    $20 shrimp and lobster!
    Michael R.

Viva la "Secret Menu"! I have grown increasingly fond of red lobster since it was purchased by a conglomerate from thailand. They really know seafood and they've turned the place around completely. Please ignore any reviews of the past under previous ownership because this is really are an entirely new restaurant. Today, we ordered from the secret menu during their shrimp and lobster fes and we got a beautiful lobster tail, a bowl of sauteed shrimp and a side for 20 dollars. And it was really just exceptionally well done. I've paid twice as much for less. I do recommend you join their frequent diner club and get their emails because these specials are sent to you that way along with things like 10 percent off your bill or other perks.

Ordered a dozen biscuits and they send me some overcooked garbage. Don't eat at this trash place. Their employees are clearly too stupid to bake a premade biscuit. Hard Pass, Angelleca. Maybe when y'all hire someone with an appropriate level of intelligence. Out here talking about raising minimum wage. It needs to be lowered based on post COVID customer service.

Let me start off by saying Ms.Irene that was our waiter was amazing times ten! One of the kindest waiters I have had in so long. I decided to visit this location after having a bad experience at the location on 1960. The restaurant was very clean. Advertisement was displayed very well for specials they were having. The server also mentioned up deals that were happening. We started off with appetizers the biscuits were smoking hot like super fresh! So delicious! The wait time was quick! Soon as we finished the biscuits our " ultimate endless shrimp" deal had arrived at the table! Every dish was completely hot and fresh! We didn't even have enough room for dessert. The layout of the restaurant was huge to me and very clean. I also notice they had large booths for large parties! The bar area looked nice also. I really liked this LED sign that was at the door displaying the deals also. Definitely will be returning!

Amazing price for delicious shrimp! Special deal on 6/5/23.

It's been a minute since I last went to Red Lobster and I don't know why because their Ultimate Endless Shrimp deal is AMAZING!!! The hubby and I had an early dinner during the week so there really wasn't a wait before we were seated. The booths were very spacious and comfortable. Our waitress, Christina, greeted us right away. She mentioned the specials. Btw-they have great drink specials for happy hour. She took our drink and appetizer orders and brought us the complimentary cheddar biscuits. They are delicious. Try not to fill up on them and save room for the appetizers and entrees. It's hard not to but try. Our drinks and appetizer came out in a timely manner. We then placed our order for the Ultimate Endless Shrimp. You start with choosing 2 kinds from the 5 options. You also get a side & they have plenty to choose from. Our shrimps came out just as we finished the delicious appetizer-Seafood stuffed mushrooms. Perfect timing. Christina was so attentive. She checked on us frequently, kept our drinks filled and made sure we had plenty to eat. We tried 4 out of the 5 different shrimp options. They were all delicious but if we had to rate them the jumbo coconut shrimp was the top choice. Followed by garlic shrimp scampi, grilled shrimp skewer, & Walt's favorite shrimp. But guess what? You can try them all yourself and see which one is your favorite. That's the beauty of the ultimate endless shrimp deal. So if you love shrimp like I do, this is the place for you. The restaurant is clean, the service is excellent, & the food is delicious. Thank you Christina for the your excellent customer service.

$45 order for a RARE steak and this is what I get! It's really hard to mess up a rare steak & to make it over cooked and welldone is even a bigger f up. Great job Red Lobster! Will NOT be coming back.

Service was great. Like top notch. The food was decent but we were seated by the bar and I don't know how to explain it but there was a sour smell in the bar. I've smelled it before at other bars but not when I'm trying to eat. I don't know if it's a mixture of stuff behind the bar, old carpet, or the wood on the bar. I didn't notice it until we were almost finished eating but then I was put off. I do love the biscuits though and the Brussels sprouts were really well done. The Kung pao was ok but with I think Kung pao I don't think Red Lobster. I should have stuck to my usual Walt's Favorite.

The service was awesome! I had a craving for coconut shrimp. So we went to Red Lobster. The current special is Endless Shrimp. Our server Grant was awesome. Very prompt. The broccoli was cooked perfect and actually seasoned. The coconut shrimp and shrimp scampi were hot and actually had flavor. I took a star away because the husband shrimp Alfredo lacked flavor and we had to add salt and pepper. Overall I was satisfied.

I had never been to the previous address, but the interior design was so lovely we chose to sit at the new bar. Kady, the bartender (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) was such a doll the whole time waiting us. She kept the chips (touch of louisiana we enjoyed) next to her for refills and made the most twisted hurricane I've had. Definitely walked out clinging to my man lol. We tried the crawfish dip which came with two types of bread, though both went amazing with it. I ordered the lobster ravioli with a side of hush puppies and my old guy ordered the lamb chops, well done, with gumbo (we don't eat pork) and stuffed shrimp. Everything was so damn great tasting. I mean, damned good tasting. My only flaw was the roux could've been a little thinner, but that is absolutely it. Fabulous timeeee and I'm so recommending.

Despite a pretty empty restaurant we were told that only the bar and outside were available. And unlike many other places, they said this bar only allows 21 and older to dine in the bar area, which means only the outside for us. This being a cold (because of the wind) and cloudy morning. Sigh. Asked for a kids menu and was told it's only for 12 and under. Got the evil eye from the hostess when I said my kid qualifies. Then I offered to show them her ID and they backed off with smiles even. The complementary potato chips kind of tasted like Chips Oman. At least they weren't stale and it's a nice addition while you wait. The kiddo got the kids catfish which was just a pretty small piece of fish. Fries were good. Side fruit consisted of strawberries pineapple and red grapes. No drink included. Had to chase down the staff to get some tartar sauce. I wanted a Po Boy but was told they don't offer it on the weekends. Asked about beignets and was told it's only for dessert. Sigh. Decided to get the pork ribeye fricassee. The flavor was good but boy was it salty. Almost like they dropped a whole shaker of salt on it. Good thing there was some rice to counter the effect. Otherwise it would be inedible. So after our meal we had access to the desert menu and got a half order of beignets (4 pieces). They were ok. The dough on these is pretty thick though. Not sure if that's standard but I'd prefer light and fluffy. Soft opening was just the day before. So I think they're trying to find their stride. Water girl was on it though so kudos to her. Waiter was meh. Had to go in and fetch him a few times as they don't come outside much, especially when you're the only one out there. The bar area is small but the bartenders are nice. They have a sectioned off room in the back which might be good for a larger group. Place is kinda small overall though.

My food was all delicious for the most part, it was mainly the service which had a few miscues. This was kind of surprising since it was a Sunday evening and the restaurant was not all that busy with just a few other customers in our entire section the entire time. We ordered the lobster bisque and mussels as apps, shrimp rigatoni and cioppino as entrees and a tiramisu for our dessert. 1) I had to ask to have my drink refilled. 2) I ordered a soup as an appetizer, the bus boy takes the app plates away just prior to the kitchen staff delivering the main entree, which was also a soup, so basically I had to ask for another spoon. 3) Dessert took nearly 25 minutes to come out once it was ordered. Although the food was really good, these blunders sort of put a damper on my visit. On follow-up visits, I will be ordering other menu items to see if they can redeem themselves. The ambiance was nice, but it would have been a lot nicer if they would have seated us near the windows at the front of the restaurant, so we have had a view. Instead, we get the back area which was darker. I historically get seated at the worst areas/tables so this was no big surprise.

Unfortunately, they were out of the mojito -- the one I was most excited to try. We shared the 3 Shrimp Ceviche and the Grilled Beet Ceviche. The shrimp ceviche was wonderful -- bright and refreshing. We added a bit more lime for extra tang, though some may prefer it less tart. One small suggestion would be to cut the pieces slightly smaller so they stay on the chips more easily. The Grilled Beet Ceviche was unexpectedly dessert-like -- sweet, refreshing, and the perfect follow-up to the shrimp. Service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and happy to answer questions, while keeping drinks and chips refilled promptly. For a new restaurant, this place truly impressed. My only suggestions would be to provide a bit more chips with the salsa and to cut the ceviche pieces slightly smaller for easier eating. When I arrived, it was not busy at all, so I walked right in and met her at the bar. She had already ordered our drinks, which I appreciated. She got the Purple Voodoo. Even though it is no longer on the menu, they still made it for her, and she said it tasted the same. I ordered my usual Long Island iced tea, and listen, that thing was made to perfection. Not too sweet, not too dark, just the right balance. Whoever made it knew exactly what they were doing. The ambiance was really nice. It was calm with low lighting and good music playing in the background. It was not too loud, just enough to set the mood without interrupting conversation. It was not crowded, but there were a few people in there enjoying dinner and drinks. It made for a really laid back, after work, midweek dinner vibe. For food, she ordered the blackened catfish with red beans and rice, and I went with fried shrimp, a baked potato, and a Caesar salad. The food came out pretty quickly. Now let's talk about the food. The Caesar salad was amazing. It was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together. I asked for extra croutons and extra dressing, and while I did not need the extra dressing, I definitely needed those croutons. That salad alone could have been my whole meal with some grilled shrimp or salmon added. The baked potato was really good. It was large, filling, and loaded with butter and cheese. My only critique is that the cheese was not melted. It was more like layered on top in ribbons. If they had warmed it just a bit to melt the cheese, it would have taken it up another level visually and in texture. Now the shrimp. It looked good, but it did not deliver. The breading did not do it for me, and it tasted pretty bland, like it was missing seasoning. Especially compared to how well seasoned and perfectly blackened my friend's catfish looked, the shrimp just did not measure up. That was definitely the miss of the meal for me. I did not taste the catfish, but it looked incredible. It was beautifully plated and a generous portion. My friend ate more than half and took the rest home, which says a lot. Service was exceptional. Attentive, friendly, and smooth from start to finish. Overall, I would give it an 8.5 out of 10. The drinks, service, ambiance, and that Caesar salad carried the experience, but I would skip the shrimp next time.

We sat at the bar, always easier than waiting for a table and the busy service staff in the dining area. Our server at the bar greeted us and took a basic drink order to start. After he brought it, we looked at the menu and decided on some alcoholic drinks and an appetizer. But it took a bit to get our server's attention, he was buy wiping down the other end of the bar area. We finally ordered and it didn't take long to come out. The calamari was good and they add in small bits of fried octopus which was tasty and tender. Our lunch soon came out, I had the grilled oyster appetizer and a house salad with what he said was an Italian creamy vinaigrette. For me, the oysters were way over seasoned, perhaps salt and spices and were a bit over done, like they left them under the broiler too long. I was glad there were only 6 since they weren't really good. My salad came loaded with stuff, should have asked but I figured a house salad would be lettuce and maybe some other field greens, tomato, a cucumber and dressing. But this was loaded with bacon (which I don't eat at all) cheese, onions and huge croutons. I scraped all that stuff of to the salad part and took one bite and found the dressing so sweet as if it had a ton of sugar. I let our server know and asked for a salad without all the stuff on top and jus oil and vinegar. My wife had the fried shrimp platter which was quite good but OMG, there must have been a pound of French fries on the plate. She couldn't finish all the shrimp so I added it to my salad! Overall, we both agreed that maybe it's because we don't eat out a lot and do most of our cooking at home, but the food was in general over seasoned, even too salty and my wife almost always adds salt to what she serves herself at home. Restaurants have all had to increase prices since the pandemic, our lunch ended up being just over $100 before tip, guess we won't be dining out too soon.
