I proceeded to pull up the ones I wanted, showing as available on their site and she basically said she didn't care what I saw since she didn't find them. Rachel overheard and jumped in to help, offered to call a different location and then ultimately found the color I wanted in their system that was in fact available and ordered them to get shipped to my house. Parking is usually pretty rough at this strip mall but they do have a back lot as well and usually a bit more luck taking that route. One of the cashiers here was taking her sweet time ringing up a customer and the vibe was very weird with her mean mugging everyone. At one point another staff member was walking up and asked her "why are you looking at me like that". So yeah, there's that.

They offer a vast selection of quality brands and almost always have what I'm looking for and a perfect fit in stock. I usually wait for a sale and then stock up by buying multiple pairs of footwear. I've also joined their rewards program. Thus, pricing, particularly given the excellent service and quality selection becomes a relative bargain. This store can get busy but never to the point where I felt that I was unacknowledged or conversely felt rushed into making a purchase decision.
