I went in for the free consultation and left with the relief I had been looking for. The team at Highland are kind, knowledgeable, and patient! I went back for a refit when my body was adjusting and they got me squared away with the same level of service as if it was my first time. I recommend these guys to EVERYONE (i hate seeing people in pain) and my family and friends have ALL had great experiences ...from young to old, including my own mother. My cousin is an electrician in his mid 20's and on his feet constantly with 14 hour shift days and he can't stop talking about how much better he feels now that he has this system. The supports come with a lifetime warranty and service so no worries on wearing them out or if u need things adjusted. Like most great things in life, it's an investment, but it's definitely a wise one. If u follow the system, it will work for you and elevate your quality of life. That's

They are not there to just sell a product but to offer the customer an experience that will last and bring you back when wanting to purchase quality western wear. The owner explained that he wanted to be a cowboy when he was a little boy. He has a photo of himself as a child all dressed up like a cowboy hanging on the store wall. This store seems to be part of his dream come true. I truly enjoyed sharing his adventure and purchasing 2 pairs of boots from him. I love the boots I purchased for myself and my husband loves the snakeskins I bought for him. I'll always come back to the Bar Dee. I hope the store will be there for a long time. E. S. W.

I had no knowledge of handmade boots or western boots, so he took the time to explain how to care for them and went through quite a few different styles with me. I ended up buying a pair of Los Altos handmade boots that were over $300 and I LOVE them! Based on my positive experience, I will be back and also recommend this business to others. I did look online extensively before visiting, but it needs to be said that actually going in and talking with an experienced person and seeing for yourself the different types of skins and boots styles is worth it's weight in gold. Overall, great experience. Will be back !

I am thrilled to not have to drive downtown Chicago or to Oakbrook for a nice pair of jeans! I got to visit the boutique on it's opening day this past Saturday and found so many cute things. The store was packed, which is exciting as it means there are a lot of people who will be supporting it so we can keep places like this in our town. The owner was so kind and did an amazing job with the space. The prices are mid range, which is nice. It isn't over the top, but it also isn't cheap. I love the selection she has. She even commented on how she only orders a limited run of each item so that you don't see everyone around town in the same thing, so smart! This is an amazing addition to the new Centennial Village space and something this area needed!

She put in a request for that shirt. The shirt was $109.99 before tax which was quite expensive for a shirt so I was confident the assistant knew what she was doing. The customer assistant lady was very nice. I came and picked up the shirt on 12/03/2019 and completed the purchase of the shirt. $120.44 total. When I put the shirt on which was selected for a photo shoot, it did not fit in the neck...too small. Extremely disappointed I had to change my outfit for the photograph, I attempted to return the shirt on 01/05/2020 and at first was told I could do so by the same lady but I had to purchase something in the store with the credit. I has spent some time and had already picked out a few items when the service lady told me her boss said to not give me the credit for the return and to come back in and speak with them. I am disabled and 65 years old and it takes a lot out of me to get around. I am flabbergasted the this business would treat me in this manner. I now want full credit for this shirt that does not fit and want nothing else out of this store. All of the sizes are all mixed up as they are not made in America. I seen one sweater that was a size 5x but I could tell it would fit me. Proper Courtesy might have gotten them a good customer.
