Once I entered, I saw the front desk and apparel area and saw the cubbies to put my stuff in. They had glass doors separating the reformer area from the front which I liked. The reformers were quite spaced out and the equipment was really new. Even the bathrooms were quite nice and could double as a changing place. My instructor Jody was really knowledgeable and made sure to account for any injuries and added enhancements for each move in case we wanted to get more of a workout. She also made sure we got on and did the exercises safely. Overall I like this franchise because of how new it is!

The location can be a bit confusing to find if you are unfamiliar with the area, as its located in the back of the Tannery Row building (but the GPS brings you to the front). Thankfully, when texting with the studio regarding my appointment, they informed me that they are located in the back and this made things easier. I signed up for the introductory Private Pilates Package which allows me 5 Private Pilates sessions for $200. I have never taken a Pilates class in my life, so I was a bit nervous and intimidated. My instructor, Josee, was very warm, welcoming and explained everything we were doing in detail. The studio itself is really nice as well. Today at the Buford club with the PA system turned up very loud the girl starting blaring at 5:30 that the club was closing at 6 pm and showers closed at 5:45. This went on multiple times for the next thirty minutes. Every member there was shaking their head at the disgust and at how rude this was. Apparently it the norm because one lady said she experienced another time that was even more rude. I had my music turned up and it was drowning out my music.
