They have a wide variety of well-priced shoes, not only on the main floor, but also over in clearance. Not only do they sell shoes, but they also have a good variety of other accessories like bags and scarves for men and women alike! This location recently popped up in the new strip mall, so it is at the top of the line in appearance, which made me feel like I was shopping at a store more upscale than the prices reflected! 5 stars in this aspect! The customer service that the employees provided was great, I felt like they were there if I needed them to be, but they weren't overly stalkerish. They also told me about how they could ship me the shoe I wanted directly to my house for free shipping if I couldn't find my size in their store, which I thought was a great customer service feature. Once I went to check out, I couldn't remember if I had any rewards through the rewards program and they were able to look it up with just my phone number, which I thought was very convenient. All in all, I will continue to come back to DSW locations. If all of them are as good as this one, then they win in my book!

NEVER go to Kiley, she needs lessons on customer service or to find a new job (seriously, David's bridal would benefit on firing her) I came in with 3 girlfriends, looking at the bridal and bridesmaid selections. We mentioned we wanted to look around first and see if anything interested us. Now we were approached multiple times in 10 minutes by 3 ladies, Carla, Kiley and the manager. Only once Carla and the manager approached us, not being pushing and we had great conversations and interactions with them. Now Kiley, became a problem from the beginning coming up to us every 2 minutes, watching us like a hawk acting like we were stealing or something. Now I assume she was doing this because she wanted the commission granted if we buy something. Now here is the kicker. We made it to the bridal selection and we start seeing dresses I wanted to try. Kiley comes up for the 4th (at least) time and I say I found some dresses but I want to choose them all before getting help since I know I'm not the one taking the dresses off the rack. She suddenly switches her attitude and with a cold tone says "oh you're only allowed 2 dresses because you don't have an appointment. If you want to try more on you have to make an appointment". Now that is absolute BS because 1. No one was in the store (and there were 3 people working), 2. I came into the store before on a weekend with one of the girls I was with and we didn't have an appointment and we were told no minimum. In fact, we were told before (by the same lady we assume is the manager) that we can try anything on just to ask for help to get the dresses! That interaction with Kiley killed the whole vibe. Like there were crickets when we previously laughing and having fun. She then comes around 2 min after AGAIN, and asks if I want to try something on. I told her, annoyed, that since I have a limit according to her I have to be picky. By this time I found a dress I wanted to try but I told my friends I'm not trying it on if Kiley was our consultant. Thankfully we went around and asked for the other consultant, Carla. Now Carla was the sweetest soul and so extremely patient as I called my mother in law to be and mother for their opinion. We had so much fun and we found a perfect fitting dress at such an amazing price. The entire 30 min I was trying on dresses Kiley's (I'm assuming appointment or walk in) had started trying on dresses. I am not surprised they didn't get anything because the entire time Kiley's focus was on me and my group. I mean it was uncomfortable to say the least and just sad for the other party. After finding my amazing dress and getting ready for checkout more problems came. Kiley just kept watching and staring at us while we were having fun with Carla and the manager. It was uncomfortable. And at one point we believe she started recording us before my sister in law noticed and called her out. So please, to this business do something with Kiley. I get she is younger but she has no customer service manners and ruined the entire experience. Carla thankfully saved it! I would love to give more stars but I have such a mixed opinion it saddens me. 5 stars for Carla, 0 stars for Kiley. I'm glad the commission is going to Carla, she deserved it!

She then proceeded to provide me with a dress that was a size 16, of which was too big for me as I am a size 6. When I expressed how disappointed I was with the experience she and her coworkers proceeded to mock me and accuse me of having a bad attitude. Shame on the manager for not coming out of her closed door environment to ensure that I was having a good customer experience. The difference between David's Bridal and places like Elegance in Highland is the first class service you receive when visiting their store. I called them after my horrible experience at David's Bridal and they greeted me with grace, elegance, and superior customer service. Subsequently, I found the perfect dress. It pays to go to a high class environment, as you will be treated like you are the only one who matters. Run away from shopping at David's bridal as you will not have a good experience!

The quality is not the best, but it's well worth it for the variety you can find there. I just purchased 2 sets of boot socks on clearance for $.99 apiece. Buy them anywhere else and you'll spend a MINIMUM of $5-15, unless you're shopping from an online retailer such as Grace and Lace and can spend $20-35 for the handcrafted work. I also found a SUPER SNAZZY, classic black jacket that was $16. The jacket was somehow both delicate AND fierce. All in all, if you're on a budget yet wish to dress trendy, sexy, comfortable, or classic, Discovery has all you need. If you're a Pinterest gal and find that you can't afford the outfits you like pieced together by the pros, you certainly can afford those pieces when you're shopping at Discovery. (I hate adding this in, but imaging buying direct from China but eliminating the wait time for shipping and guaranteeing that what you see is what you get. That's kind of like Discovery.) Had a great first experience at Stride Rite! My son has a very high instep and is learning how to…read morewalk. Any shoes I bought from department stores would not go over the width of his foot. So I went to Stride Rite and the lady was so helpful. She measured my sons foot and told me all about the right type of shoes for him and let me know which ones came in extra wide. The shoes are a bit pricy but totally worth it if you have a foot that is hard to fit. I left with two pairs of shoes and extremely happy with the customer service and the products. Not to mention my 10 month old son fell in love with the lady helping us and trying shoes on him. Will definitely come back for more shoes in the future.
