One of my favorite pizza spots in the Twin Cities! Such a cute restaurant with a great patio. The inside gets quite loud when it is busy so I highly recommend sitting outside if it is nice enough. I love their hummus and their salsiccia pizza. We also had the funghi pizza which was also really good.

I love the pizza here and now I am happy to report l like their dips as well! I can't wait for the SLP location to open, which is closer to me! My fave is still the Bianca pizza but now I can also vouch for the Verde, so tasty! My friend was scared of "green" things but really like the verde regardless of the too-healthy appearance. One thing I don't love is they don't have a bar, they can only were the exact drinks on the menu and can't modify or make something else, however they said the SLP location will have a full bar! Great place, but make sure you make a reservation on a weekend!

First of all, the parking space is the trickkiest part. Street Parking only. The service was outstanding, love our server, she's amazing. Appetizers are most of my fav dishes. Super delicious and Plating is nice. ( Crudo need citrus to enhance the flavors) Pizzas are great. Over all, love the atmosphere, patio seating, and of course foods and location.

Birthday dinner for our son, who picked the place. Shared a Salsiccia pizza, a half-Marinara/half-margherita pizza, the roasted broccoli, and a Za'atar chopped salad. All excellent. Sat up in the mezzanine, which was quieter than the main floor. Too cool and windy to sit outside, unfortunately.

A friend recommended Rosalia and I'm starting to really like the Linden hills area for food and just a chill day out. Didnt make reservations, took a friend who was vegetarian and they had some good options. They were very busy, but got us seated after a 25 minute wait. Lovely patio, staff was friendly and was knowledgeable of the menu. We tried a pizza and because she was vegetarian, they took the bacon off and put it in a bowl separate for me. Everything was delicious, food and cocktails. They were very busy so it seemed like a little wait for stuff to come out, but overall good experience.

4.5/5 stars!! Ambiance 5/5 They have one of the best patios in MN! Such fun spring & summer vibes. I've sat inside as well, and I love the open kitchen concept with the upstairs loft. Food 5/5 I haven't tried anything here that I didn't like. The pizza is obviously the real standout. It's wood fired, so they come out extremely fresh and hot. My favorite is the Bianca. Service 3/5 Our waiter did mention they were understaffed, but the service could definitely be improved. Even the hosts seemed preoccupied. It was busy, but I remember this from previous visits too. Overall, this is one of my favorite summertime restaurants, their food, drinks, and vibes are superb!

Rosalia still earns 5/5! This time I was able to enjoy a full dinner here. They sat us upstairs, which was nice and cozy. I didn't have a hard time hearing the people at my table which is a plus. We started with the Three Dips again, which is a must to get your bang for your buck and try more things. You can get more bread to go with it if you ask, but we had to save room for the mains! The 4 of us then shared the Bianca, the Verde, and the Mortadella Panuozzo. The Bianca was the clear winner between all of us with the lemon ricotta. It was so unique and delicious! The Verde was fine, but lacked spice and flavor. The Mortadella Panuozzo is NOT a pizza, but more of a sandwich. Very thankful our server warned us of that. It was very creamy and delicious with the pistachio pesto and the burrata. Ending our meal, we got the Tiramisu Panna Cotta which reminded me of Flan. The wood fired white chocolate crisps were so unique and added the right amount of sweetness and texture. I also sipped on an oat milk latte as we ended the evening. Had a huge craving for pizza and had this place on my list to try. Why the heck did I wait so long. The vibe is a cool, casual, hip place for dates or friends. We split the insalata salad and a pepperoni pizza. The salad was delicious. The dressing was tasty and ingredients fresh. Nice zest to the salad. Perfect splitting size. My fav is when the pepperonis curl up on the pizza and these did just that. The crust was perfectly done and had a nice brick oven crisp to it. We sat on the upper level which was nice. On street parking was a bit of a challenge but it was a nicer warmer winter night so the couple block walk was fine. Great stop! Can't wait to go back.

Visited 8/21/25. Rosalia patio is always great for a summer day. Refreshing drinks and a solid menu make for a good experience. Only thing that made it a bit tricky was that some of the tables felt more pushed together, which made it harder for everyone to get through/navigate. Otherwise, service was solid, and pizza was delicious. Sourdough crust style really makes Rosalia stand out amongst other pizza places in the twin cities. I love both the gin and tonic and aperol spritz for drinks but I look forward to trying other drinks also.

We went to Rosalia to celebrate a friend's birthday and we had the best time!!! -All of their drinks are gorgeous and delicious. You can't go wrong with anything you order. -Za'atar chopped salad: I could literally eat this salad everyday. It was absolutely incredible. -"3 dips" are a great appetizer, can easily share with a group -Pizzas: I liked the Bianca more than the Verde but both were very tasty -Atmosphere is bright and filled with natural light. Patio is great when there's nice weather. -Our waitress was so helpful and provided honest feedback when we asked for help ordering pizza :) Highly recommend Rosalia!

Pizza is one of those things where it's never bad. It's usually good... but it's rarely great. Rosalia was really really good. The back patio was beautiful and so was the inside as well. It was nice out so we sat outside. Our waiter, can't remember his name, was friendly. The one funny thing was he took my plate away while it still had that one last bite left I'd kind of eaten around to make sure the last bite was the best... kinda broke my heart but wasn't a big deal. We got the Bianca and the Pepperoni. The Bianca has a bunch of arugula on it so it's a little bitter but the cheese, chunks of garlic, and lemon (which is pretty strong) balanced it out and the crushed pepper on it added a nice kick. For me, it still needed some kind of oomf to get it over the edge, a pop of flavor, but I'm not sure what. Overall though, it was good. The Pepperoni was the highlight, and what made it was the hot honey they had on it as well as the slight charring of the crust/pepperoni. The one tiny thing I would've liked was a little more crisp on the crust but regardless, floppy or not, it was delicious. If you're in the area, give this place a visit!

Thought it's a fancy pizza place, but their drinks, appetizers and vegetables are all fancy! Three dips is everyone's love. I am vegetarian, but I had to fight with my carnivore friends for this one. lol Pizzas are in thin crust. The funghi (mushroom) pizza is delicious. I am sure the non-vegetarian pizzas are awesome too, as we had nothing left. Love the ambiance, the glass wall opens up the entire indoor space to the outdoor. Will come back for more.

They serve some 80s-themed signature cocktails, such as the TMN Tea, Mike Tyson's Drunk Out, Macha Man Randy Savage and the People's Margarita, and have a huge assortment of tap beer. I tried both and they were really good. The cocktails are stiff and savory. Be careful when ordering some beer, though; some of them are THC-infused. Drinking those may get you in trouble at certain jobs. I got the Princess Peach Punch and Raspberry Cider tap beer. The place has a mixed crowd, age-wise. There were 21-year-olds to 60-year-olds. It was a pretty low-key spot that has specials every night. They have limited food options that feature pizza. There weren't many people there while I was there, but it was still a really fun place. I enjoyed my time there. I recommend checking this spot out.

In fact a neighbor across from the patio was literally painting his white picket fence! So, it's a unique setup for a mpls brewery taproom from the start. I walked in and was assaulted by a sickeningly sweet smell. Not sure if that's them brewing up their beet beer (beet beer--WHY?!) We both ordered the Saison. It had decent belgian notes but it was half-flat and a little sweet for my taste. It's nice they have a patio but it's beset by constant traffic from 44th St on one side and a parking lot with porta pottys on the other. Not exactly getting any fresh air. Moreover, the seating at picnic tables and high tops with cheap un-cushioned bar stools felt pretty half assed but that went along with the overall theme. They allow outside food and had a food truck operating when we went there which was a plus. Ultimately neither one of us were thrilled with our first tap so we bailed. Can't speak on the entire tap line but unlikely we will come back unless our friends ask us to. So almost nearly there in every respect but not quite. 3.75/5 rounding up to 4.
