Ivan and his crew remodeled my most recent project and they did an AMAZINGGGGG job, they gutted the home and practically rebuilt it from inside out (including new AC, electrical, and plumbing). As a Real Estate investor, I have remodeled and flipped over 13 houses. Ivan's workmanship is definitely one the best I have seen in the industry! He pays very close attention to detail and does a phenomenal job managing the crew and meeting deadlines. I highly recommend Ivan, he is very professional and I am so glad to have met him... and have him on my side!!! read more

Ivan and his crew were professional, responsive, and delivered amazing results! I needed new hallway cabinets and a new bathroom partitioned into an existing room and talked to many different contractors before finally meeting with Ivan. He sent me a mock up of my new bath and estimate within the next 48 hrs. Thuy and Angel worked tirelessly to complete my build in a timely matter and were very considerate of my space and my pets. They were positive, thorough and pleasant to work with. They genuinely enjoy their job and it shows in their attention to detail. Very happy with their service and work and would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

PHENOMENAL WORK!! Full kitchen remodel - new cabinets, countertops, appliances, garden window. I relied on Yelp to search for contractors. I've heard so many different stories in general about contractors, both good and bad, so we really didn't know what to expect. I emailed ECCI's general email and included existing photos of our kitchen along with notes of what we had in mind for the renovation. We've heard how expensive remodeling projects can get, so I included our reno budget in my email. I sent him some measurements and he was able to send me back an initial quote that was aligned with our budget as well as a digital rendering! LOVED the digital rendering - I am a visual person when it comes to design, so this was extremely helpful. I asked to make sure the company was licensed & bonded (yes, they are), and asked for a couple of references, which Ivan readily provided. Those were my main indicators of legitimacy, along with the other yelp reviews, of course. All looked good so we after we approved the quote, Ivan came over to double check my measurements (thank goodness because I was off on some of them), updated the rendering slightly, and set up a start date. The whole ECCI team is great. After Ivan worked with us for the initial renderings, finalizing our materials selection, etc., Long, his uncle, his mom, Thuy (Twee), Angel and Victor worked on the kitchen. Long is extremely meticulous, which is great, because my fiancé is the exact same way, and they would go back and forth with feedback and new ideas which overall made the final result that much better. They had open lines of communication, made themselves readily available to us to answer questions, any time of the day. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found a company like ECCI. Everyone was so nice and we are beyond satisfied with our kitchen. We appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our requests. My fiancé was really adamant about having everything in the kitchen be symmetrical, so when the original floor plan didn't accommodate that, they essentially had to expand the plan to make it work. It was important to them that we had a final result that we loved, and we couldn't be happier. The backsplash came out beautifully! They also installed the shelving mounts for us so my fiancé could build the floating shelves that are currently installed. Going into a remodel, it's important to have an open mind and be as flexible as possible. We were optimistic, but most importantly, we were realistic, and had expectations to match. It took about 2 weeks longer than anticipated, but we also decided to add a garden window and as I mentioned before, had to expand the kitchen by a few inches which required additional laminate cutting, replacements, and material orders for the add-ons, all of which attributed to the additional time. We are so in love with our new kitchen! ECCI definitely surpassed our expectations with regard to quality of work and professionalism. We are referring them to all our friends and will definitely be calling them again when we're ready to remodel the bathrooms in our house! read more

It's a nerve wrecking experience given the money involved when you remodel your home. I've used a number of companies to remodel my home in the past few years and I find that you're always going to run into issues and some form of miscommunication. In working with ECCI, and more specifically Crystal, I've found they were very thorough in determining what I wanted done and detailing any hinderances to the project before work began. I definitely put pressure on them to complete the project sooner than they estimated, but they were able to meet my straining demands. Of the numerous organizations I've worked with, hands down ECCI was able to execute my vision with the least amount of hiccups and headaches. It's evident in how they operate that the customers' satisfaction is more important than project profit. Definitely using them again in the next project. read more

These guys are awesome. Long, his right-hand man Angel, his dad, uncle, plumber, flooring people, counter-top crew, and painter were all top notch. I also don't want to forget Ivan, Crystal, and Vinh. My wife and I purchased a townhouse that was completely outdated and we needed work everywhere. - 2.5 Bathrooms - Kitchen - Living/Dining Room - Paint (Interior) - 2 Patio Sliding Doors - 4 Windows From beginning to end, they were completely honest and itemized each item for parts and labor. So it wasn't like some made up magical number. It helped to see where our money was going. Communication with Long was a breeze. I really don't know what else to say other than overall it was a great experience. Feel free to message me if you have any questions I can answer about their service. I will add pictures later. read more

I've been shopping at ECCI for the past 10 years remodeling my parent's home and mine. Being a price conscious costumer I always do my due diligence in researching prices from all different places and ECCI never seems to fail in almost every category. If you are looking for competitive pricing, then this is the place for you to go. Pros: 1) Upfront - I've been to many many places to look for home improvement products and I'd say there are many places where you sometimes just don't know if they are being truthful and telling you everything about the price. But I never get that feeling when I deal with ECCI. 2) Prices - Like I mentioned above, they have the most competitive prices in almost every category. I always go to many different places to shop for something, but always seem to end up here. 3) Flexibility - They are pretty flexible when it comes to delivery, payment, and pricing. I've worked with Ivan, Vinh and Crystal and they are pretty easy to work with and have worked with me during my past remodels. Cons: 1) Showroom - Their showroom isn't as large as some of the other places so its hard to know the depth of their product availability. 2) Contractors - Because their size, most installations are done through outside contractors who work with ECCI, so they aren't necessarily ECCI employees. Because of that you have to essentially work with 2 different parties. But that is the case for most companies in this industry. Overall, I don't have any major complaints about this place and would recommend anyone looking to do remodeling to come here first and last. read more

Crystal with Elite Custom Construction Inc is amazing! I was in a pinch to find a Milgard garden window for a home. I had called multiple business' in Orange County to not only find the correct window, but to have it delivered within a certain amount of days. Every other company said it was impossible, but Crystal made it happen! She also recommended some additional associates to help finish the construction on the home. I highly recommend Elite, great customer service and outstanding work performance. Thank you Crystal and everyone at Elite! read more

I have a mid-century Garden Grove home that I inherited and was in need of many repairs and improvements before listing for sale. I started with replacing the windows (by ECCI) and was so impressed I not only added more windows, but also had a meeting with Long Phi, the General Contractor, to discuss indoor/outdoor painting, fascia board repair, new doors, baseboards and a new entry door. Long was excellent at providing economical improvement ideas that would enhance the appearance of the home in order to show well. Long is a gifted craftsman, and pays very close attention to detail. He works as if the project is for his own home, and is not satisfied unless the results are perfect. The entry door installation was tricky and he spent 2 days making sure it was just right. The fireplace mantel he customed built turned out to be the focal point of my living room. I'm getting so many compliments! I highly recommend discussing your project with Long as you gather bids. This company is competitive in pricing and they really know the remodeling business. Crystal is very knowledgeable, efficient, and super easy to work with. Anytime I had a question for Long or Crystal, they responded within minutes by text, call or email. Very reliable! Good luck with your project! read more

We had some cabinets and floors installed by them. It was difficult to explain everything to my mom since my Vietnamese is limited. Luckily one of the workers, Ivan, was able to explain everything to her and he had drawings to show her, which was helpful. He even took the time to go to the granite yard to pick things out with us. The total came out to be a lot cheaper than expected. read more

Ivan and his team are A+. I've been through a handful of remodels and as the business goes it can be a stressful and sometimes underwhelming experience. Since my first remodel wIth Redesign, I have done 3 full remodels since. Excellent work, great communication, professional crew and on budget. Can't ask for more and I highly recommend them. read more

We hired ECCI to remodel and all he workers did a really good job. No issues with any of the workers. I thanked them for their honesty and hard work. But we did have an issue with one of the sales people. His name is IVAN... He was very forgetful with what the contract offered and not being on it with the remodeling. He promised and the Ad says what's included but yet not given. He should know from the Gecko from the looks of our Kitchen what can be done. When ready to do the Granite, he had me and my 8 year old son go get the granite. He didn't offer to come with us the selection. We had to drive to 2 different locations to get the granite. He should of had it all arranged for me to select. Not the customer to wait in the warehouse WITH my son in a dangerous warehouse. 3 hours of waiting for someone to help us (which no one did) and we just left. One of his own workers say he is very lazy and he should of been there with you. We addressed the issues and he insulted us. He was rude and not caring. But yet said, Quote "I have a bad feeling about you guys!" That is also insulting. Insinuating that he's afraid that we won't pay the remaining balance. We have plenty of money to pay. He wanted our credit card number to charge it later and i told him, QUOTE " I have a bad feeing about you", and that i will NOT give him my C.Card #. Instead the very next 2 day i wrote ECCI a check for the remaining balance. I am not going to pay my balance until I inspect the work and its all complete. The work was not complete. But yet he wanted full payment. There was just a few little things that had to be done for final payment. FYI: I do not recommend anyone to use ECCI. Customer service is horrible and sales person talking back to customers. I give them Zero Stars! read more

I remodeled my kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms with ECCI and I could not be happier with the result. I was able to remodel under budget and it looks absolutely amazing. Everyone at ECCI was great to work with. Ivan helped us create a 3D rendering of our kitchen and was very supportive and knowledgable during the whole process. I would recommend ECCI to my friends and family! read more

Make this your one-stop shop for all things flooring and tile. If you found a reasonable price on flooring or tile elsewhere, chances are ECCI will beat it! The biggest selling point for me was that they floated the walls for tile. The crew was fast and kept the work area clean. Finally, Long and Crystal were extremely helpful and accommodating of all of my house needs. Their customer service is tops! Stay away from State College and go see them! read more

Spoke with Ivan about 2 weeks before to set up an appointment for an estimate. I needed flooring, ceiling and some kitchen work. He didn't sound very encouraging on the phone but agreed to do an estimate. We had agreed on a time and date. The weekend before, I called to confirm availability and reschedule the appointment since the house was going to be fumigated. No answer. I texted him. No answer. I would've appreciated some type of answer, even a "I can't accommodate you right now." Nothing. read more

For Xmas last year I remodeled my moms windows with ECCI, Crystal was very professional and did everything she said she would. She made me feel like I was involved and wasn't pushing me on up sales like other places in Garden Grove. They arrived on time as scheduled and were very neat when they were working. My moms new windows look great and and she's very happy. I will refer ECCI to anyone I know that needs remodeling. thank you! read more

I bought my house in 2008 from a nice older lady and the home reflected her 1970's tastes. It definitely needed some renovation to give it the modern feel I was after. That is when ECCI came to the rescue. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Vinh and Crystal who came out and gave me very reseasonable quotes. The competent staff performed excellent work and finished it in a timely fashion. I have entrusted ECCI to complete many jobs around my home. ECCI has a complete crew of workers with each member having their own area of expertise. Rick installed dual pane windows. Thuy was in charge of a complete kitchen remodel. Jose and Fernando installed my flooring, crown moulding and baseboards. I highly recommend ECCI. Two thumbs up! read more

This place is way better than going to a huge warehouse, it has everything you need on the spot. Crystal was very patient and helpful and she even let us take some samples home. She will also recommend the best product out there. We made a last minute change on the tile color and she was able to waive the restocking fee for us. Such great service, will definitely be going back! read more

We bought our house that is livable but it needs a lot of updating for a more modern look. Our budget is very limited after closing escrow, so we had to shop around for a reliable, affordable, and trust worthy contractor to renovate our home and still stay within budget. We have all the flooring replaced in the house. The wall between the living room and kitchen was completely taken down to allow a more opened floor plan. Two bathrooms and kitchen were completely renovated. Pros: -Reasonable pricing -Warehouse offers good selections of samples to choose from (tiles, laminates, back splash tiles, cabinets, quartz, granite) -Decent communication from beginning to end -Paperwork clearly itemizing labor, material costs... -Professional crew -As a plus, ECCI's contractor built us a fireplace mantle from scratch free of charge -Timeline for each phase of renovation Cons: -Estimated time for project completion was extended for an additional 2 weeks (initial estimated completion time of 6 weeks) -Overall, communication was great; however, could be improved, especially near at the end. We were given ample of time to pick out tiles, laminate, cabinets. However, near the end, we were given only 1 or 2 days notice to pick out faucets, sinks. We were crunched for time and therefore didn't have time to shop around for pricing or styles. We GLADLY recommend ECCI without hesitation to our friends and co-workers. ECCI is a family-owned business. Most of the communication was through Ivan. Ivan's crew was very professional and so is Ivan! read more

Second review, this time for windows. Crystal was very informative. She gave us lots of options to choose from and was never pushy with the sales. We went with the second tier Milgard line for a very reasonable price. Crystal was very helpful and patience from start to finish. I had a lot of questions and she answered them promptly via email and text (up to the date of the installation). Thanks for constant assurance! The finish product looks great and blends in seamlessly. We are very satisfied with the new look of our home. Thank you again Crystal, you're Ah-MAH-zing! read more

We needed to replace all the windows in my house and was looking for a vendor. ECCI was the first place we went for an estimate and we didn't bother going anywhere else after. Crystal helped us out and explained all the features of the Milgard Windows we were looking for and the differences between the two product lines. She was really patient and answered all our questions. We were also updating our bathrooms at the same time, so we ending up using ECCI to make our vanities and ordered shower tile through them. Crystal was also very responsive whenever I had questions and was very easy to get in contact with. All in all, it was a great experience with ECCI. read more

At first look, this is an Asian family business in Asia central where many of us like to avoid. But don't be fooled, they're very professional, knowledgeable about their products, and very friendly! You can tell they care about their business. We had ECCI remodel our bathroom last month. They did everything we asked for so there's nothing to complain about really. I know we were quite difficult to work with because we were very indecisive on the products. I'm glad they were patient and understanding during the renovation. Ask for Ivan! P.S. They're remodeling their showroom! We are waiting to come back to see the new showroom since we're considering getting new windows from them as well. Keep up the good work guys. read more

We had ECCI install 7 windows and one slider. The staff is professional and easy to work with. They are very competitive and the Low E windows are very nice. The install was done in one day. The crew was attentive to the surrounding furniture and thoroughly cleaned up the job site when finished. You won't be disappointed with the value ECCI brings (at least that was our experience with their window pricing and install). read more

They initially got back to me very quickly when I asked for a quote, however they asked if I could wait about a month. I assume because their projects were full; ok no problem. I let them know I would like to move forward when they are able/ready. A month went by and I heard nothing; I know sometimes construction takes time so I wait a bit longer. After a few more weeks I contact them and they just stopped responding all together. Personally I steer clear of companies that lack good communication. I don't mind waiting for good work to be done, but if nothing is communicated you're just left to make your guess as to what is going on. read more

We recently did a complete kitchen remodel along with new flooring and we were very happy with the work Ivan and ECCI did for us. Ivan was professional and helpful at all steps along the way. The idea of home improvement can be mind blogging and exciting at the same time. We looked around and came upon ECCI from a referral. Let's just say our experience from start to finish was great! First off, going in we have an good idea of what we wanted to do....the picture has been painted on our mind for quite some time! After our consultation with ECCI, we realized that what we wanted wasn't what we wanted! Remember, they are the professionals! They painted a better picture for us and now we are extremely happy! Let me first start by saying ECCI is honest, reasonable price and dependable. It has been over 1.5 years since I remolded my house and everything is all good in the hood. Not to mention this review is long over due. Bought: 2 sliding glass doors 1 French door with side panels 6 windows (1 is tempered) Honesty. As you know this is a family ran business and the main person you will be dealing with is Crystal. She is very honest, upfront and willing to work with you. Everything ECCI (Crystal) quotes you will be exactly that, she is a straight shooter. There are no surprise fees or delay in installation. Pricing. Their prices are unparalleled and trust me I shopped around. I called other family owned (Asian) shops and none of them can match ECCI's pricing. Dependable. Some have said I am a straight "Bug a Boo" and that I agree. A few months after the purchased I called Crystal to request someone to take a look at my sliders. Not evening questioning why I need any assistance she had someone come out, that someone happened to be the owner (Long). He came over inspected all the windows and he happened to fine a faulty rubber on the back of the screen. Instead of trying some Mike Mouse work, he called it into the manufacturer and a day later came back to install it....forgot to mention this was all done on the weekend. Talk about dedication to customer service. In summary, I would STRONGLY recommend this company to all my friends and family. As you have read above they possess 3 main qualities a company should stand for. I believe the best thing about ECCI is their TRUE dedication to customer service. Being that they are a mom-pop company you would have felt it would be hard for them to do this, but from Crystal to Long they truly try to make you happy. read more

Was referred by a friend here after months of shopping around for the best deals I can find for my kitchen cabinets, it's not cheap let me tell you. But I ended up proceeding with ECCI because their prices were pretty competitive, and mostly because of how informative and knowledgable they were. It's nice to get honest opinions and feel like you can trust someone to do the best work for you. They made the entire process really easy for me and I absolutely loved the end result! Will definitely use them again when I remodel my bathrooms. read more

She was clear and seemed to be very knowledgable about the business and the job entailments. I don't know a lot about home improvement so this helped ease my worries. We are completing a large remodel of our Hollywood Hills home. We diligently researched numerous window vendors and ultimately chose ECCI Windows and Doors because the level of professionalism and competitive pricing was superior all others we went to. Crystal clealy knows her profession and made proactive recommendations for issues we never thought of, while saving us a lot of money. While with Crystal we realized that ECCI also does doors, flooring, kitchen cabinets, etc. Originally we went to them for windows only but soon realized that it behooves us to purchase our doors, flooring, etc. as they provide superior customer service at a great price. We are definitely ECCI clients for future projects and I recommend them to my friends/family and anyone who is serious about getting a superior product at a competitive price with a level of professionalism that I haven't seen elsewhere. Crystal at ECCI was thoroughly amazing. We started our search for a new bathroom vanity in February. We looked at Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn and multiple other online vendors including HomeDepot and Lowes. We were looking for a 72" double sink with carrera marble with soft closing drawers. We were having new flooring put in and ordered a new one-piece dual flush toilet. We do not intend on staying in this house very long so finding quality at the best price was key. Most of the vendors that we had searched did not have our exact specs. Drawers always seemed to be the missing piece to the puzzle or the quality of the cabinet. I ended up finding ECCI while searching on Craigslist (hoping to find a company that had bathroom vanities). I called her and we started going through the list of companies that she could get cabinets from but those suppliers could not deliver an exact date of delivery. Eventually she showed me the cabinets she had installed in her own home which were the espresso beechwood cabinets (shaker style) with the carrera marble. The price was the within the budget and the quality is far better than anticipated. We would definitely contact Crystal again for any future home improvement needs. read more

My wife and I shopped around a few places to look for a bargain and ECCI provided us with much more than what we were going to expect. The staff was very professional and the young gentleman in charge of remodeling our bathroom was extremely helpful. The man that helped us worked really hard to suit us with what we wanted, he drafted a 3-D layout of what the finished bathroom was going to look like and i was very impressed.
