Very competitive pricing on milgrad windows! both my mom and my brother had their windows replaced from them, so i thought i would give them a try for my own house too. crystal was able to give me a good price (although we wish for more since we purchased so much from them already as a whole family! xD) but i would not hesitate and consider them again in the future for the rest of the windows we haven't replaced yet! read more

ECCI is hands down the BEST flooring contractors out there and their prices are very competitive (get a couple of quotes and you'll see yourself)! I just finished a big remodel of pretty much everything in my home and had my fair share of the good, bad and ugly (even had to fire another crew but that's for a different yelp review). Needless to say, I know what I'm talking about when it comes to dealing with contractors. Throughout the entire process there wasn't one instance where I regretted hiring and working with ECCI. They were wonderful! From my initial appointment with Crystal to the installation with Fernando, everything went flawlessly. Crystal is straight forward, HONEST, and patient. I had to switch plans a couple of times due to some personal preferences and Crystal was very flexible in working with me. Crystal makes sure she sets realistic expectations for the customer (including timelines and budget), is extremely accessible and available for questions or issues, stuck to the schedule we set from the beginning, and was very good at anticipating issues that might arise during installation so that I could address them before hand and make some decisions. She also came out to my home a couple of times--once to check on the demo and once during installation. Crystal is very hands on and it made for a smooth installation. There was no delay in the installation, there were no excuses as to why something did not get done, and there was no blame shifting to other contractors for something that was missed (all things I had to deal with from other contractors). All of this made for a GREAT experience. After the dust had settled and I had a chance to look closely at the floor installation, the few things that I thought could have been done differently (extending a baseboard molding a little more, cutting the register cutouts in the baseboard closer so there wasn't as big a gap, etc) were very minor in nature and when I asked Crystal to send Fernando out one more time to fix them, she sent him without a hassle and she also followed up with me to make sure the issues were resolved. That's my kind of customer service! Get it 99% right the first time around and come out without an argument to fix the 1%. The installation flooring team at ECCI, from what I can tell, consists of Jose and Fernando and occasionally the owner helps out. I highly recommend working with Crystal, Jose and Fernando as their attention to detail and work ethic is by far amongst the best I've seen. You can't go wrong working with EECI for your floors!!!! The only thing I wish I would have done differently is hire them to do my windows and doors as well instead of the people I ended up hiring. I'll be a repeat customer for sure. read more

Second time using ECCI to install new Milgard windows and doors on another home for me. Again not disappointed with their work. Professional on time and communication is good as well. The feeling coming home is such a difference from my old windows to the new. I would recommend them to more family and friends. read more

As you can see I normally don't post reviews that often but based on the experience I had and the final product I felt I had to. A picture is worth a thousand words so if you decide to read my review or not, all you need to do is look at the before and after pictures to see what an amazing job they did. Give them a call for an estimate; you won't be disappointed! I had been contemplating a remodel for my kitchen for years but just thought it would too expensive. One day out of the blue, I just decided to get estimates so that I could determine whether or not I could afford it. I called 4 companies and ECCI was not the lowest and not the most expensive. I knew I wanted to choose a company that was reputable but also fair in price. I choose them because they were knowledgeable not just about kitchen but for general construction, since I needed a wall removed. I also chose them over the less expensive mom and pop shop because they were a licensed contractor. Due to the work being done in my house, no matter how small or large of a project, I didn't want someone unlicensed working in my house and run the risk of them getting injured. I didn't want to be held responsible or liable for their injuries. From beginning to end, ECCI went above and beyond my expectations. Ivan came in for an estimate and provide me with 3D drawings. The images really allowed me to visualize the end product. Long was my project manager and along with his team, "Bird", Hai, Angel and Victor, they were all very friendly, professional and CLEAN. After each day, they cleaned up whatever mess they made. I was actually surprised since they would have to come in the very next day and make the same mess. So the extra time they took at the end of each day showed me how professional their company was. Long provided me with updates twice a day which was extremely helpful since it help me coordinate my schedule around the work and I was never left wondering what was going on. Their experience and craftsmanship was truly portrayed throughout the entire project. I am overly analytical and can be and probably was a pain in the ass to work with but they couldn't have been more accommodating and understanding. They delivered as promised and on time. They started the day they informed me they would and completed on schedule. There were some hiccups along the way but with any construction project those are bound to happen. But they took the time and worked with me and found quick solutions to ensure the project was not delayed. I believe I made the right choice by selecting ECCI. I couldn't be happier with the results. I never expected my small ugly old kitchen could transform into something so beautiful and modern. I hope to start remodeling my master bath soon and will definitely use them again. Thanks ECCI! read more

I've been searching all over Yelp to find a good company to replace my parents Windows. At first I was skeptical because of the reviews but I decide to give them a call anyways to receive a quote. I called and was helped by crystal. She was so patient with all the questions I had and was super helpful I ended up saving so much money! Love that they are also a family owned business. Customer service is great. read more

ECCI did a great job installing my Milgard Styleline windows. I had been working for Crystal for a awhile on my options and she was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. When we finally pulled the trigger on our 7 upstairs windows we were very pleased how well they turned out. The order came in within 2 weeks and ECCI were available to install right after. The install itself went very well and the windows look great. The project turned out so well that we are about to move forward with the downstairs windows as well. If you are really looking for a great value go with ECCI, you will not be disappointed. read more

never got any work done from this company because their quoting experience was so unprofessional and never clear about the work that would be preformed. First quote that was send over was just a total amount. There was no separation of labor and material. and then when I ask to separate it they put notes in there that said there would be extra charges for patching and painting for the holes that were going to be left with the job. If I wanted a quote that left the job half finished that is what I got. The installer never even saw the quote and when I asked them why they were 30% higher than other quotes I got a bunch of back pedaling. The installer even mentioned that he never sees the quote and when I told him how much they were charging he said that was way too much. such a bad experience here ... wish I didn't have to give a star to write a review. read more

We've been shopping around for some windows and good thing we found ECCI. Ivan gave us a quote that made it hard to go back to other places. We really enjoyed working with him and we have an appointment this weekend for him to measure our bathrooms. We're remodeling both bathrooms with them as well. read more

I initially was going to go ahead with a 5 star review but due to last 2 months of continued lies, delays, and non communication I have to say that I am greatly disappointed in what ended up as a good renovation. Things started off hot and heavy as ECCI was making very good process on our house. But later on, we found ourselves at a slow creep where we were scratching our heads on when the renovation will be done and when we can finally move in. In the end, we were very satisfied with the work performed and paid them in full even though Long told us that he will be coming back to do a few retouchs that we had identified. That happy feeling is long gone now as it has been 2 MONTHS and still no finalization of the minor touch ups. Ongoing messages asking when he will come back and have been met with answers of next week or in a few days only to hear nothing but dead silence. No text back saying I'm sorry I can't make it this week, NO FREAKEN ANYTHING! I'm sorry to say that I am fed up with it. On that note, here are some points that I hope you will not have to deal with. Crystal was great to work with. Any time I had an issue or wanted to purchase something, she was on top of things. Vinh wasn't so much as I kept asking for shower measurements and certain quotes and he never got back to me the entire time I worked with him. Ivan designed the kitchen rendering very well but the communication between him and Long need to be worked on. Sometimes, I even wondered if they were talking to each other about our project or not..... #1 Please have a drop dead date or completion of project date in the contract. All of us understand that house renovations timelines aren't that accurate but our completion date got pushed back about 3 times. It will be up to you to manage that too as I had to constantly ask for information and if we were going to finish on time.... #2 Communication with Long is not the best. I don't want micro managing of the employees but for god sake, at least give me updates on what is happening and when from time to time! We had the understanding that we were going to be 2nd priority but in the last month and half I had to continuously call or text in order to find out about what was going on and what is the schedule is. Never was he proactive about giving that information to me ahead of time so I know what was coming soon. I shouldn't be told that the plumbing guy will be here today to work on the house only to find out when I get home at night that he wasn't there. I shouldn't need to keep REMINDING YOU to remember to come back and fix these dang things if you tell me that you will contact me next week or in a few days to do it! #3 Make sure you ask that measurements be taken twice or even verified 3 times.... I bought a certain amount of backspash and tile for the flooring and was then told at a later time that the amount needed was much more. In one instance, I had to pay more because there was no supply and I had to pay retail rather than the sale price. Again, 5 stars at the end of the project but 1 star in the end...... Guess once they have their money, the rest of stuff don't matter.... read more

We started out needing our 2 upstairs bathrooms redone and called a few different companies. Crystal came over and did some measurements and gave us an itemized quote. The price was not only on the lower end and very reasonable, but we also felt that communicating with Crystal was always easy and straightforward. Thuy, Da, Angel, Ronald and his crew, and everyone else they had to work on our bathrooms were very professional and friendly. As expected, there were some small bumps and delays along the way, but everything was taken care of promptly, until we were satisfied. We added on some last minute extras and changed our mind a few times, and they were able to accommodate easily. We were so happy with their work that we decided to redo the floors as well, and that went really well too. Crystal always gave us as much information as possible so we could make our own decisions. They have a showroom with lots of samples to choose from. Their prices wasn't always the lowest, but came really close so we decided to pay a little more for the convenience of them picking it up and returning any extras for us. She was never pushy or tried to upsell anything and we appreciated that. Since that project, we've had 2 emergencies that occurred (the joys of living in a 40 + year old house) and Crystal has always been able to help us get it taken care of. They will be our go-to for house projects because they've gained our trust and are awesome to work with. read more

My wife found an oak door for sale on facebook. The door was left over from a previous job, the door was new and in excellent condition and the price was very fair. The problem is poor communication and a smug attitude from Ivan. I was to pick up the door Friday and I texted to set up a good time to pick up the door. The text went unanswered, I phoned later and texted again and then got a text that because of a family emergency could we schedule for Saturday. On Saturday I texted shortly after 9:00 am and my text went unanswered for a long time. I retexted and when I was texted later in the day , Ivan texted me Saturday was also not going to work and he suggested Sunday. I texted him that my time was valuable to me and that I had other things to do and did not appreciate sitting around. I suggested 10 am Sunday morning as it would be a 1 1/4 hr drive to his store and I did not want to spend the entire day picking up a door. He countered 12 noon and I suggested 11:00 AM as he should attempt to accommodate my schedule. He agreed to 11 AM and requested a text 30 minutes before my arrival. I texted at 10:20 and arrived at 10:50. After a few texts he finally arrived at 11:25. He left late and did not have the courtesy to reach me early in the day so I could have left later. I told him it was disrespectful not to value another persons time. He said smuggly he had wanted 12 noon and that if I did not want the door he would just sell it to someone else. Not the slightest hint of an apology. He is not someone I would want to do business with again. read more

Thanks for the response to the review Ivan. There are some holes in your response that I'd like to address: I had written in my review that Long responded to the initial rain damage w/ 'Long agreed to ensure a proper seal on the sliding glass door and he agreed to replace the damaged wood floor.' I never discounted that Long was wiling to do the work the first time around as he stated 'they (ECCI installers) probably couldn't get their fingers inside between the protruding stucco design and the door.' This is when he initially thought the water intrusion was from the top of the door which was not sealed. When the manufacturer rep was called out, his assessment of the sliding glass door was that there is no manufacturer's defect. My husband was present at the time as well as Long. The rep could not attest to whether or not the sliding glass door was correctly installed. The rep was not provided the evidence of the sliding glass door being removed to asses the actual installation procedure. We did NOT select or hire the leak detection company. Long had recommended the leak detection company (he said he got it as a referral from someone he knew). Long had made the initial call to the company to come out and I only confirmed the time with them over the phone based on Long's requested time. The written report form the leak detection company did NOT dismiss possible water intrusion from the bottom of the sliding glass door. The leak detection rep also stated to me in person that it's most likely coming from the bottom of the sliding glass door but changed his narrative when Long arrived and Long started pointing to other possible areas of intrusion. That's when the leak detection specialist agreed that other means of access was POSSIBLE. However, when the leak detection specialist thoroughly checked the other means, he said all areas were dry & verbally said it's most likely coming from under the door (this was discussed verbally before Long arrived). Long arrived about 30 minutes late even though he's the one that requested the time. We do not play childish games either as this has taken up too much of our time and energy. My husband did not 'continually harass & threaten with multiple calls, voicemails & emails DAILY'. All were in a professional manner AFTER Long did not follow-through. We've also been keeping a communication log & they were not daily. It was only after multiple requests that we received some sort of response (an example is your YELP response). How is it that we received an email from your office saying that you can no longer assist us on the SAME day that Long told us on the phone that he's going to check the schedule with the office & get back to us with a start date? This is after a week of Long saying that he's going to a Milgard training session to get additional information & also leading us on saying that he needs to check the work schedule to fit us in. After our attempt to contact ECCI for over a month, Crystal finally sent an email on April 11 requesting a meeting date that was only convenient to her & Long. When we could not meet those dates/times due to my husband's busy military reserve travel commitments, we provided alternate dates/times which did not work for her & she responded with 'Next week is pretty busy for Long and I' & asked to meet in May. Since May was still far away & we wanted to address the issues, my husband requested a conference call in the next 72 hours & he requested a response in the next 48 hours since it's been so difficult in getting a response from them. That's the 48 hours that Ivan is referring to in his response which was requested on April 11. On May 1, it is the first time we've heard from them since April 11's email & ECCI's method of responding is through the YELP review. ECCI is playing the victim here by saying that they are a 'small company' but Long was eager to share how busy they are, that they have multiple jobs going on at the same time, that Milgard is so surprised and impressed with the volume that they do & wanted to know how they do it. Long is also happy to discuss his current personal project where he shared with me that he's spending over $100k on renovating his new home. He showed me pictures of the upgraded flooring, how he opened the ceiling to create an open, high ceiling for his wife, the designer walk-in closet that would costs thousands for others, the updated kitchen & bathrooms & the list goes on. Does this sound like this is a 'small company' that could be taken advantage of? The video I'm posting clearly shows that ECCI did NOT properly prepare the track to install the sliding glass door. The entire foundation of the track is uneven with concrete which should have been evened out, glue/seal from the original door that should have been shaved/cleared off, uneven and inconsistent glue/seal that ECCI layed as well as having shims which created an opening for water to intrude. read more

Crystal was really helpful in picking my floors out. I had two other companies state they were not able do vinyl flooring in my home. But we were able to get them in and I love my floors. My wife and I were in the market for new entry doors. I discovered ECCI Windows & Doors from a posting on craigslist. Crystal assisted us and I immediately recognized that she was a very service-oriented person. She answered all of our questions about the products she had available. We checked with other suppliers of doors and discovered that ECCI had the best value for the type of door we were looking for. Our second visit to their showroom only confirmed that our first impression was valid : they conduct business in an open, transparent way. I purchased 10 windows and a patio slide door from ECCI over few weeks ago. I am very excited to leave this outstanding review about their sales team and install crew. When my outdated Windows and Doors needed replacement I quickly looked up local companies around my area and saw that they had great reviews so I decided to contact them for a quote. When I called, the sales person I spoke to was Vinh. He was extremely knowledgable and informative about the different options and styles they offered. I was very impressed by both his professionalism and most of all pricing. I must admit I was a little skeptical because their price was so much lower than places such as Lowes. I thought for sure there had to be a catch. So the big day finally came. My installers included Long and his team. They arrived on time as promised and assured me all would be complete that day. 7 hours later, all my windows and doors were beautifully installed and they swept and cleaned up before they left. I am amazed at the quality of work and the customer service provided to me from ECCI. I would recommend them to anyone I know in a heart beat!!!! Great customer service!!! Best prices!!! If I could rate them 10 stars I would!!!! Run don't walk to see them for a quote, you won't be disappointed. read more

I must say this is the worst Windows company I have ever come across. I did business with them a coupe of months ago and they never honored the warranty they gave me. Working with ECCI for replacing the dual glass panes in many of our windows has been one of the most stress free experiences we've encountered during our recent home improvement projects. Crystal gave us a very good price and then kept us informed throughout the entire process, while Rick and his team did a great job with the installations. We did encounter a very slight delay for a couple of scheduled installations, but they were resolved to our complete satisfaction. Everyone at ECCI was very friendly and professional and we will definitely use them again. read more

My parents had shutters installed by ECCI and they turned out wonderful, so I of course, the company came highly recommended. My shutters turned out great in my new home. I loved working with Crystal at ECCI. She was extremely helpful and friendly from the beginning. I had an excellent experience with her and the company. Their prices are very reasonable. I had a little hiccup with the installation company, but the issue was fixed and everyone was very understanding and friendly. Crystal stayed in contact with me and was very upfront about everything. I highly recommend ECCI. I would advise anyone who is looking in to purchasing shutters to contact Crystal. I would also advise to be very clear with the installation company when they come out to measure. Be sure you know exactly what you want to avoid any miscommunication. I will definitely stick with ECCI for any home remodeling from now on. read more
