5 + + + Super super…read moreexcellent! The best brisket on Long Island! We recently used Crossroads Cue to cater a small event. We highly recommend them and will use them again. Also, we will probably stalk the food truck at local events and around town! Sooo good! The guys were amazing to deal with and are clearly experienced professionals! We had a full tray of brisket which was absolutely perfect perfect perfect! I dont know if they used a prime brisket but it sure tasted like an expensive prime brisket perfectly slow cooked into tender flavorful perfection! Not easy! Beautiful bark and smoke ring! The points were juicy tender and pulled apart with just your fingers. The flats were also finger pulling tender and NOT dry! Not fatty! Everything rendered perfectly and not rubbery! They did an excellent job! Worth the price of admission! Best brisket on Long Island! We also had pork belly burnt ends! They were a huge hit! Good enough to eat for dessert! Dont forget to get em! We also had 4 racks in of Texas style spare ribs that came with 4 different delicious sauces! Really good! Forgot, we also had mac and cheese and baked beans, quite good and delicious. Highly recommended! Great food truck but these guys are also an excellent choice for catering! In addition to their food truck they have a large fully equipped commercial kitchen capable of handling fairly large catering events. Oh, and right outside their shop is their custom made giant offset smoker. Ask to check it out! They only burn oak in their off set smoker giving their food just the right amount of delicious subtle smoke flavors to complement their slow cooked premium meats! Sooo good! Oh i forgot to mention, these guys are local guys passionate about bbq and serving people a high quality product! Highest recommendation!

Where do I begin???? Well first of off, I am Pregnant and…read morehad a craving for bacalaitos. There are no authentic Puerto Rican spots in Suffolk county on Long Island. I heard about this food truck through my friend as well as Facebook and Instagram. I happen to be in the area and wanted to try it out because it had some really good reviews on social media. I bought the empanada platter which consisted of two empanadas with rice and beans. I chose the beef and cheese but they have other choices. I also got guava bites and the bacalaitos that I was craving. Chef Montalvo took my order. She was genuinely sweet and looked happy to serve her food. She offered me her organic lemonade to try. It was absolutely delicious. I was handed a beeper to then be notified when my food was ready. Everything was made fresh and to order. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food served. I loved every dish!!! The flavors were popping and just perfect! I am 100% Puerto Rican myself and am quite picky with Spanish food cause I cook myself. This food was like a home cooked meal and 110% authentic PR food. I could not have been more pleased. Worth the stop! Definitely going back

This time I go find some grilled chicken and was nicely surprised when I spotted this new to me Puerto Rican food. A young couple that was waiting for their order to be done encouraged me to try the empanadas with chicken. So I bought one then went for seconds and I also bought like a flat potatoe pancake. Both things were fried and it was simply delicious with no grease. Now, I am craving this empanadas and have to find the truck again. Hope Suzette made it a restaurant. This is definitelly a winner for quick snack and also it is great for the parties. Looking forward to finding you soon again. Happy New Year!!!

I really wish could put zero stars. The food is horrible the only thing that was ok was the one…read moretiny cup of green salsa the girl put on my $36 order. I ordered 2 asada tacos and 2 LENGUA tacos because you can't order singular tacos (you can but they will be $5 each) and I was given 2 steak tacos and 2 "al pastor" definitely NOT Mexican food. On top of the bad meat they had old cilantro and probably old onion too, but the cilantro was visibly bad had a bunch of the black pieces mixed. I also ordered an al pastor quesadilla for my son who loves quesadillas and he wouldn't finish it. They have a horrible idea of al pastor meat. I literally just threw up I had one bite of the taco (after I removed the onion and cilantro (I love onion and cilantro it was just old produce they used) and I could taste the old cilantro in my mouth. I also ordered a asada torta which to be fair wasn't horrible but again the vegetables don't look fresh not as bad as that obviously old cilantro but not good enough to be bathing what they charge and still ask for 50 cents per miniature salsa cup. All the veggies they served: cucumber, radish, & lime we're old the limes have the yellow/orange tint from when you cut and use them like 4 -5 days later. Very very disgusting oh and the cherry on top the girl taking the order super nasty attitude. You've been warned DO NOT EAT THEIR FOOD!!! Edit: I went back because I literally only took one bite of taco, and the girl did give me $15 back for the tacos. So at least that thanks, now you deserve the 1 star.
