(there was a leaf blocking the water drainage - and front loader washers won't spin if there's water in the tub)

He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

This company is the real deal. I used Earl Bryant a couple years ago to install a faulty A-Coil and they replaced it for 1/2 of what KB Complete wanted to do for the exact same thing. Because of the professionalism they used to do that project I called them again in July 2017 because my AC completely quit working. A Service Tech by the name of Danny Grosko showed up on time and was eager to help. He quickly was able to troubleshoot the problem and explained what he was doing. Danny was extremely confident and knowledgeable and continued to treat me as the most valuable customer that Earl Bryant ever had. I cannot say enough about my experience with Earl Bryant and Danny was without a doubt the most polite and professional Service Technician that to ever work on my home. Our furnace would not kick on for the first try this year. I wanted a neighborhood company and found Earl Bryant online with good ratings. I called at almost 4:30 pm on Monday, they came out after work on Tuesday to diagnose (darn mouse) and called today (Thursday) before I left for work and said the motor came in and that he could put it in right away. I said yes, he showed up withing 20 minutes and after only about an hour the job was complete! Very impressed with the service and the tech Rylan (hope I spelled that right) was very nice and professional. He even helped me install the dryer vent I had purchased, calked it and made sure it was secure. Will be calling them whenever the need arises. I will also have them come out in the Spring to check and tune the A/C. Very reasonable too. read more

I scheduled the A/C tuneup this season and was told that the fan was not working and they gave me a quote of $800 to service it and $2700 to give it full workup!!! THAT'S WITH THE DISCOUNT!!! I called around and found another certified HVAC specialist who offered to come out and look at it. They spent 30 minutes at the house and had me up and running for only $75. The fixed the fan and filled it with freon as well as looking at the rest of the system to make sure I was up to par. I called and canceled my service contract the next day.

I can't guarantee that their prices are the cheapest in town; but I'm willing to pay slightly more for a company that I know will stand by its work. I have to give one specific example -- we recently had a technician stop by because our A/C seemed to be running less efficiently than usual. As he went down the steps of our garage to begin his inspection, he slipped on a workout mat that I had forgotten at the foot of the stair -- It was completely my fault and I felt horrible. He seemed to hurt his knee and to be in some discomfort. I would have absolutely understood if he had called off the service to return at a later date, or if he had offered rushed or less than courteous service. Of course, he did nothing of the kind, but offered the usual patient and thorough service that I've become accustomed to. He inspected our system and cleaned our A/C unit, which fixed the inefficiencies that we had been experiencing. The kicker, after all this, is that we were charged nothing at all because the service agreement from our A/C purchase, which I had completely forgotten about, was still in effect! Our technician, of course, reminded us of this. Great company. I recommend them with confidence.
