The staff is so friendly, my dog loves to go here! We recently lost one of our dogs, and I put a note in our account when i scheduled my other dog to board. I asked that they remove the dog who passed away from our account( it's just hard to see the reminder and have all those feelings come up again). They did exactly as I asked. When we picked our dog up from daycare today the staff at Bandit's had a sweet bouquet with a note attached. I was so touched. I have never experienced this level of customer service or sympathy from another facility. They know my dog by name when I walk in to drop my dog off; the level of personal care that they offer is unparalleled. I can't say enough good things about Bandit's, and we will continue to be customers as long as we have dogs to board.

For an extremely reasonable monthly fee (which is even cheaper if you pay annually), you get to take as many classes as you want. Three-four different classes are offered a week in varying locations. Andrew was so great with my dog, and was calm and helpful. My dog improved dramatically overnight (she is mainly just overly excited to see other dogs). Types of classes currently include Canine Good Citizen test prep, open practice, trick training, and pack walks. So far the class size has been small, which is great.

I took my golden doodle in for what I anticipated would be a smooth and efficient grooming process, only to be met with a level of service that was nothing short of disappointing. To begin with, I was forced to book an appointment months in advance, an inconvenience in itself. But the real kicker was the lack of professionalism and expertise shown by the grooming staff. Upon arrival, I was promptly informed that they could not groom my dog due to his ears being "too matted". As a responsible pet owner, I take the hygiene and wellbeing of my pet seriously and I can assure you, his ears were not even close to a problematic state. This incident not only raises questions about the supposed expertise of the PetSmart grooming team but also their readiness to decline a service on such flimsy grounds. Their alternatives were not even to groom him around the ears but for us to simply go to a different groomer. I know doodles have a bad reputation in the grooming community but PetSmart is filled with lazy dishonest workers. If they aren't confident in grooming my dogs well kept ears then I definitely shouldn't trust them with the rest of him. On top of all this when the booking was made online they never once warned or cautioned that this could be a problem. They need to have something in place so you don't take the morning off work for a pointless appointment made months in advance. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Disgusting experience. In essence, I wasted precious time and resources to meet a non-existent level of service. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider before booking any grooming services at this PetSmart. Your furry friends deserve better attention, care, and expertise than what is provided here.

Recommendations for Dave with Innovative K9 as a trainer kept coming across our search and we decided to invest in the Puppy to Adult Dream Dog Course. To this day, the money spent was absolutely worth it. We learned how to continue training at home, and have always received support with any questions or concerns. We are so happy with the results, we drive an hour each way to board our dog with Innovative K9 when we have trips out of town. Now they offer pick up and drop off which makes it even more convenient! We unfortunately haven't had an opportunity to participate in the group lessons on Saturdays at the park. Adopt or rescue a dog and invest in Innovative K9's board and train program- you will learn modern behavioral training and have a dog that makes you proud. We cannot recommend Innovative K9 enough!

When we went to pick him up though, the employee told us he had an accident in his kennel that morning but that they hadn't had time to clean it up yet. This was strange since he had never had an accident in his kennel before, which suggested that he was either kept in for too long or under extreme stress. But when they brought him out, his paws and legs were wet with urine, and he was covered in dried feces. If the accident had just happened, why was everything dried and stuck to his fur? His body language clearly showed that he was distressed, and we are furious that they returned our dog in this state. Of course, we had to bathe him as soon as we got home and then shower ourselves because it got all over us. It's safe to say we do not recommend boarding your dog here.

Petco sold me a fish they injured trying to catch. We didn't know it was injured at the time. I have vital care so I got a 20% off deal and used our 5 dollar monthly allowance that you get for being a vital care member. but the fish died within 5 mins and we had to turn around and drive back. But the vital care messed up the exchange process which made it so the fish exchange was no longer free but 2 dollars extra. so we canceled the exchange and we will cancel our vital membership.
