OK, Dear Reader, you can thank me now for NOT posting any pictures! You would have to bleach your brain if I did. Also, if you have a short attention span, I'll cut to the chase... You can stop reading right after this and hire these guys! Not only were they outstanding, but they were so much more affordable than three other companies were trying to charge me. This is the sign you were looking for. Hire them. I have a house that sat vacant for a while and became the target of squatters. As you can imagine, with no running water, UGH UGH UGH. I called around for waste removal services before my contractor, Punchlist Pros, told me that he only uses Reddi Services. He swears by them. Okay, cool. I'll call them. Jay Denney was the first tech my guy dealt with. We had to reschedule for this week to make sure the water was on so he could do his job completely. I requested him specifically because he was familiar with the house and it was pretty bad and he had already proved more than capable. My contractor was impressed with Jay's fearlessness. LOL. The day of the actual appointment, He was off. Yikes! I was in a bit of a panic, but eventually I spoke to the new tech, Trevor DePriest, who was circling back because when he first showed up the electricity wasn't properly connected. LOL! So many issues! And these guys were so patient! All I can say is Trevor is a BEAST!!! I reached out to my contractor while he was working, and he said that Trevor was Superman and that he was handling his business. When I spoke with Trevor, he actually reached out to me to let me know exactly what he did, which I think is also very cool of him. Even though my contractor said everything was good to go and there were no worries WHATSOEVER, I really appreciated understanding what had to be done and the extent of which Trevor went to make sure that the drains were all unclogged, free and clear, ready to go. I am so thankful and grateful to this team! You guys really have some dedicated badasses working for you. This was a bit of a nightmare and you guys stepped in and made it good. I had a main sump pump replaced about 3 weeks ago and initially thought that everything was good, and even left them a 5-star review with Google. Well with the next rain my back-up sump pump did not work. I spoke with the service manager at Reddi and he said based on the pictures he had from the replacement everything was fine and he would charge me $200-$300 to come out and figure out was wrong. After just spending $1000 for the main pump, I took it upon myself to try and figure it out. Not having much experience with plumbing, I did a bunch of research and tracked down the proper way to install a main and back-up sump pump and found out that the piping and the check valve were done incorrectly. Instead of having a single check valve for each pump before they join together and discharge to the outside of the house, they left the 9 year old check valve on the main pump (should have been replaced, but I didn't know and wasn't told), but worse they then installed a check valve further up the discharge line, which meant I had two check valves after the two pumps joined at the Y tube (which can cause issues with air trapped in the line) and none before, which is where they are supposed to go. Did I know this was an issue, no, because I'm not the expert and I was relying on them to do the job correctly. So now I have a back-up pump that when activated by itself is actually pushing the water back through the main sump pump and back into the sump and unable to push water out of the house on its own in case the power ever went out. With the check valves correctly installed the water would not be able to be pushed back through the main and would direct it to the outside of the house. Luckily the main is a .5 HP and while it is also pushing water back into the sump through the back-up, it is strong enough to still get water to the outside. I did call Reddi again to let them know what I found but they will not return my calls. I am now having to spend another $400 to have another plumber come out and correct all of the plumbing, which includes removing the incorrectly placed check valve up the discharge line and completely replacing the existing piping with new pipes and installing two new check valves (before the Y). I now know far more about sump pumps then I ever thought I would. It's a shame that this company won't stand behind their work and correct mistakes when they happen. read more

My bathroom tub faucet was leaking. I called a different company, and they quoted me $600 to replace the cartridge or "up tp $2000" to replace it. I called Reddi Services for another quote. They said they could come that day and arrived within a couple of hours. Zach quoted me $400 to repair and $800 to replace. It was still more than I thought it might be, but the plumbing is old, and he was here, so I agreed. He did not have the part, and he left. He came back a couple of hours later. It did not take very long to replace the part. He did not leave a mess in the bathtub, but his boots were dirty and left footprints on the floor. It wasn't a big deal to mop, and the floor needed to be scrubbed anyway, but someone else might not be okay with that. When I went to take a shower, I turned the faucet over to the "hot" side. No hot water. I noticed that as I turned it to the left, the water got warmer. I called on Saturday to ask if they could have someone come to switch it around. Still not a big deal. Stuff like this happens. The man I talked to wanted Zach to be the one to fix it. He said Zach could come Saturday evening, but that did not work for me. We settled on Sunday between 8 and 11. At 11, I got a phone call saying he could not come, and I needed to reschedule. Fine. We scheduled for Monday between 11 and 2. At 2, they called and said it would be closer to 4. It was actually almost 5. I did not meet him the first time he was there, and I wanted to introduce myself. I worked in service for a long time and know how awful people can be over simple mistakes or accidents. I didn't want him to think I complained or was angry. The bathroom is very small, and he was leaning in the shower. I was disappointed he did not look at me or really respond. In fact, I walked away feeling stupid for trying. Zach was done in a few minutes. I'd say less than 15. I thanked him, and he left. I mopped the footprints up from the floor and took a shower. It's still not right. It takes a while to get hot, then it's hard to get it to cool back down. The chrome sleeve spins around. I don't remember it being like that before, but it is old, and maybe the calcium deposits were holding it in place before. I am not calling them back to have it fixed. I will live with it until I have enough saved to have it replaced. Then, I'm going to call a local mom and pop company. read more

I contacted this company to address a slow-draining kitchen sink, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The technician arrived with a poor attitude, complained about the sink clean-out location, and ended up breaking my pipe assembly where it connects to the floor drain. He blamed the damage on 'poor workmanship' by whoever installed it previously. After an hour of unsuccessfully trying to unclog the drain, he claimed the pipe was 'loaded' and said it would take at least two more hours of labor--at an additional hourly charge--with no guarantee of results. I was charged $139 for service that left my sink completely unusable. Another company quoted $575 to fix the damage caused, but luckily, a friend was able to drive over from Columbia to replace the broken assembly and clear the clog in under 15 minutes. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. After posting my initial review of Reddi Services, the company reached out and offered to reimburse me if I removed the review. I complied and took it down, but the promised reimbursement never happened. I'm not sure what kind of game they're playing, but this experience has left me very disappointed. Terrible customer service from Reddi Services. The customer service lady I dealt with on the phone, Angel, was good. The tech, that kept missing our timeframe to meet which for me was a very important quote, was always late. Sidenote, maybe Reddi Services needs to give an arrival window of 1-2 hours when meeting with tech's instead of an exact time to meet b/c he was never able to meet at the time given and I was stood up twice and had to wait on him when we finally did meet. However, the worst part was the day we finally met, he told me he'd be in the office later that night after 4pm or 5pm and he'd email me the quote for a brand new HVAC. That quote was not sent to me until a week later. I should have received it on the evening of 6/26/25 but did not receive it until mid morning of 7/2/25. We had already gone with another trustworthy company and had our HVAC replaced by this time. Terrible customer service. Plus their quote was much higher than what we paid. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE CROOKS So a tenant of mine opened a maintenance request to the property manager regarding a toilet that wouldn't quit running. Property manager sent Reddi Rooter over to take a look. As you can see on the estimate, Reddi Rooter recommended replacing the toilet for $800. Property manager sent me the estimate to approve which I quickly said NO. I knew the toilet was only 1 year old so sent my contractor over. There was NOTHING wrong with the toilet. Flapper was stuck. I called them for the 1st time after hours. The lady quoted $79. The guy was professional & organized that I gave him $5.00 to buy snack on way home. We did discuss fact that woman said $79 & he quoted $89. So I paid 89. When he left he drove off my driveway & got stuck in my yard all 4 tires & left huge ruts. We were busy with that & after he left I noticed that he emailed a receipt that did not explain services, put all 0.00 so I have no proof I paid $89. So he ripped me off!!!! And tore up my yard!!! He probably wasn't paying attention. I called the office to complain & was told a supervisor would phone me but hasn't. In response to Reddi services comment on this review... I'm not a "customer" because our realtor was the one that made the mistake of sending you to the home we had just purchased. I will also contact Yelp, because this isn't for another plumbing company. This is 100% for Reddi services. I couldn't make this disaster up, even if I wanted to. We just got our home put back together this fall from purchasing in February. There is nothing that you can do at this point. We tried several times to contact management, and was ignored. We talked to a customer service rep, and never heard back. There was a "supervisor" that came out after the tech messed our pipe up, and just said it was our fault and we could pay to fix their mistake. So excuse me if I don't want to talk further with anyone about this, because nobody cared and wanted to sweep it under the rug when it happened. You want to act like you give a crap now only because I wrote a review telling the truth, and you want to save face. First of all, I called and the initial call was fantastic. The customer service was beyond. They couldn't get out the same day, but that was fine. When Paul came the next day, he was awesome. He was professional, helpful, and honest. Apparently I cleared whatever the problem is (for the time being) and he didn't try to sell unneeded services. He helped me remove the back stairs and had to get Into the unnerving crawl space. He did so with a positive attitude and great sense of humor. I was told my kitchen drain needs fixed, so they tore up my basement floor only to tell me that I then need to have my front yard tore up as well. I then contacted the City of Indep., where they confirmed that the issue was not my responsibility but theirs. If I had not called Reddi Services would of gladly charged me for that as well. Now 3 years later I continue to have problems and had someone else tear up my floor drain only to find, Reddi Services put a PVC pipe and boot onto a heavily damaged pipe and called it a day! I contact them to discuss the problem and wait three days for someone to finally state, I am on the do not service list. Why? Because they knew they didn't correct the problem or because I was an unhappy customer before of their run around????? This is ridiculous and I hope not one else is scammed by this company!! We've used Reddi Services several times and they always did well until recently. They bid a job to replace the drain lines under my 100 year old house with a tight crawl space . Army crawl kind of tight . The knew what they we're getting into before hand . I accepted their bid and they showed up one technician and he called another . They looked me in the eye and said " I'm going to get materials and we'll be back at 7 am tomorrow ". They never came . I called and asked where they were . Called yesterday to schedule a drain unclog for today. Not only did they not show up they call me at 2:30pm (on a Friday) to let me know they won't make it till Monday. So I'm stuck with a basement full of sewage for the entirety of the weekend. Worth noting, they are the most expensive company in town. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Reddi Services were called to repair a busted pipe and the plumber arrived 12/26/2022. He was to arrive between 2:00pm- 5:00pm. He actually arrive at 5:46pm and walked to our door at 5:52 per our camera system. He then proceeded to tell us he wanted to start in the basement to look for the leak and told us to turn our water on so he could find the leak. This was after we showed him the water damage to our main floor ceiling. We then asked him to start upstairs and he asked if we could leaving the water running which we did. He said he thought it was behind our washer. My husband turn the water off to the house and the plumber cut the wall. He then yelled out I found the leak but he needed to go to Home Depot. I took a look at the completely broken pipe and asked him why there was no water damage at which he stated " I don't know". He came back with the pipe and "fixed the pipe" Asked us to turn the water back on and the water continued to leak everywhere. He then said he could come back the next day because there are multiple leaks. We asked for the estimate and he would not provide one, then stated he charged "175.00 per hour and it would be a all day job. After he left I thought about it and had my husband call to cancel. We scheduled another plumber and he stated "the leak was not behind our washer, and the previous plumber broke the pipe as he did not see any water damage. He found the leak which was on the first floor in the ceiling and were the water was pooling and did not tell me to turn my water on to find the leak. My husband was sent a bill from Reddi Services for 221.45. I spoke with Gina Law who stated she was the manager and informed her I was not paying for the damage her plumber did and sent her pictures of her plumber's work as well as the work invoice done by the other plumbing company. Dishonest, and they don't hold themselves accountable. Never again.. They made sizing mistakes pressure valve sizing mistakes and I had to pay another company to show them what they did it wrong. They did not hold themselves accountable to cover my costs for finding the problem for them. However, they agreed with my findings and replace the valve according to spec and did not reimburse me for my expenses. On top of that it took them 2 months to make sure the job was done properly. We found that there was a bad gas valve and the gas line actually flooded with water. Thank God we have options to find other companies to do work professionally as I would suggest anyone reading this post does. read more

This company is ridiculous! Our water heater was NOT keeping the pilot light lit, and we contacted them on Monday. The technician spent 15 minutes at our residence, got it lit, but it didn't stay lit, and he complained about the equipment we purchased a year prior, then left without ensuring the problem was resolved, or contacting someone about a replacement part for repair. We were charged $100 for NOTHING! My husband spent time the next day, while trying to work, to explain the situation and someone came out the following day - again - DID NOTHING except complain again about the equipment, and mention that a replacement part needs to be ordered for delivery the following day. On Thursday, the part was delivered, and the technician didn't notify anyone of the time of arrival, so no one was home , and he left without repair. On Friday, the technician came, and realized there is an ADDITIONAL PART needed for the repair, so OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK!! My master shower was dripping constantly. It had been "fixed" about a year ago by another local company. Don came in, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Both faucets even turn the same direction now which is so nice. Had a gift card so the price was even more reasonable. I will definitely keep Reddi Services at the top of my list. read more

The plumbers are good. However, the dispatching and planning is horrible. No set time or even a reasonable window when they arrive. You might find yourself camping at home all day hoping they show up. They call 30 min before they show up. So camp at home ALL DAY and wait for a phone call. read more

We had our laundry P trap replaced today as the 55 year old one was rusting out causing the lint to clog up this drain. Rich Miller came out on time and was very friendly throughout the repair. He explained to me exactly what the plan was before any work had started. He finished early and cleaned up afterwards. Even asked me before he was done if the concrete work was up to my standards. My mother-in-law has had these guys over to fix her shower 6 times. (Yes, you read that correctly.) It STILL wasn't fixed, so we called a handyman friend of ours. Please do yourself a huge favor and do not call these people. Their main goal is to see how far they can reach into your bank account or wallet. I had a blocked 4in drain and the main thing to know is it was blocked at the manhole. The two guys from Reddi Services got me for $250.00 and then gave me a quote for $12,000.00 to dig down and fix it. That's right $12,000.00. They never once mentioned calling the city since it's their manhole. So I called another company from Belton, KJett Services. The very first thing they did was called the city on Monday and on Thursday they were here with the city guy. Guess what? The city has already started fixing the problem. Digging the street up and all that entails. Here's the big one, NO CHARGE TO ME!! Not even KJett Services charged me. Shame on Reddi Services for trying to rob me. read more

A friend of mine referred me to reddi services. I had a what I consider to be an emergency in the bathroom with my toilet within 10 minutes of calling (super nice lady on the phone) I had to call that I was next in line and someone would be here within 30 minutes. I found out there's no extra service fee corner basically anything for them to come to my house. They do heating and cooling and plumbing and still looks like everything else. David Wilson, bless him, was my guy that day. He was young and I was concerned at first. He's a very smart young man, he explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions. We even had a few laughs. I don't think I could give a higher rating to a company. Your employees are wonderful and yourprices are more than fair and I appreciate the military discount. I tried to schedule service for a broken furnace at my rental house. Unfortunately they couldn't get to me until late evening that day. I understand they are busy, so no problem. Then I get a call that they have to cancel that appointment. Tenants have a night without heat in 35 degree weather. We reschedule for noon the next day. I had a call at 10:30 when I'm in church and can't take it. As soon as I can I give them a call around 11:00. The dispatcher tells me I missed my appointment last night and this morning and I will have to wait until the following day. This is completely unacceptable. It seems there is very poor internal communication within the company which translates into problems for the customer. Tenants have been without heat for two days because of this. They certainly lost my business. read more

I called to get my Septic tank pumped based on its was time I pulled out my old receipt and called them appointment was for Saturday AM they got here about 11 I showed the guy where it was he grabbed a loose stick and pushed it in the ground and said we don't dig any deeper than a foot and half. I told the Red haired young man you've done it before he said I don't even have you in the system I said I called you based on my receipt.I said I'll have to search for someone else. read more

Scheduled an appointment with these folks to get a quick estimate and some work done if the price was right. Talked to the same lady twice and appointment was confirmed. Appointment day comes, they're supposed to show between 2pm and 5pm...and nobody shows. Gave it all day. Called back in, and they have no record of my appointment. Lady that answered said she would get my info to their estimator who would call me within minutes...NO CALL. She also didn't apologize...GREAT service...what a bunch of clowns. I saw some of the other reviews for Reddi, and actually had a recommendation for them...now I'll join the people saying STAY AWAY. Don't use them. Manager on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Other reviews say the same. Call KC Metro Plumbing instead. They are great! The Reddi technician Tyler was very professional and polite. But the man who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. Tyler cleaned a back up in my main drain line. But water got stuck in a crawl space from running water to clean the drain. I asked them to remove the water that got stuck there and Tyler didn't have the equipment to do it right away. They said they would call me the next day. No one called. I followed up. Someone then called me and said they could bring a truck to get rid of that water and it would cost $700. My drain line cleaning job was only $150. The manager on the phone then was rude and unprofessional. I will not use this company ever again!! My regular plumber cleaned that water with a hand held water vacuum. Reddi wanted to bring a truck and charge hundreds of dollars. Ridiculous. read more

I called them out to auger my drain and David came out... 30 mins later he left and NOTHING was fixed. Seriously? $100 and you can't even do your job? We ended up renting the equipment and my husband did it himself, successfully. Why charge me if you CAN'T help? Why not just say you can't do it. RIP OFF! Add to that the fact that they don't make appointments, they just told us they'd call us the next day... Never again. Never again. I'll just stick with Roto Rooter, they cost more, but they don't make us BS and they are professional about appts. read more
