I recommend these guys to EVERYONE (i hate seeing people in pain) and my family and friends have ALL had great experiences ...from young to old, including my own mother. My cousin is an electrician in his mid 20's and on his feet constantly with 14 hour shift days and he can't stop talking about how much better he feels now that he has this system. Like most great things in life, it's an investment, but it's definitely a wise one. If u follow the system, it will work for you and elevate your quality of life. That's

You won't find this place by accident, but only by looking for it. Nice roomy interior and showroom, enough knowledgeable staff to deliver excellent service, and a great selection of a limited number of brands. It began as a sales outlet for just New Balance shoes, but has since expanded into other brands with New Balance still their highlight. They had a nice selection of shoes for all styles, and also had socks and other items to complement their inventory. Prices were a bit high, but understandably so in a specialty store like this ... you are not in a Walmart or Dick's looking for shoes. Good place to shop at.

#85/2023 Fantastic yet again service wise…read more I see why the store especially this location has so many five bars of stars and only one star poor review was the one who created it to review how bad it was for them over 10 years ago. It sits in a small shopping mall anchored way in the back it's hard to see from the highway you have to really know what you're looking for use your GPS. This is the second time I've come in and received fantastic service. My first experience was April of 2021. I wanted something that had what was called the wide toe box but not a wide shoe and I was just browsing places in the girl was very very helpful at the time and everything was perfect these were some of the best shoes I've owned in a long time I bought two pairs one was more of a running gym shoes sort of thing. But the one that became my daily word pretty much for over two and a half years were these walking shoes in a nice color neutral Brown not just black or the white or off-white whatever they are. I was so happy when I went in there and I said I was in here a few years ago I gave him my phone number and my name they pulled me up said yeah you're here and I was quite pleased to know these exact same shoes are still available and they had them in stock so I got myself another pair because after two over two and a half years of very very hard wear through all different elements for seasons they finally started to begin to slowly get unglued at the sole. But once again I came in in the service was fantastic I had no complaints at all this is an outstanding store right here and even if you have to have something ordered they keep in touch with you and let you know everything that's going on.

So, I cannot use the dressing room and at times items that I try on need to be returned. I also have a service dog. The sales person denied my return because there was a dog hair on a dark green top and the tag came off and was in the bag. All receipts were in the bag and nothing was damaged or worn. The manager was next to her and was chiming in and said she was allergic to dogs, while holding up the top and making fun of it like it was going to bite her, it was very embarrassing, dramatic and I was speechless. The associate was so flustered that she couldn't even input my information in the register. I would warn anyone with disabilities not to enter this store as I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this humiliation and be a target of your uncontrolled situation. I will be contacting the corporate office.

We were EXTREMELY disappointed with Dunhill in Merrillville, Indiana. We had used them several…read moretimes in the past at the Highland Indianapolis Blvd. Location. We were more than satisfied with service, expertise, tailoring and professionalism at the Highland In location. At the Merrillville store I do not believe they have a clue as to what they are doing. The Groom, who is 6'8" and a big man as well as Father of the bride who is 5'11" and also a big man were ( I can't even say fitted) given tuxedos that fit TERRIBLY. They were not tailored at all, the necks of the shirts were huge. It made them look unkempt and terrible. The grooms pants were too short, it was not fitted and not pressed well. The Father of the Bride, his pants with adjustable sides and no belt loops for a belt were also not tailored or pressed well. If they knew what they were doing they would have given him suspenders. Instead, during pre wedding pictures and right before service he tried to adjust trousers as to not have them fall while walking daughter down aisle only to have the cheap adjustment buckle break right before. While running to try to find a sew kit or pins we found one safety pin and 2 binder clips. They didn't work to keep pants up. He basically was holding his trousers up with his elbow and arm as they rose the 5 steps and down the aisle. After the service one of the groomsmen offered his suspenders. They were graciously accepted. We were extremely dissatisfied and disappointed they allowed this to happen and even worse they still charged $170.00 per tuxedo. NEVER AGAIN.NEVER. I believe if people only had the option of renting from them or going to Goodwill, people CHOOSE GOODWILL!

Back then it was a much smaller building and there was a dividing wall and on the other side of that wall was the Changing Rooms. I would have given it less stars back then just for the fact that I was younger and I felt awkward when they did my measurements, but it still was a good place to get a rent or buy a suit for a dance or whatnot. I just recently was at Dunhill to get fitted for a Wedding and a second time to try on and pick up the suit. The place is now much more spacious, because the dividing wall no longer exists, and I was amazed at how easy the process was of getting fitted. It seemed so much easier than it did back when I was getting fitted for Prom. Everyone was so nice and courteous. I'm sure I will be returning again.
