I had the Classic burger and it is fantastic. Nothing that I had before tastes anywhere near this. I am in love. The beef mixture, the thick bacon, the jammy onions, the crispy pickles, cheese and Fatty sauce where the perfect balance of nirvana. We also tried the fried Chicken sandwich made with so many tenders that they couldn't fit under the bun. HE MAKES ALL HIS BUNS FRESH EVERYDAY! The sandwiches come with a huge bag of french fries and chips with the perfect amount of salt which were deep fried in beef tallow, yum. He also experiments with off menu items like homemade fried stuffed "cheeseburger ravioli, homemade cookies and doggy treats. We'll be back again. He's on FB and Instagram where he posts his open hours and if he's sold out for the day. Please support this one-man small business. There's a picnic table under the tree if you want to eat there but you'll have leftovers!

There was live music while I waited, and I really enjoyed that part of the experience. The menu prices initially seemed reasonable as well. However, the portion sizes and food quality were very disappointing for what I paid. I ordered the barbecue chicken, and the portion came in a very small, hand-sized container. I counted seven slices of white meat. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and rubbery. It definitely had a smoky flavor, but for me, the smoke overwhelmed the meat and there wasn't much flavor beyond that. I also ordered a brisket plate for someone else. When I opened the container to make sure I had the correct order, I was surprised to find only two slices of brisket. My total was close to $50, so seeing portions that small was honestly very disappointing. The amount of food I received felt more like an appetizer than a full plate. The sides were a mixed experience. The cucumber salad was actually very good. It had a vinaigrette-style dressing, red seasoning, and red onion, and that was probably my favorite part of the meal. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese did not work for me at all, and neither the brisket nor the chicken had the level of flavor I was expecting. I want to emphasize that this is simply my personal experience and preference, and I'm not trying to discredit the food truck or suggest that everyone will have the same experience. I know food is subjective, and clearly there were plenty of people enjoying themselves when I was there. For me, though, the combination of the portion sizes, price, and flavor made this a very disappointing meal. I had been looking forward to trying Crossroads Que for weeks because of the recommendation, and unfortunately, I left feeling like I had barely eaten despite spending close to $50. I'm always willing to pay for good food, but I also expect the quality and portions to feel worthwhile for the price. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here.

The points were juicy tender and pulled apart with just your fingers. The flats were also finger pulling tender and NOT dry! Not fatty! Everything rendered perfectly and not rubbery! They did an excellent job! Worth the price of admission! Best brisket on Long Island! We also had pork belly burnt ends! They were a huge hit! Good enough to eat for dessert! Dont forget to get em! We also had 4 racks in of Texas style spare ribs that came with 4 different delicious sauces! Really good! Forgot, we also had mac and cheese and baked beans, quite good and delicious. Highly recommended! Great food truck but these guys are also an excellent choice for catering! In addition to their food truck they have a large fully equipped commercial kitchen capable of handling fairly large catering events. Oh, and right outside their shop is their custom made giant offset smoker. Ask to check it out! They only burn oak in their off set smoker giving their food just the right amount of delicious subtle smoke flavors to complement their slow cooked premium meats! Sooo good! There was not a lot of fries for the price of $5. Fries did have good seasoning though. The grilled Brie snd strawberry was yummy.
