I genuinely cannot say enough good things about our experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Bella! From the moment she approached our table, she was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive. She immediately made us feel comfortable and set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable dining experience. We started off by ordering espresso martinis, and Bella kindly informed us that we had the option of choosing between vodka or tequila. Being the indecisive people we are, we had absolutely no idea which one to pick. Thankfully, Bella was able to help and patiently explained the differences between the two, describing the flavors and helping us decide which would best suit our preferences. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Throughout our entire meal, Bella demonstrated impeccable timing. It was almost as if she had a sixth sense for knowing exactly when we needed something! She checked in at all the right moments, made sure our drinks were taken care of, and consistently asked whether we had any questions about the menu or needed recommendations. She managed to be attentive without ever being overbearing, which is honestly an art form in itself. And can we talk about the FOOD?! Absolutely phenomenal! Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and exceeded our expectations. A huge shoutout to the kitchen and the talented cook because they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Between the incredible food and Bella's outstanding hospitality, we were genuinely having a time. We will definitely be back! read more

We had a great experience at Redbird Scratch Kitchen & Bar! The food was fresh and full of flavor -- you can really tell they make everything from scratch. We tried the Sonoran burger with a side of street corn, and both were delicious. The burger had just the right amount of spice, and the street corn was perfectly seasoned. We also shared the queso fundido and mac & cheese, which were both rich, cheesy, and satisfying. One thing that stood out was the little extra touch at the end -- they bring out hot towels to wipe your hands, which was really nice after a messy (but tasty) meal. Overall, great food, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! read more
