I was then called by them and told that the driver was over hours and would load then be at my place by 6 to 6: 30 in the morning. It never happened. I agreed and said that we would need to leave for town before 9 and could we be done by then. I was told yes. The next morning, I called a little after 7 and was told that the driver was 10 minutes out from getting loaded and would then head our way. I cancelled. They seem to not care about others schedules. No apologies from them. They didn't know why he ran so far behind the day before. In the past , my experience with employees that ran behind were either doing side work on my time or playing stink finger. Do not trust these folk.

Mind you, our first order wasn't a "big" one,, which might have made us unimportant to them, but we were planning on spending more money with them later. So after paying, they gave us a delivery date and time with the assurance a call would be made as the driver was headed our way. We waited around for the time they gave us, but when nobody showed up and no call, we called them. They said the driver was running out of time to drive, so he would load that night and be on his way to us in the morning before 6am. Well unfortunately 6:45 am and no call, no delivery. We called again and they told us they were going to load it and it would be here by 10 am. We decided at that point we could find someone who had better customer service, and somewhere we got truth!! Also, when calling to assure we would get a full refund there wasn't even a "sorry for the problem and miscommunication." I guess they do not value all customers!! I would advise looking elsewhere for your product unless you have a truck to haul it in yourself! A very disappointed customer!!

It's a metal hanger style building, with iron fencing all around and metals piled high in the yard. The only real negative about Cave's is the lack of parking. in front of the office area, there are two large areas of parking reserved for the business owners. Then there is a small area for customers. Everyone's work truck is big, so availability of parking is small. We ended up having to park on the west side of Meridian road and running across the street. Meridian is a lot busier than one would think! Unfortunately, Cave's didn't have the specific metal that Mr. P was looking for. But he said that they had a great supply of material. He also said that operations manager Stacey was very friendly and accommodating, and offered suggestions on how to find what we need.
