Brought a troop of small kids in and they loved the basic pizzas while us adults enjoyed something unique. Great service. Good atmosphere, would come again.

I tried hello pizza after being a huge fan of young joni and sooki and Mimi! Ann Kim's takeout only pizza has to be good too, right? Well it is! It is thin crust style pizza and there are some very unique options for toppings. I tried the jalepeno and honey pizza which was super delicious and just a little sweet and spicy. The restaurant is right off of France Ave in linden hills and is super cute inside. We ordered on a Friday night and the pizza was ready in a reasonable time. The staff was super friendly on the phone and in store. With all this said, it is extremely pricey - which is the reason for the deduction of a star.

I found this recommendation when searching for best pizzas in the twin cities. The first time I went, it was closed! My fault, I should've looked at their schedule ahead of time; I was just so excited! The second time I went and was able to order inside. The employees were all friendly and patient while I decided on my order. I was the only non-employee in the space. I only had to wait about 15 minutes for my 3 pizzas to be made and baked! Once ready, I took the pies to my vehicle (currently, there is no indoor seating) and immediately started in on the thin crust pizzas! After trying all 3 pizzas, I decided that these are really great pizzas! Here's why: The thin crust is perfect to my liking: thin yet soft on the topping side and crunchy on the bottom! No wetness went through to the bottom of the crust. The edge crust without sauce was bubbly and cracker-like. The amount of sauce was perfect-- no toppings were sliding off! Good amount of basil on the Rita. My only comment on the sauce is that it was a little sour, like something was missing. The Sicilian blew me away! Again, great crust that was soft and bread-like to bite through and nice and crunchy on the edges! The amount of sauce and toppings were perfect -- the tomato sauce wasn't as noticeably sour as was on the thin crust pizzas. The herbs and spices were perfectly balanced with the sauce and cheese and bread. Great pizzas! Will definitely come back!

Make your own (sausage, spinach, & mushrooms), Sicilian Pan Pizza (cut slice), Hawaiian pizza, and garlic knot.

We ordered take-out and got a variety of pizzas. We tried the Sicilian, Hawaiian, a custom (sausage, mushroom, and spinach), and an order of garlic knots. All pizzas were good quality, but I had my favorites! 1. I loved the thick crust Sicilian pizza, but the thick crust was too much for one of my friends. Personally, I loved the crisp other crust with the soft inside and lots of cheese. 2. I loved the sausage on the make-your own pizza. The sausage had great flavor. The classic crust is also great. 3. My least favorite was the Hawaiian. I didn't love the bacon and the jalapeño peppers were too hot for me, but this was one friends favorite. I think regardless of your personal pizza preference, you can find something you will love at Hello Pizza!

A dang good pizza spot! Cute option near Linden Hills with authentic vibes. Several options to select from, including specials. They also have gluten free crust available for a few dollars more. Prices can be a bit high if you get the GF crust, but worth it to have a GF option! If you're looking for a cheaper and delicious option, try out their meatball subs! Or get a slice or two on their lunch menu. Cute thing I haven't seen anywhere else in the cities: Hello Pizza has a photo booth! The developed strips are hanging all around the restaurant :) costs a few bucks but is a fun family or friend outing!

We've picked this up for takeout twice and really liked it! The garlic knots and pan pizza have been great both times.

Love that we can get lunch time slices again, missed this place. I usually go for the pep, or a slice of the Sicilian.

Today I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Peter of Red Wagon Pizza…read more Over the last couple of years, Red Wagon Pizza (Peter) has hosted my family for dinner and multiple private events for my work always carving out time to share his story, connect with guests, and create an atmosphere that's both welcoming and inspiring. (I have also done his virtual class "Pizza with Pete" which is awesome) What really stands out is Peter's commitment to doing things the right way and that shows in how incredible everything tastes. Not only do they bring people together through great food and hospitality, but he also gives back in meaningful ways. A special shout out for his continued support of my kids' school, Annunciation. This kind of quiet, consistent generosity makes a lasting impact, and it doesn't go unnoticed. Grateful for Red Wagon Pizza, Peter (and his awesome wife) who leads with heart, build with purpose, and elevate everyone around them. (If you don't know Peter / Red Wagon Pizza ck them out)

Our server was very prompt, not really nice. As in, she literally threw the dessert menu on the table and said nothing. It was bizarre... she also wasn't overly knowledgeable in the menu. Just struck us as weird. Also expect slower service on the patio. It took a long time to get drinks and food. We didn't necessarily mind since we were all visiting, but if you are trying to eat quickly, it may be better to go inside. The patio was clean and a decent size for a Minneapolis restaurant. I never went inside so I can't speak to those vibes. We got the double pep, popeye with mushrooms and dry rub wings. I would say the dry rub wings are on the sweeter side but were pretty decent and not dried out. Get both sauces! The green goddess sauce was delicious! The blue cheese was done right! Plus you can dip your crusts! The pizza toppings were very tasty! The crust was just ok for me. I have heard they do an awesome happy hour! So definitely look into that. Overall this place was just ok for us.

This is a restaurant with great atmosphere in a downtown part of a community with great atmosphere…read more The entire restaurant's open format makes you feel like you are at a chill, laid back party where everyone is welcome. I've had a lot of wood-fired pizza and I think what stands out well on these pizzas is the dough. It has a wonderful chewy texture. Great cheese blend too. We got the pepperoni, a sausage (which was a little different and more earthly than Italian sausage I am accustomed to, but still very tasty), and the Funghi which had a lemony-tang to it. The Caesar salad was delicious. Very delicate, not in-your-face; I loved that. I love baba ganoush so I hope to try that if we go back - we didn't want to fill up on too much bread before the pizza! But the dip apps are a great idea since they have an oven and bread making going on anyway. The drinks were delicious and refreshing. They have a well-planned menu of both alcoholic and nonalcoholic creations. Many of them veer toward the spritz and refreshing cocktail recipes. I'm a sucker for limoncello and bubbly so I went right for the Capri Spritz, then sampled the Malena (like a margarita). I enjoyed both but the alcohol content for these cocktails was very low, particularly the first. Many restaurants do this now and I don't know if low alcohol is a current trend people prefer or if it is really just a cost thing. Not saying I need to get sloppy at dinner out or anything, it's just you always pay a mark-up for alcohol. I would definitely return, the food is good and it's a chill and relaxing place to be.
