I really like this place! They are open 7am to 7pm and if you get your shirts in by 10am then you can pick up after 4pm that day! Get this, the best part is that they only charge $1.89 per shirt but the cuffs and collars need to be unbuttoned. I can do that! I found this place by a recommendation from another cleaner when their shirt machine was down and I needed a shirt cleaned and pressed for a funeral. I am glad i found this place. It is also in a good location for me (between home and work) so I can stop by without going out of the way. The people are always friendly and fast. I am not sure why more people are not going here. I would never have stumbled across this place if it wasn't for Yelp...and I'm soooo glad I did! After being fed up with inconsistent dry cleaners, poor service, and varying prices, I was looking for a place I could rely on and keep bringing my clothes to. The management here is so wonderful. Other places I've visited will charge you express/same-day fee. Absolutely no qualms about this place. This place is hidden off of county rd 42 right behind the flower place, on its own building, Its inexpensive thats for sure. I dropped off a bag full of clothes 2blazers, 3womens dress shirts and one mens. They advertise that dress shirts are 1.49 so I thought thats a steal why not test it out it can't hurt for that kind of pricing. When I got there the guy working mentioned that the shirt with ruffles would be double because of the detail work which was fine but then came the bill I got charged 2.49each for the womens dress shirts but for the mens it was only 1.49 HOW IS IT THAT WOMENS SHIRTS ARE DIFFERENT THAN MENS?! I don't get it and since I'm not a nagger for a buck more each piece I stayed quiet. I would have assumed that it would be the same because its less fabric too. Red tag does. a good job, but the women who works weekends and some evenings is horrible. She literally doesn't say a word when she comes up to the counter. Whenever I go in now and she's working, I wait to see if she is going to say anything. If she didn't have to ask my name or tell me how much I owe, she literally wouldn't say a word. I was a regular customer for several years without any big problems. Quality of laundering was good not great. Dry cleaning quality great. Recently I was overcharged by a couple of dollars and brought the overcharge to their attention immediately. I was told "refunds could only be store credit". I wanted my credit card credited and they refused. Their mistake and I pay. I have moved to a new cleaners and they have my two dollars. They gladly took my cushion cover and money and said it would be ready the next day. I thought it odd as it was a special item but not having there before I didn't know how they operated. Returned the next day as instructed to pick up my item and of course it was not ready. The girl didn't know anything and said to come back tomorrow, no wait, better make it Friday (beginning to have doubts now). So I come back Friday and again nothing. Got the owners name and number. Called her and explained my frustration and she was nice but had an answer for everything. She called me back after talking to the store and said it wasn't done because of the fabric backing and that the person that cleans the items would have called me because he does that. I had no call. If I had why would I have gone to pick up the item as instructed. She even asked if I had an answering machine. I told her I would go pick up my item and get my refund. horrible company. they ruined an expensive dress shirt, hid it in between other shirts when we picked up to discover back home. approached them with it and they said "you brought it in that way". there were 13 rust stains, some quite large and they said we did it. I said-why would we bring in a shirt for cleaning that had marks like this and not tell you...they said "why would we lie"...I said why did you not mark it and pull it aside and point out to us? No answer. I also stated when I brought in you asked me to unbutton all buttons including where cuff links are...you watched me do it..if the stains were there, wouldn't we have noticed? again the reply "Why would we lie?" and the accusation "you brought it in that way".....the owner then turned to his wife and said "remember that shirt that was all marked up"...she said "yes"...I then said-why did you not call us then before you cleaned it and why was it hidden in between other shirts and not marked as damaged when we picked up and why did you charge us for it?"...again no answer.
