The activities that they do in their classrooms are incredible - they get to participate in Chinese, Spanish, Art and gym classes. The Director, Assistant Director and all of the teachers are very professional, and they genuinely care for every student that walks through their doors. When the boys wake up on the weekends and become disappointed that they are not going to school, it provides us with such peace of mind knowing that they love their teachers, friends and the overall learning experience that Cadence provides. Cadence has become a part of our extended family, and we are forever grateful that we found them.

She absolutely loved the school and really exceled. The staff and curriculum prepared her extensively for her dual language immersion elementary school. She still talks about the teachers and misses going to the school. We really appreciate the school hours and they are very accommodating with schedules so it's great for working parents. We also enrolled our son at Cadence since he was 3 months old and he is now almost 4 years old, about to start Pre-K. Ms. Mickie and Ms. Kelly are amazing. They have very high standards for the daycare and always communicate with the parents. I email them and will always receive a response within 24-48 hours, most of the time the day of. As parents, we really appreciate the communication and transparency. The teachers are the best of the best. Most of them have been there decades and they truly love the kids. We love Ms. Monica and Ms. Maria, they treat the kids like their own. It really feels like a family. I cannot rave about them enough. They also send daily updates on the activities, what they ate, and pictures throughout the day. There is Mandarin class every Tuesday, book days, yoga, arts and crafts, STEM learning, etc. We love the school and cannot recommend them enough.

Also not happy that they skipped lot of cooking class, we had no cooking class for 6weeks in the past. And they always short of staffs. It has changed lot of rules since we sign up a yr and a half ago. No longer flexible is great to describe it.

You just get on and go and ride around. There are unicorns, dragons, horses, lions, and such. They can take a grown person as well. So jump on and your off to the races around the walk ways. My youngest and even my older boy loves this! Heck I have seen many full grown adults on these. It is fun to Cruz the mall on these. Now the stuffed animals have seen better days! They are beat up pretty badly in some cases... and some do go faster then others but none of them go "fast". I just wish they would take some of the money they make and clean these things up... make them look good again! It is a cool deal to allow your kids a chance to be a kid... Especially after dragging them store to store shopping. If you're really adventurous get on one and have a race... fun times to be had by all!

Every month they…read morekept billing me over and over for things I've already paid for and every time I had to go through having them redo all my information and resend my new monthly fee . This happened every time . Then it's only been a month and my daughter has not been in weeks due to her behavior. So I decided to remove her . I asked for a refund on the money that was paid up front for things they haven't even done . They never received their shirts , not the uniform or nothing . They told me sorry were not refunding you but will gladly take your daughter off the team . To me that is absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I hate that it's the nearest cheer available. These people are so uptight and rude . They practically stole hundreds of dollars from me and my family for something she didn't even get to attend . I don't recommend this place unless your a stuck up , uptight person like them . Then it's perfect for you. Also don't pay fees upfront make sure your truly happy with this place .

Wanted to love this place, but lost complete trust in the instructors after being asked if my son…read morewas non-verbal after only 2 sessions. After the 1st class I was told my 2.5 year old son needs to listen better. Now of course, any 2.5 year old probably needs to listen better, and lord knows my son does, but considering he sat on the edge of the pool the entire class waiting until he was told what to do was impressive by itself. But no worries, I was working with him to listen to his teacher better. Yeah he splashed the water some and blew bubbles while waiting his turn, but come on. THEN to be asked on the 2nd day of class if he is non-verbal because he "only listens to her sometimes and only responds sometimes" was the final straw for me. He's 2 years old and excited to be at the pool. No he's not non-verbal, he's taking it all in and wants to play. He doesn't respond to everything you say and listen to you perfectly? HE'S ONLY MET YOU TWICE, HE HASN'T EVEN WARMED UP TO YOU YET! No 2 year old is ever going to listen to everything you tell them or do exactly what you say! Especially when he's in the same class as 3, 4 and 5 year olds. You can't hold him to the same standard. That's a huge age difference. And he was not being disobedient because I would've surely intervened. Terrible experience and will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. And worst part is, not a single phone call from management to understand what happened or apologize.

No matter how many times I corrected the owner he and the other counselors kept calling her 'dude' and 'him'. The place seems like it's run by a bunch of frat boys.
