The shrimp w/ crispy potatoes didn't make it to Ruland Rd/Colonial Springs Rd. I was headed back home south of Sunrise Hwy. But those dayum shrimp with the lemon aioli were so good and the crispy potatoes with the sumac!? Channeling my native ancestry I've harvested wild sumac every year, it's getting harder to come by. But I digress. Even though I'm very familiar with sumac I've never used it on potatoes. I will now! Opened up a whole new taste profile for me. I love when that happens!
