I had the Classic burger and it is fantastic. Nothing that I had before tastes anywhere near this. I am in love. The beef mixture, the thick bacon, the jammy onions, the crispy pickles, cheese and Fatty sauce where the perfect balance of nirvana. We also tried the fried Chicken sandwich made with so many tenders that they couldn't fit under the bun. HE MAKES ALL HIS BUNS FRESH EVERYDAY! The sandwiches come with a huge bag of french fries and chips with the perfect amount of salt which were deep fried in beef tallow, yum. He also experiments with off menu items like homemade fried stuffed "cheeseburger ravioli, homemade cookies and doggy treats. We'll be back again. There was live music while I waited, and I really enjoyed that part of the experience. The menu prices initially seemed reasonable as well. However, the portion sizes and food quality were very disappointing for what I paid. I ordered the barbecue chicken, and the portion came in a very small, hand-sized container. I counted seven slices of white meat. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and rubbery. It definitely had a smoky flavor, but for me, the smoke overwhelmed the meat and there wasn't much flavor beyond that. I also ordered a brisket plate for someone else. When I opened the container to make sure I had the correct order, I was surprised to find only two slices of brisket. My total was close to $50, so seeing portions that small was honestly very disappointing. The amount of food I received felt more like an appetizer than a full plate. The sides were a mixed experience. The cucumber salad was actually very good. It had a vinaigrette-style dressing, red seasoning, and red onion, and that was probably my favorite part of the meal. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese did not work for me at all, and neither the brisket nor the chicken had the level of flavor I was expecting. I want to emphasize that this is simply my personal experience and preference, and I'm not trying to discredit the food truck or suggest that everyone will have the same experience.
