Came in on a Friday night to get drinks and a bite to eat. Service & food was fair. Nothing spectacular. Had the calamari and the margarita pizza.

*visiting from Houston* This restaurant is located inside the hotel. It is an upscale eatery. There's outside seating available but if you have to get your own drinks and your drinks will come in a plastic cup (glass breaks, people are barefooted, kids are around). I decided to sit at the bar. There was only one bartender but he was good and quick. Service was good! Can't complain! I ordered the Blue Thunder but it was yummy and refreshing; I would recommend that if you're wanting something light. I got the Chef's Pasta of the Day-from the looks of it, it looks bland but the TASTE was very very good. I was surprised but I was expecting it to be bland and not flavorful. For dessert, I got the Bourbon Bread Pudding! I was pleased to know that it didn't have raisins! A WINNER!!! I wish it was a little more moist but overall a good taste and consistency.

Nice dinner at Red Sage. We were visiting Buffalo Thunder and decided to grab dinner. Very nice place in the casino/hotel. Service was exceptional and food was good. The drinks were the highlight! Really nice.

Sea Bass green chile risotto delicious

Outstanding! Crystal and Marcos were amazing! Food unbelievably surprised with the Bison Bolognese and Sea Bass green chile Risotto!

Let me say one thing I'm noticing lately around all eating establishments, including fast food. Not enough workers. This trickles down to waiting longer for a table, waiting longer for your food, limited menu options in finer eateries. I've talked to owners and the consensus is there is a labor shortage due to the stimulus money flowing and inflated unemployment pay outs. The government is paying people to stay home. This is not good for the American Dream. Lack of motivation and creating dependency on the government is basically communism. Doesn't work in any country and it most certainly won't work here in the US. Ok. Rant off. Here is my review: We were seated then our waiter went awol. Seriously nowhere to be found. In his defense he was the bartender, busboy, and probably helping in the kitchen. I saw two people in kitchen. The tables next to us both received their food before us. We had to ask where our food was? 45 minutes still no food. Whomp whomp. Food: pizza very good. Crust had a nice beer taste to it. Slightly burnt crust but overall yummy. Southwest chicken salad - was good once I got the missed salad dressing and blue cheese. That took a while since once again our waiter disappeared after food came out. Sea Scallops- I didn't try but those who did said very good. Shrimp cocktail and calamari- people who ate it thought it was good. Beef Sliders - very tasty. Came with potato chips that seemed house made? Before the you know what, this place was rocking with their menu. I'm sad I didn't get to try it.

Baked Alaska

Love the food and service. We ordered the Tumbleweed salad, Ribeye and crab cake as appetizer. I will definitely order tumbleweed salad and ribeye again. Crab cake is ok. We also ordered Baker Alaska for dessert. It's marshmallow whip that covers a large scoop of dulce de letche ice cream and a slice of cake on bottom. It's so good!

We had a wonderful meal here with fantastic service. We were staying at the Homewood Suites and walked down to this property to explore. In search of a great meal, the bartender suggested Red Sage. It is a nice restaurant, with the whole nine; white table clothes and cloth napkins. We ordered a bottle of sparking wine, local winery Gruett is to thank for that as it was delicious. Our food was wonderful, I splurged with the lobster which were perfect. My friends enjoyed their meals as well (scallops, salmon) and the three of us went to town on their fries which were really good. I am surprised by the negative reviews, not only was the ambiance on point but so was the service and the food was delicious.

When we arrived, there were only 2 other tables. Our waiter seemed confused as he took our orders. I ordered a burger and he asked me how I wanted it done and what side choice. My friend ordered a burger but he forgot to ask her side choice. He wrote down our choices and verified them to us. Then the orders arrived, with a different server, and both burgers were wrong - had the wrong side, and mine had onion rings on top instead of grilled onions I'd requested. Our other friend did enjoy her Santa Fe Salad and the portion of meat was good on the salad. A few mins later our burgers came back and we both found them to be dry and overcooked (I'd asked for medium). I asked for ketchup and watched him walk back and forth to the kitchen a couple times without getting it, so I got up and got it myself from the jackstand by the kitchen. He finally came back with ketchup but this was like 10 mins later. He seemed to be the only waiter at this point - no idea where our first waiter went. The hostess was helping out too as now there were about 10 tables. We had to wait a while for our check to get processed too. We got a little anxious as nobody could be found to take the money and we had flights to catch. There are about 6 or 7 other eating options in this casino and I'd have to believe any of them would be better than Mica.

Turquoise Trail Bar & Grill "hands down" the best choice within the casino for dining. A shame…read morethey've gotten such negative feedback as our experience was not! We were staying one night at the hotel and decided to have dinner here based on the other two locations Turquoise Trails menu seemed to fit more along the lines of what we were wanting. Happy with our decision from start to finish. It was during the weekday (Wednesday) , so it wasn't too busy and we were seated right away when we arrived just before 6 PM. Sat at the bar. Our server & bartender was very friendly and attentive. Believe his name was Ronnie. He kept our glasses filled, was super attentive and professional. Started with their salsa that is served with fresh corn tortilla chips. Salsa was extremely unusual, served warm, consistency great, tasted good, but could have had much more heat. Decided on their "special" that evening which was a 10 oz strip streak and fries for $17.99. Absolutely worth it! It came with a deliciously fresh chimichurri sauce that was amazing & tasted just like I'd make it at home. The fries were good and requested them extra crispy which they also were. Pleased with our experience & couldn't believe that the prices were so reasonable- plus the efficiency of service and staff. If travel through the area again we will definitely be back! *Note: Can be a little confusing in finding; FYI it's located downstairs.

The restaurant was dimly lit, with large whiskey barrels tastefully scattered throughout the space. The ambiance felt dressy casual with a touch of farmhouse charm, complemented by a curated country music playlist serenading us throughout the evening. Since we had mentioned when making our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary, both the hostess and our waiter greeted us with a warm "Happy Anniversary" and surprised us with two complimentary glasses of champagne. It was a very thoughtful touch and set the evening off to a great start. For drinks, I ordered the Buffalo Trace whiskey flight, while my wife chose a shrub, which is a sweet fruity cocktail with a hint of vinegar (like apple cider vinegar or kombucha). We both thoroughly enjoyed our drinks. To start, we ordered the corn chowder with bone marrow, which was such a unique and incredibly delicious experience for both of us. You scrape the bone marrow directly into the soup, adding richness to both the flavor and texture, which were already excellent. For our entree, we shared the ribeye steak with duck fat fingerling potatoes, and it was more than enough food for the two of us. The steak was cooked to perfection and, surprisingly, had very little fat. The duck fat potatoes were soft, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the meal. For dessert, we ordered the Kentucky butter cake and...oh my...the salted bourbon caramel was absolutely amazing!

Cute little vases with flowers in each table not over done and very homey and classy. We ordered a cocktail and some appetizers including the blue cornbread. The cocktails were interesting and fresh. For dinner I had the best sea trout EVER! It was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy and full of flavor. I would get this weekly if I lived there. My husband ordered the tamale and it was a fresh twist on the New Mexican staple. Literally little celebrations in every bite! The patio kind of gave us the feeling of being in someone's backyard for a dinner, which was cozy and comfortable. The cornbread was okay, the house salad delicious, the tortilla soup really delicious. My husband had the grilled sea bass and really enjoyed it. I had housemade potato gnocchi, which was super delicious too. I like that the menu is seasonal and full of locally sourced items; they even have a board which lists the sources they partner with. They were out of a lot of desserts; we ended up trying the piñon tart, which was good. Important to know that this is a cash only spot! Service was great, but then there was quite a muddle with getting our correct check so we could pay and leave. Our check was swapped with another table. We had nowhere else to be and I was enjoying some peppermint tea and my husband some wine anyways, so it was fine that we had to wait a while before they finally brought the correct ticket to us, but in another scenario that could've been really annoying as we ended up there for over two hours total, a lot of it waiting for our check. They did comp us our dessert and my tea, which was the right thing to do and we appreciated that. Overall it was a pleasant dinner, with seasonal dishes and a nice, cozy ambiance. Unsure if we would return, but we don't totally regret going.

I had a simple plan based on the facts at hand to go to a restaurant my wife and totally non-obtrusive dog that suffered as a producer at an Oklahoma abusive puppy mill and we have enjoyed for over 20 years ( I think). Somebody needs to clean up the communication to customers to return to a quality restaurant. It's difficult to rate quality at 5 stars where poor communications is part of the equation.
