The staff is so friendly, my dog loves to go here! We recently lost one of our dogs, and I put a note in our account when i scheduled my other dog to board. I asked that they remove the dog who passed away from our account( it's just hard to see the reminder and have all those feelings come up again). They did exactly as I asked. When we picked our dog up from daycare today the staff at Bandit's had a sweet bouquet with a note attached. I was so touched. I have never experienced this level of customer service or sympathy from another facility. They know my dog by name when I walk in to drop my dog off; the level of personal care that they offer is unparalleled. I can't say enough good things about Bandit's, and we will continue to be customers as long as we have dogs to board.

For an extremely reasonable monthly fee (which is even cheaper if you pay annually), you get to take as many classes as you want. Three-four different classes are offered a week in varying locations. Andrew was so great with my dog, and was calm and helpful. My dog improved dramatically overnight (she is mainly just overly excited to see other dogs). Types of classes currently include Canine Good Citizen test prep, open practice, trick training, and pack walks. So far the class size has been small, which is great.

They are also really patient and willing to talk about any questions or concerns you have. I was honestly shocked to learn that the $30/month wash and blow-dry service only includes a bath and nail trim, followed by putting your dog in a cage with fans blowing on them until they're dry or picked up. I understand the reasoning behind not wanting to send a dog home soaking wet, but I have to ask: **how is this meaningfully better for the dog than bathing them at home and allowing them to dry comfortably in their own environment?** The entire concept of leaving a dog confined in a cage with fans blowing on them just to dry them seems incredibly impersonal and, frankly, sad. These are people's family members--not laundry that needs to be dried as quickly as possible. What also really bothered me is that the website emphasizes that they don't want dogs going home wet because they could potentially get sick. Yet the alternative being offered is essentially prolonged confinement in a cage with fans until the dog dries. That doesn't feel like a particularly thoughtful approach to the comfort or wellbeing of the animal. I ended the call and immediately signed up for the $135/month Sparkle grooming service instead. Yes, it costs significantly more, but after hearing what this service actually consists of, I would much rather spend the extra money on my dog and know they're receiving actual grooming, attention, and care. **If you're considering this service, I would strongly encourage you to ask exactly what happens to your dog after the bath. Personally, I couldn't justify paying for a service that I feel I could provide more comfortably and compassionately at home.** Our dogs deserve better than the bare minimum. They're worth every penny.

They politely asked questions, evaluated and vaccinated my cat, and even helped me book the follow up appointment right then and there. Much better experience, but I'm still hesitant to recommend Vetco to anyone I know. I updated to a 3 star for the service provided the second day, but the first experience and prior experiences prevent me from honestly reviewing any higher. 2 stars seemed too low and discrediting of the staff on my second visit, and 4 stars seemed too high of a rating for such poor service received on the first visit.
