Mind you, our first order wasn't a "big" one,, which might have made us unimportant to them, but we were planning on spending more money with them later. So after paying, they gave us a delivery date and time with the assurance a call would be made as the driver was headed our way. We waited around for the time they gave us, but when nobody showed up and no call, we called them. They said the driver was running out of time to drive, so he would load that night and be on his way to us in the morning before 6am. Well unfortunately 6:45 am and no call, no delivery. We called again and they told us they were going to load it and it would be here by 10 am. We decided at that point we could find someone who had better customer service, and somewhere we got truth!! Also, when calling to assure we would get a full refund there wasn't even a "sorry for the problem and miscommunication." I guess they do not value all customers!!
