I needed to purchase Toyota Pink Coolant for my Highlander, so I searched online to find the best…read moreprice. I came across Toyota of Redlands and noticed that their online price was very reasonable. I called ahead to make sure they had plenty of the pink coolant in stock. I also asked if the online price was the same price I would pay if I purchased it at the dealership. The employee I spoke with confirmed that the online price was the same as the in-store price, so I decided to make the trip and purchase the coolant. When I arrived, I was greeted by Adrian in the Parts Department. I explained that I had called a few days earlier and was there to purchase the Pink Coolant. However, when Adrian gave me the price, I noticed it was higher than the online price. He explained that the online price and in-store price were different. I told him that the employee I had spoken with previously had specifically confirmed that I would pay the same price at the dealership. Although the previous employee had given me incorrect information, Adrian handled the situation in a way that really stood out to me. He could have simply charged me the regular in-store price, but instead, he took the initiative to honor the online price as a one-time courtesy. I was very grateful for what he did. It wasn't necessarily about the price difference--it was the fact that Adrian took ownership of the situation and made sure I left feeling valued as a customer. His professionalism, understanding, and willingness to make things right turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Overall, my personal experience with the Toyota of Redlands Parts Department was great, and Adrian's customer service made a lasting impression on me. In my personal opinion, I would definitely recommend their Parts Department in my personal opinion. I will also be returning in the future whenever I need Toyota parts or accessories. Thanks again, Adrian, for going above and beyond!

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Toyota of Redlands today. I have always…read morehad pleasant experiences here in the past, which is why today's experience was especially disappointing. I brought my car in because I had been hearing a noise coming from the driver's side for several weeks. After waiting a little over two hours, I was contacted by Steve, the service manager, and was told that there was nothing wrong with my car. I explained that I disagreed with the diagnosis because I could clearly hear the noise while driving. I was told that they have the best technicians and that if the technician didn't hear anything, then there was nothing wrong. I was essentially told that if I continued to hear the noise in a few more weeks, I could bring the car back and wait again to have it checked. As I was walking out, I decided to stop and speak with someone else because I knew something was wrong with my car. Thankfully, I spoke with Alex, who was extremely kind and helpful. He brought over Jimmy from the body shop, and these two gentlemen immediately took my concern seriously. They took me outside and quickly found a large nail in my tire. I was shocked because this was something that should have been identified during a thorough inspection, especially after I specifically brought the vehicle in because of a noise coming from that area. Jimmy then got in the car with me and took it for a drive. Within 10-20 seconds, he heard the exact noise I had been complaining about for the past three weeks. This was despite being told that the technician, Robbie, had completed a full diagnosis and found nothing wrong. I am very confused and concerned by this experience. If Alex and Jimmy had not taken the time to listen to me and actually investigate the issue, I would have left believing there was nothing wrong with my car -- when there was clearly an issue that was noticeable almost immediately. I am extremely grateful to Alex and Jimmy for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to listen to me when I knew something wasn't right. They are the reason this issue was finally identified. However, I am very disappointed with the way my concerns were handled by Steve and with the diagnosis performed by Robbie. This experience has left me questioning whether my vehicle was actually inspected as thoroughly as I was told it was. I have trusted Toyota of Redlands for my vehicle, and after today, I hope management takes this situation seriously and looks into what happened. Customers should feel confident that when they bring their vehicle in with a specific concern, that concern is genuinely investigated -- especially when the customer is telling you they can hear and feel something is wrong.

Noah was easy-going, polite, friendly, and fair...I know sales people have a job to do and Noah did the best job possible balancing being a businessman and demonstrating excellent and personal customer service. He also went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of at every point of the process. It's easy to feel like a "customer" at some of the bigger, corporate dealerships. Redlands CDJR felt much more cozy and down-to-earth, and Noah's mellow, no pressure energy helped us to drive away very satisfied in our new purchase.

Short of it is as follows: Brought our RAM truck in to be serviced under warranty for an airbag issue. Dropped the truck and was told it would be a multi-day job. Got a covered rental with them and went back home 50miles away. Got home and they called to say that they didnt have the part to do the work. (wow) Had some other work done since we were back home and came to get the truck next day. We were then told that we had to wait for the part to come in for that original work to be completed. 2months later we get a callback stating they had the part (airbag wiring harness). Called back several times to make an appt for the work to be completed under warranty and never got a call back. Holidays came, then the new year, and circled back in April with them again to get the warranty work completed since they stated they had the part some time before. We explained that we were 50miles away and needed to know how long the job would take. We were ensured that it would be a 1day job and that they had the part to do it this time. We brought the truck in again and upon arrival they state that the truck is now out of warranty and that we could be on the hook for some, if not all of the cost, as well as stating that it is a multi day job, and that we had to pay for the rental as it is out of warranty. (wow again) No one told us to this point that we were on any clock regarding warranty to get this job done by. They initially then came back with a 60/40 "deal" from Chrysler/Stellantis, which was still over $1200 estimate for a job that was suppose to be covered under warranty. We "proceeded" anyway under the guize that this still may be covered after appeal. Came back next day and explained to the Gen Manager the sequence of events that had occurred to date. They ended up cutting us a "deal" after discussing with their reps and the job would now be covered under warranty again due to initially getting the work started when the truck was under warranty, including the rental we had to pay for. They "tried" to remedy the situation by offering a cleaning of the cab and engine bay and we ended up piggybacking an oil change as well. Got the truck back and noticed that the oil life didn't get reset on the computer. Within a week the airbag sensor started consistently going off again, after they had diagnosed and replaced the wiring harness. Called back about 3-4 times, leaving messages on machines and with people, etc. No callback. 2 weeks later we finally get a hold of one of the points of contact and they admit the rental refund didn't go through and that the truck would be to be ran through diagnostics again, and that again this is possibly not covered under warranty, it would have to be submitted via their portal with Stellantis. The second time back on the airbags ended up being bad contacts under the seat. Moral of the story is the communication and stories they tell you there aint worth the squeeze. Wont be going back there for service, ever.

We worked with Matin and his manager Alfonso (AL), both of whom were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and presented us with several options that matched our needs. After discussing everything, we chose a vehicle that was actually located at another dealership but Matin personally went to pick it up and brought it back for us, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding. There was no pressure to add extras, though they did clearly explain available options so we could decide for ourselves. The finance team was efficient, and the whole process was smooth we were in and out and driving our new car in no time. If you're looking for great service and competitive pricing, I highly recommend Metro Hyundai. We'll definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again to the team!

First and last time coming to this location. We brought in our 2021 Kona Electric to get checked…read morefor any maintenance it might need. Dropped it off on Wednesday, May 7th and were told that it might stay over the weekend and we would get a phone call with an update. Two days passed and we hadn't heard anything. So we call the service department on the 9th and they say they'll call us back later that day. We never got a call back. We call them again on the 10th and the person who answered says they are short staffed because of Mother's Day and could not give us an update on the car, again saying they'll call back. Two more days passed without any contact at all so we call again on Monday the 12th to ask about the car. The person on the phone asks if we got the right location because they can't find any information about us or the car we dropped off. At this point we were obviously concerned, so we drove to the location around 1pm to speak to them in person. The guy asks for our last name, and when we tell him, he says he can't find anyone in the system with that name. Thankfully, we brought a spare key and were able to prove that the Kona in their lot was ours. The guy then explains that they hadn't even looked at the car, that they only had one EV mechanic, and that they were going to get started on it that afternoon. Again, saying we would receive a call. We never received a call that day. They finally took a look at the vehicle on the 13th or 14th, a whole week after we brought it in. And WE had to be the ones to contact them to get an update. They had told us the car "stopped charging" all of the sudden and they already ordered a part that was going to take an entire month to arrive. It was frustrating having the car at this location without any updates or follow-through on communication. Not to mention not even having our correct information in their system. We would understand if they had been honest and explained to us from the beginning that they were busy and wouldn't be able to look at the car until a week later. But keeping us in the dark about everything was super unprofessional. I was also 8 months pregnant and working at this point so having transportation was essential for us at this time. It would have been the bare minimum to be taken into consideration and communicated to as the costumer. Eventually, they gave us a loaner and we didn't get the car back until 5 weeks later. And now we have to deal with visible damage to the front bumper which was never there before. In addition, it looked like someone intentionally unplugged our dash cam and didn't bother to set it back up before returning the car to us, so the cable was just hanging there in front of the windshield. I assume they didn't want to be liable for anything that might have been caught on camera while working on the car or taking it out for drives? That felt sketchy. Oh, and a noticable sticky stain was left on the floor that smelled like monster energy drink, along with greasy fingerprints all over the dash. I'm assuming they took the car out to grab lunch? It was in mint condition when we left it. Seeing the other negative reviews, I know others have experienced similar things. I should have looked before deciding where to go. Since then, we've taken the car to Riverside Hyundai and it's a night and day difference. Pleasant people to work with, smooth communication and quick service.

I dealt with a sales person who was very kind in the beginning and then as time and discussions with sales managers on duty became more nefarious. I was told multiple times that they would run both our credit, or put us together to purchase the vehicle ... lie! They just continued to use his account. They repeatedly asked us to just go ahead and surrender our vehicle to Nissan, stating that "we don't need to worry, they wouldn't collect on the surrender". We didn't need to worry at all as they have people who look at these things and tell them it's not worth it and that it would benefit my husbands credit if we surrendered instead of hurting it.. in the long run... sounded fishy to me too!! My husband and I are not those kind of people, and I was prepared to walk away. They panicked and began to "run more numbers and I was given a specific price and because the account is under my husband's name and is currently injured, the sales people transferred and emailed all of these papers to him. He even had the sales person from Nissan come down to our house to get him to sign the paperwork. They didn't go over it with me, didn't go over anything with him, no one informed him of pricing structure, cost of the vehicle, anything. Sadly, we believed them and the price we were offered, we were so wrong!! Shady things are happening at Nissan of Redlands!! We were under the impression that it would be a certain price and we got our first bill from the company that took over the financing and It was significantly higher than we were told. In all the time I've purchased cars I've never gotten counter offer letters, we're now receiving several with counter offers stating this is how much we can offer you if you choose to take this as a counter offer. But now after reaching out to Nissan, they're telling me oh well this is kind of what you just have to deal with. I should just get rid of them and that they do this all the time. I should also just deal with it and understand that the amount you got is the amount you're gonna have to stick with... oh well! I have been told that I can come down and talk to the finance person. Andy if I want to. I was told several times over the last couple of days tbat the GSM, Andy and the Customers service manager would want to hear my story. As of this writing (one day later), Phil Jimenez the sales manager on the floor today said, there's not gonna be much he can do, but I can come down to speak with Andy if I want, or the manager on duty, tomorrow. According to the current manager on duty 9/19/2026 - Phil Jimenez informed me that there's no one above him there because the owner won't speak to people and there's no one else in their corporation will talk to me because they're just a corporation (he wasnt even sure what they were named) - Nissan of Redlands Association or something. It was very difficult speaking with this individual representing Nissan because it's painfully obvious once they had your money, they don't give a shit anymore. They've gotten exactly what they want from us, they've made a sale and from that moment on you're just a number ! PLEASE CONSUMERS BE WARY OF NISSAN OF REDLANDS AND THEIR NEFARIOUS, NO LONGER CUSTOMER CONCERNED FOCUS!! I can tell you once this car is done this will be the last time we'll be doing business here, possibly with Nissan at all. They have made a VERY unhappy customer and I will be telling as many people as possible about the treatment we received the service we've received and the way that they do their customers. It is typical for a car dealership sadly but still disappointing nonetheless..
