The biggest issue is how much they lowball you on items that clearly have higher value. It felt like there was no real consideration for condition, brand, or resale potential. On top of that, their selection process makes no sense. There's no transparency in how they decide what to take and what to pass on. Items that were in great condition were rejected, while others I expected them to skip were accepted. It just felt completely inconsistent and random. The employee that ring me out. When I was told only $30 for 78 items( which I believe they took more and just didn't put it on there) I question it. She then told me they give $1 for every bodysuit that they take, but they took 45 body suits. So, it didn't make any sense. Overall, the lack of clarity and the very low payouts make it hard to justify bringing items here. If you're expecting fair value for your clothes, you'll probably leave disappointed.
