The website lists both as available, but when I arrived, the very polite employee said no, they don't have Rockport and the Merrells they carry is only one (maybe two?) pairs that weren't what I was looking for at all. The Rack in Maple Grove is decent sized and well laid out. They tend to have a bit of a smaller selection of the higher end designers that you can find at the Mall of America Nordstrom rack but still a decent variety. They carry women's, men's, children's, shoes, accessories and home goods. Parking is plentiful but the traffic flow is a little tricky directing you right into the first row. That row gets 100% of incoming traffic so I'd recommend parking one or two over. Customer service here is always good. While you are kind of on your own to hunt the racks (if you want a personalized shopping experience head to the actual Nordstrom's) the employees always seem to be in a good mood and helpful when checking out. Dressing rooms are always clean and they have plenty of spaces to try on items. It helps when people return unwanted items to the return racks so do your part and don't leave them in the room. Overall I think visiting this location is fun and I rarely leave empty handed!

And spoke to someone that claimed to be a manager they said they would investigate the situation. They claimed to have check cameras, and they claimed that the shoes were in the bag, but the shoes never made it home with me. I'm a professional medical provider I have two twin boys, a husband there is no other female in the house and I know what I saw and how this person was acting at the register. Just make sure you check your items before leaving this store! Especially when you have someone that's bagging your stuff on the ground versus on the countertop!

Started by a local couple with one store ( Run n Fun) in St Paul and built into five locations, now branded TC Running and run by one of the former employees. Many of the employees have continued to stay working here even with the changes and the stores continue to serve the community with their Run Squad membership available to be part of a running group and have extra benefits. Also they are active in local track teams helping supply needed quality gear. We stopped tshopping for our yearly upgrade of our shoes after many miles have worn out last years. The service was top notch as always. Thanks to Mary at St. Paul store and Ryan at the Maple Grove store. I have been in here a few times but staff don't approach to greet or offer assistance. There is a large variety of clothing items and the sales floor is easy to shop. There was a ladies night event advertised on their social media which mentioned giveaways but when asked about them the salesclerk confirmed there were none. The store has frequent sales or discounts. They do offer private shopping parties in which the hostess receives a 40% discount and guests get 20% off.
