Fantastic, ordered some, hard find in my size, Hoka shoes online, they were instock and delivered quickly, very impressed, easy transaction.

Some of us have trouble finding a walking or running shoe that is comfortable in all conditions as we age. I'm leaving a review for TC Running because they found the perfect shoe for me, and were so helpful. I wanted to get more pairs, and they jumped right on it with some excellent deals. A+++++ on TC Running Company and Shane in customer service! Highly recommend. read more

Need running, walking, track gear? Look no further than TC running. Locally owned running athletic shoes and gear. My husband and I have been coming here for years for the great service, friendly helpful atmosphere and of course quality products. Started by a local couple with one store ( Run n Fun) in St Paul and built into five locations, now branded TC Running and run by one of the former employees. Many of the employees have continued to stay working here even with the changes and the stores continue to serve the community with their Run Squad membership available to be part of a running group and have extra benefits. Also they are active in local track teams helping supply needed quality gear. We stopped tshopping for our yearly upgrade of our shoes after many miles have worn out last years. The service was top notch as always. Thanks to Mary at St. Paul store and Ryan at the Maple Grove store. If they don't have what you need at their store they will help you find it or order it for you. Thanks TC running family. read more

This is my go-to store for running supplies. They are always friendly, helpful, and have a great selection. My most recent trip was for gels/gu for running a marathon. The employee suggested a brand I hadn't tried -Spring Energy - based on his positive experience with them. I picked up a few different flavors and they are great. Having a store where the employees are both experts and users of the products is so helpful. read more

Knowledgeable staff. For the most part, they are all serious runners. Great selection. Awesome service. The person who helped me has been in the shoe business for eight years. Not pushy. When I expressed the issues I was having with my present running shoes, he brought out three different shoes for me to try. After choosing the one I liked the best, I left the store a happy customer, and will surely return. read more

This is my second time to TCR and both times I have been impressed with the service. The staff is welcoming and helps you out immediately from the time arrival all the way until you deoo pop art. They are knowledgeable in their footwear and truly take the time to help you find the perfect shoe - they take into consideration your gait, type of activity, and what specifics you are looking for in a shoe. I highly recommend visiting TCR for your next pair of shoes! I will definitely be back. read more

I got in for the first time to any of the DC runnings because I was recommended to come see their shoes. They take care of you the minute you enter they don't put pressure on you and every 5 minutes to come to check on you to see if you need anything. Great collection. They even check people how they walk in the store to give you good advice. Plenty of parking and easiest to the highway. Very clean Store and classy customers inside. read more

I have been a customer for several years and have always appreciated the knowledge, courtesy and experience of the staff when choosing the right shoe for me. However, I am very disappointed in the lack of customer support when a brand that they carry is found to be inferior and they refuse to accommodate their customer fairly. Shoes failed with less than 4 months use and the best that they can do is 20% off a new pair? Especially when they admit the brand has had many complaints about durability? The unwillingness of the staff to seek a better outcome "up the ladder" was the clincher. The correct response should have been that they would go to bat for me with the brand and ask the GM for a hefty discount to preserve my loyalty. Unfortunately, I think I'm going to have to find a new place to buy my workout shoes. One that backs up their products and stops selling inferior ones. :-( read more

So i was looking around for somewhere to buy a pair of running shoes and saw the reviews to TC running and decided to give them a go. I walked in and the gentlemen that helped me saw my old beat to hell sneakers and guessed i was in for new ones. He looked at my old sneakers and saw the tread on them and i explained i had some knee issues and i was after something pretty padded to help with knee pain. He offered to grab a few options and came out with 4 different brands. I tried them on and while deciding between 2 (wearing one of each) he noticed my gait while walking around and pointed out the pair that were better for me. Great fast service. He was nice and polite would definitely recommend them to others. read more

TC Running is a very great company that has very knowledgable and attentive staff. I am a regular customer who has always experienced helpful service that has helped me find the best options as far as shoes go. Just recently, I went there to pick up new shoes and it was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. The young man who helped me was very sarcastic, very rude, did not listen to me, and judged me to the point where he basically acted like he knew everything about me and that my opinion did not matter. Not to mention his unexpected and sarcastic swearing. When he rung my shoes up he told me to not be a dumbass for waiting so long to get shoes. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed and upset because of the way I was treated. When spending over hundred dollars on shoes you expect good help so you can make the best decision and he did not pay attention nor did he offer any helpful suggestions. On that note, I will be attending a different store next time and or asking for someone else to help me if I do go back again because it would be very disappointing to deal with his service again. read more
