This was my third visit, and the quality has noticeably gone downhill each time. There seem to be very few enforced rules regarding cleanliness or safety. The facility itself does have a lot of fun play areas for kids, but it's also extremely overstimulating with constant screens, loud music, crowds, and overall chaos -- especially on weekends. The pizza and food were also underwhelming for the price. Very small portions and cafeteria-quality. Party rooms are not well ventilated and after having a party of 25+ people, room smelled very badly. Overall: 3/5. Could be a great place with better maintenance, supervision, and cleanliness.

When we arrived, there weren't many people there aside from a few younger kids, yet the facility felt disorganized. I didn't notice any active cleaning or organizing taking place, and the two employees at the front desk seemed unfamiliar with the promotions being advertised. It made the check-in process confusing and gave the impression that staff were not well informed (also took away from the time kids could play/were standing around waiting). Later I did notice one employee "cleaning" with gloves on so I thought she was using chemicals or organizing but it was just mostly just dumping all the toys into the shopping cart. The promotion itself ended up being much less of a deal than it appeared online. Overall, the experience left me disappointed, especially considering the cost. I had been considering this venue for a future birthday party for my children, but after seeing how things were run during this visit, I will likely look elsewhere. For the price being charged for these parties, I expected a cleaner, more organized, and better-managed experience. Compared to other local centers, the activities were limited/disorganized.
