Wonderful people, Thankfully I was burned by a place on Meridian and had to go elsewhere. These folk fit the bill. Anne was very professional and took my order without asking for a down payment The price was better than the other guys and they actually delivered when they said they would. Chris the delivery driver was very polite and able to offload where I needed it. He was in and out in 15. I will only recommend and use AZ Rock from now on. read more

I ordered size 3/4 of river rock however it was actually mixed with sizes 3/4, 1/2, and 3/8 and LARGER. I was completely deceived as what I ordered on the website was not what was delivered. If it was a mix of sizes, that should have been clearly stated on the website and it should've been advised of prior to confirming the order via email. I saw an additional email was sent AFTER we confirmed the quantity in the order advising of the mix of sizes. Very sneaky. Be wary of the deception. read more

Professional, polite, prompt communication. Great prices and great delivery on time. Driver even unloaded while moving the truck so I would have less work. Thanks read more

The very nasty customer service reps, delivery window so that customers aren't waiting around all day waiting for the product to come, and gravel that's not so filled with dirt. read more

Fantastic service, quick ship, placed exactly where we needed it. Reasonable prices!!

I contacted this business because of their high ratings and they could not use a photo of my rock to determine which rock it was. They wouldn't even send someone out to give an estimate. Instead they told me I would have to take a sample of my rock, find time to drive all the way to a rock place and get the name of the rock or matched to one they have and then get back to AZ Rock Express. No, I had zero time for that nonsense. I think part of the business is coming out to estimate and then you take the rock and match it. If you can't do that, then you say, nope we can't do business with you. I found another company who did exactly that-came out, provided the estimate, took my rock and matched it, brought the rock and spread it. So it is already done by a business with a better business model for the full time working adult. read more

Annie and the team were amazing. They showed up on time, coordinated the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

Communication was excellent! The front office was very responsive, polite, and easy to do business with. They delivered 10 tons of rock within 2 weeks tops (I told them we weren't in a rush), and they also installed it very nicely in a corner of our backyard. Looks great! Everything was on time, and all the people were friendly, respectful. All at a reasonable price. Would definitely use again! read more

Very easy to set up. They have their own cellphone app and instructions how to calculate what needed. Had backyard gravel delivered and installed. Beautiful job! Way beyond expectations as being laid on top of old gravel. They only accept cash so need to go to bank prior to big jobs (ours was almost 2k including install) but totally worth it. Price is the competitive as other landscapers for this size yard. Looks nicer than when the yard was 1st installed by Cal Pools. Staff is very responsive. We had a snafu with the install date but ended up with thunderstorms that day so we would have had to cancel anyway. We are going to have them refresh the gravel in the front as well. They even offered to match it exactly prior to ordering so HOA doesn't get mad at us. A plus is that they are very transparent with pricing so we knew exactly what we were getting ahead of time. Highly recommend. read more

AZ Rock Express far exceeded my expectations! Not only do they have really competitive pricing, but they also took the time to help me decide the type and size of rock for my yard. They were able to deliver the rock right away and I even got a follow up call afterwards. I'm so happy with my new front yard and their great customer service made the whole process so much easier. I'll definitely call them next time I need rock! read more

Great price. Appreciated the delivery but would have really appreciated a more narrow timeframe. Good variety. However we were interested in getting big rocks/ small boulders and the guy working at the yard had no clue how to mark them for us or create order. He said he would tell the office lady but nope. When I told her the following weekday he had not relayed the chosen rocks. read more

So much right with this transaction. I contacted them through email and received a very quick response. I was able to get details and complete the transaction all through email which is a big plus for me. Pricing with delivery was very fair. I finalized the deal at the end of the day on May 24th and was set up with delivery for June 1st. I thought that was very fast especially considering the holiday. The delivery driver was WAY beyond courteous and a real pro making suggestions on where he should drop the load and finally putting it exactly where i asked. Yes sir no sir the whole way through. Wow! Lastly .. most places would not make a delivery for less than 10 tons. I dont know what AZ Rock Express's minimum is but I was able to get 3 tons delivered without any issues. The Landscape rock was beautiful Unfortunately .. I underestimated and need another 3 tons ... I will most certainly be calling them for that and any future needs and recommending them to anyone that might need their materials. A+ transaction. Very pleased. read more

They were very reasonably priced and did a phenomenal job putting my new gravel down. I highly recommend them.

Alex at AZ Rock Express was great to work with! He quickly helped me with my order and had it scheduled for delivery the next day. The big thing was that after the rock was delivered we thought we needed more so I called Alex to see what the chances of getting more that day were. He lined it all up and had more rock in the way the same day! Then, we realized we weren't gonna need more rock so I called Alex and he was very understanding and was able to stop the delivery at no charge. Great customer service! I will be getting all my landscape needs from AZ Rock Express for now on! read more

I have used AZ Rock Express for a few landscaping rock projects and it has always been a great experience. They have been very helpful with answering any questions I have had, and with helping me figure out how much rock I needed. I even had them do the rock install for one of my projects and it came out beautiful! There was no clean up needed and the rock spread was perfect. The surrounding area actually looked better after they left! I have received many compliments from neighbors and highly recommend AZ Rock Express. read more

I have been hiring several vendors in the past two months and more often than not I have been disappointed with the results. Az Rock Express has restored my faith! We shopped around and they had the best price for gravel and boulders. I called to order and they were at my house the very next day. This is the first business I have worked with recently that actually did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, and for a great price. I didn't have to listen to excuses; they just came to my house and did a beautiful and professional job. They even took the time to leave everything clean. I could not be happier!! read more
