The groomers at Dawgs N Whiskers always do an amazing job, despite having to deal with our two Australian Shepherds who tend to be skittish around strangers and other dogs. Our pups are not easy to groom, as they have a lot of undercoat that has to be brushed out and multiple areas that have to be trimmed. Even so, the groomers at Dawgs N Whiskers get it right every time. The girls come back looking (and smelling) like a million bucks, with silky soft fur. Highly recommend them if you have a pet in need of grooming.

We took our beloved 20-year old cat to this new facility one evening hoping to get some pain meds…read morewhile awaiting our regular vet appointment. We were surprised that the big open room we entered into was actually the primary medical theater with industrial pipes and bright lights overhead. This is what they advertise as being able to be with your pet while they are treated. An assistant admitted us to a small side room where we paid over $1000 to have some tests administered and awaited the vet. When the vet finally came in with test results, she demanded we must have our pet euthanized on the spot. Our cat was terrified and climbed into her carrier wanting to go home. I said I would take my cat home and call a home hospice vet to give her a peaceful passing. The vet threatened to charge me with animal cruelty if I took my pet home rather than having the her euthanize my cat immediately. She argued I was more concerned about myself than my cat and said she was there to represent the cat's interests over mine. The vet sat on the floor blocking the door so we could not leave easily and we were not able to reach an agreement. Finally someone knocked on the door about a true emergency and the vet left us in our room. We soon left thereafter. On our way out we saw a dog lying on the examination table in the big main room and the dog's owner sitting on a chair on the side of the big room with tears streaming down her face. There is no privacy in that place, no demonstrated hygiene in the big wide open space, and no respect for us as pet owners was demonstrated in our experience. We were able to get a hospice vet from Lap of Love named Dr. Layne who was very compassionate to help us with our beloved cat's peaceful passing at home a few days later. We felt terrorized by VEG's approach at a very difficult time for us and for our beloved friend and companion.

The customer service is extremely friendly (and also help carry out large items to your car). It's nice to walk the dog in the store and let him pick out a toy or treat. They also have a baked goods area in the front for a dog birthday cake or biscuit which is a nice add. Recently we started using their spa services for nail trimming and that went really smoothly. We will have to look into more of their services for our pup!

I had previously gone to one down the street which was awful and disgusting. So it was a relief to come here and see how clean and operational it is. I purchased a dog wash pass and have used it twice. Both times my dog seems to enjoy it. They have clean washing stations, a selection of shampoo, warm water, towels, aprons, and dryers. The dryers are like Luke warm, wish they were warmer. But they get the job done! I plan on continuing coming here for my pets needs and washing.

But it's not all that little, and it is sort of a surprise to find this gem tucked away behind a pool hall. It's very difficult to find, and any sort of GPS navigation system will cause you to drive in circles because the street it wants you to turn on really doesn't exist. It's sort of a dirt road, more of a driveway, and you have to get out of your car to unlock the gate to let yourself in. But once inside, there are many places to park, an ice show ring with beautiful jumps, A series of large Stables for all of the horses that live there. There are several small horse shows per year at this barn, and although its not like the larger Equestrian Center is I am used to in California, it's really a nice quaint place. I hope that my wife, who is our resident equestrian, chooses to go back there for many more shows. Overall 4 stars.

So far, my dog hasn't said anything good or bad about her experience, but she seems happy enough to go inside with a staff member. While I appreciate the service they provide, it is a bit pricey, so I have to be selective about when I bring my dog here. I'd love to be able to bring her more often, but I have to ration our visits until I hit the jackpot.

The process was smooth and professional, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the app and texts makes everything so easy to manage. I even got the cutest "Welcome to Camp" photo when my pup was accepted -- such a thoughtful touch! My dog has been having a great time at daycare, and it's given me real peace of mind knowing she's happy and well cared for. Now that she's also boarding overnight for the first time, I'm not the least bit worried -- I know she's in good hands. The ability to check in on her through the live cameras during the day is a total bonus, and the team goes above and beyond with their adorable enrichment activities (complete with photos of your pup enjoying them). They even helped me one evening when I found a lost dog on my way to drop mine off -- scanning the dog for a microchip without hesitation. That kind of compassion says everything about who they are.
