for an additional 20%-30% off every item in the store) I will never shop in the mall for COACH again!! The other stores i feel have good deals are Yankee Candle, Aeropostale, Pac-Sun and the Disney Store (if you have kids to buy for.) Im ususally disappointed when i walk into the guess store. Prices are still kinda high for the name, at least i think so.. i went to look at the T-shirts and they were $20+ Parking is not really a problem ...even on weekends! Food Court Sucks!!!! There is an Olive Garden and some other places to grab food down the street! PS....Check out the website for hours and they have holiday sales on certain days! read more

Outlets have always been overhyped in my book and this place is no different. A bunch of stores I would never shop in and the ones that i would, basically sell merchandise that has been created for outlets and is no real bargain. Jackson Outlets has a lot of options in terms of stores (including corningware). Plus its in NJ, so i can easily drive past it from the beach (seaside heights) and six flags great adventure. I have never been there during Black Friday, but i hear good things. read more

Make the drive to the jersey shore outlets or just go to Freehold Raceway Mall. Much better prices out there than here

Nice outlet store selection here. Not great, but its been getting better over time as more big names move in. I am knocking it down an entire notch though based on the poor food court. Needs it in a different location or something with better selections for the kids. read more

Such a nicely laid out mall, unlike Woodbury Commons which can be a bit confusing. Plenty of parking available even though I went on a weekend. Got some good bargains and friendly staff in all the stores I went to. The food court is a bit limited though in number of food outlets there. read more

We visited this store on July 4 th week end . this our second time . We like it very much . The sale is great . We shopped the places like oskosh , pacsun , gap, disney,ch russo , aeropostle, timberland (for shoes) ,fossil (for watch) , vanhusen,childrns place and under armor . All of this stores are giving best deal as compared to regular stores . Store lay out and parking is simple and nice . The Food court need to improve . read more

Been here in America for a little over a month now but have done lots of bargain shopping, I would say that this outlet didn't excite me at all. I thought I will be bringing home with lots of stuff with me but went home with 3 pairs of socks as my only purchase which I got for $ 0.97. Nike, Reebok, Clarks, bass, nine west, coach, van huesen, izod, dress barn and fossil are some of the shops that can be found here. I then realized that not everything sold in the outlets are actually cheaper than sold in the malls. I have also been to the Atlantic city outlets and I would say items are cheaper there. Tip : for extra savings, some store have $ off if you will just text certain number yo get coupon codes. read more

All the stores are pretty decent besides its food court. There are different stores that are good for families.

Coming here during the weekends, especially in the summer is crazy making it very hard to find parking, but other than that, this place is great. There is a wide variety of stores for every style and interest. I thought outlets were supposed to be for the bargain shopper and things aren't really any cheaper than if you went to the regular store but at least everything is still in good quality. A good alternative and nice change of scenery to come here every once in a while instead of going to my regular indoor mall, but if you're coming for deep discounts, don't count on it. read more

I am very sad to be writing this review of not the Mall itself but the Mall Management and Simon Property Group Inc. I have been a manager in this mall for over 10 years and I have always welcomed the Fossil Car Club that would have events in the summer months on the last Friday of the month. This event not only helped boost local economy but created a sense of community and pride. On Friday, January 7, 2011, a letter was hand delivered to my store from the Fossil Car Club stating that the mall will no longer, after 11years, be hosting the event, unless the club paid a fee of $1,000.00 per cruise night and changed the day to Tuesday or Wednesday. This Club not only does this for the love of their cars, the pride of the community gathering, but to collect money for local charities and families in need. By having to pay a fee, now after 11years, will not help the charities the way they did in the past and will only hurt the community. I do a fair amount off charity events for people in need through out the community, and for a retailer to ask for money from the pockets of those trying to help those in need, is a gesture full of greed. As far as I know, no Store Managers, ( I know I was not) in the 71 stores located in the Jackson Premium Outlets was asked to do any research on the impact to their business, or if we would like to see this event continue. The previous Mall Manager would have fought for this event, knowing that it was very special to alot of people in the community for so many wonderful reasons. read more

if it were possible I would give these stores zero's. the couple of stores we went in bass, rockport, nine west were all picked over, items were mis-matched and to add insult to injury the prices were the same or higher than the regular stores they are aligned with. we will never go here again read more

The shopping was generally as pleasant as shopping usually is except for the occasional interruption of the musak to make announcements in a volume much louder than the background musak in a number of different languages. I found this to be very obnoxious and annoying, even though I am half deaf. I can't imagine how annoying this could be to people with normal hearing. A store clerk noted that they begin at 7AM at such a volume that they tend to "jump out of their skin". I did not have the opportunity to speak to their Japanese or Hispanic guests, but I would think that they also would appreciate a lowering of the volume. read more
