I am a big fan of their pizza. I get it at least once a week. It reminds me of the pizza I used to make with my mom when I was little.

Rocky was our server and was super friendly. He helped us pick out a wine to split and gave great recommendations on pasta dishes based on what we liked. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, which had a subtle hint of lemon that I surprisingly loved. My friend got the pesto pasta and really enjoyed it as well. I'm already planning to come back in the summer to enjoy the patio!

As a homemade pasta lover, Broaders' Pasta Bar is it!…read more We visited on a Saturday night so we knew knew there would be a wait. Note, they do NOT take reservations so it's first come, first serve. Our original wait time was around 1 hour but it ended up only being 35 minutes. Parking is quite limited but due to eating later in the evening, we were able to get a parking spot in their lot. Broaders' has both patio and indoor seating. Being the middle of winter, we sat inside. It's not an overly large restaurant so be prepared to wait during busier meal times (like dinner on the weekends). Our waitress was very nice, answered our questions, and helped us select the perfect wine. Shortly after ordering our wine, they brought out a complimentary bread basket which was delicious! We asked for butter and more of the foccaccia because it was SO good. For our mains, we got the Greek Salad, Ravioli Di Zucca, and Spaghetti Con Polpette. WOW! I don't have a single complaint. The greek salad was flavorful with all the mixed vegetables and dressed perfectly. The Ravioli Di Zucca was buttery and delicious and the Spaghetti Con Polpette was probably the best spaghetti and meatballs we've ever had. Somehow we had room for dessert and opted for the Tiramisu. It was good, not great. I didn't love that it was cut in the shape of a pie vs. a square -- Something about that threw me off. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend going to Broaders' Pasta Bar! You won't regret it!

The menu has a lot of options that sound good. I ended up getting the "chicken" entree and it aaa great! Two chicken breasts over mashed potatoes and covered with a delicious cream sauce. I do wish it had some asparagus included or some other vegetable but in any case, I enjoyed the entree! My husband got the NY strip and it was fine, served with a salad, but all other sides are a la carte. I think the cocktails are a weakness, not a huge variety and none were appealing to me, so I went with wine.

The staff is top-notch, Shauna, Zeke, Julie, and Jared make you feel right at home and always deliver great service. The ambiance is homey, it's a little hole in the wall under an apartment building. Beautiful and small little local Italian restaurant. Some of my favorites: Chicken Parmesan - absolutely to die for and large portion Steaks - cooked perfectly every time and great plain or with Sul Lago sauce Bruschetta, mussels, salads - flavorful and fantastic starters Delicious cocktails - well-crafted and strong Desserts - the blueberry bread pudding + chocolate cake are both unreal The filet tip gnocchi is a go-to, but I love trying the nightly specials, every pasta I've had here has been fantastic.
