I am phasing out all my size 11 shoes and buying 11 1/2's. The shoes are sold at manufacturers retail price. There are some shoes that go on sale, but it doesn't seem like many. They have a good reward system, but not great. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you have. They are also able to recommend shoes based on your needs.

They have been the only boot that I have gotten 18 months of wear out of verses 3 months for most others. So when the opportunity presents itself with a discount, I try to use it. The staff here acts like the money comes out of their own pocket for the discount. I asked if the offer a military discount and was told no. I showed them an online coupon for $20 off a $100 purchase and I was greeted with utter disgust facial expression when it was presented. The boots are great but the personnel need a check up from the neck up.
