This has been our go to restaurant during the Covid-19 social distancing era. The restaurant is closed except for takeout, FREE delivery (through April 12th) and curbside, but Noah the GM and his skeleton staff do an absolutely fantastic job filling your order. Tonight I had shrimp scampi in garlic sauce (superb) and my wife had popcorn shrimp, also excellent. They also sell beer and wine so we ordered a bottle of Chardonnay ($9, very reasonable) to go with our meal. Took it home and had a great dinner. When you pick up, ring the doorbell. You might have to wait a few minutes. The limited crew cooks, opens the door, rings up your order so be patient. It will be worth it. We always use the Red Lobster app which can give you points and rewards for free appetizers. You can pay with the app which makes it easy (unless ordering beer or wine-then you pay there). We decided to try curbside to go for the first time here and it was so easy and the food was great as well as the server who brought it to our car. My only problem was their app wasn't working properly so I had to call in and tried to use their automated phone service but it kept picking the wrong items so I eventually hung up and just called the restaurant and spoke with someone in the carry out. red lobster posted a free printed meal voucher for veterans shrimp & chips for veterans day 2024 on line. when i went to pick up my voucher, they said it was for dine in only. no carryouts. what a way to treat veterans! no wonder red lobster is goingout of business! i will never eat there again. and i will share my expierence with family and friends! read more

Arrived at 4:45pm for a 5PM reservation, seated at5:15. Ordered food which came at 6.05. The server did a good job and he kept checking in with me. Once I got my food it was hot and tasted great. In their defense I went to this restaurant on Christmas Day. The waiter gave me dessert to take home. I would have preferred a baked potato but they were out so I had to take mashed potatoes. I ordered one appetizer , one drink, with my meal. It cost $77.97 not including the tip. For one person I thought this was rather expensive. The delay was due to the kitchen, not the server. Another thing I noticed, there were six tables that were not cleaned off for almost the entire time I was there . Maybe if some of these table had been cleaned off the waiting time for customers in the lobby could have shorter. read more

Hadn't been to Red Lobster in years, but we had a gift card so decided to go for crab legs. Have to say we were very disappointed. The crab/lobster tank was empty, the hostess was very dull & never smiled. Our waitress was basically the same way. We only found one crab dish, and they were horrible! Skinny & very fishy tasting. Everything about our order was wrong it was a weak lobster and steak dinner that I had gotten for $30 the lobster was more like a prawn then a lobster tail so be weary it's very small. Then they forgot the dipping sauce described in the menu. Lobster over cooked. Very very rubbery. I asked for a medium steak and I got a raw peace of Chuck thats seared on each end which I will include in the picture. the green beans were good and biscuits were good the salad was a Caesar salad that they sent ranch dressing with instead of Caesar dressing... because it was the Caesar salad.....smh be careful with this location I cant tell you how mad I was when the driver has no mask on during delivery at all but then our order is so wrong.... wasted 80$+ dinner for 2 for date night at home finally without kids and they dropped the ball on the food big time. My wifes scallops were in a soup smfh and not one of them bigger than a dime size. It smelt fishy so we threw them out. You know what they say about seafood....if it smells fishy dont eat it! It's red lobster. The food is what it is. They ask you to wait in your vehicle until they text you. You get a text message that says you're table is ready, however this just gets you out of the comforts of your car and into the lobby to sit and wait another 20 or so minutes until they call your name. (I'm guessing at the 20 or so minutes. It's been 20 so far and I'm still sitting in the lobby waiting for my table that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. read more

This is a review of the spur of consciousness in the moment while eating: Did you just serve me PlayDough? That was so frozen it broke into granules because it refused to thaw like Mr. Burns Heart -- Doh! In all reality I ate a piece of lobster from the lobster bisque. It broke like grains of sand. How did you master that pre-chewed technique. 'Cos I've licked tire tread with more flavor than that.' What, momma got you an Easy Bake oven and you decided to open up a Red Lobster? I had one of those too, but you don't see me sucking the flavor out of life. Each employee should line up in queue, present themselves by name, and ask the lobster in tank for forgiveness. Apologize to each lobster before cutting it's rubber bands and setting it free. Praying that they maimed you for your transgressions. The ringing from the microwave harkins me to the freshness of the food... You can tell this place WAS happening at one time but it's just been worn away like an old shoe or Vegas hotel prostitute. It's like a build your own adventure story; and you made a horrible choice. My husband and I just left this Red Lobster (Friday June14, 2019) and the food was very good the service was excellent!! Everybody was very friendly and very fast at seating us and serving us. My husband got the Admiral, I got pick two with coconut shrimp and garlic scampi. yummy Thank you for our great visit....the other Red Lobster missed out on our order because they never came to the hostess stand to seat us. I had went to red lobster today and had a waiter by the name of paul and he was very rude and only checked on us one time. He ignored us the whole time we ate i needed a refill for 30 minutes and he never came he proceeded to walk past and help other tables. He took 35 minutes to take my order and a hour to bring our food out. i would not recommended going to this location or at least have paul as your waiter. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I never give reviews but that's literally the worst food I've ever had. I feel like I could puke up my hundred dollars. What a waste. I've had a better dinner with some expired tapioca pudding from a nursing home. The crab legs were so over cooked they folded like a dish sponge when you tried to crack them. All they serve is Pepsi products so I ask for water and it's iced dishwater with some damn lemon. I'm pretty sure they just keep the same five lobsters in the tank and microwave Walmart seafood. The same lobster with one eye is still there from when I ate here last in 2019. I feel like I just paid to have the stomach flu. read more

When my wife and daughter went to the restroom, a waiter came out of the kitchen with a tray full of food, without looking at his surroundings, ran into my daughter and the tray hit her in the forehead. Instead of checking on my daughter, the waiter attempted to just feel distraught that he dropped the food. He didn't even check to see if she was okay. Who puts dropped food in front of a 7 year old you just ran into. My daughter developed a small bruise on her forehead while we were there. I went to talk to the manager and I asked him why this was tolerated and all he replied with was that he was sorry. I wasn't a fan of what seemed to be the lack of accountability held and the fact that my daughter got ran into. Our waiter, after all of this, including the manager, both seemed frazzled after the situation. Our waiter dropped a kids water on my son, soaking his lower half. This made him uncomfortable. For a chain restaurant they have the kindest wait staff here. We've been here several times and they service is always top notch. The food is consistent and good for the price. It's always clean and you get really attentive service. For those complaining about the quality, it's a chain seafood restaurant. Yeah, it's not Oceans 44 but you're also not dropping $350 for a dinner for two. In my opinion you get what is expected for the cost. read more

Went back twice since my last review and the appetizers we tried weren't very appetizing. Crab cakes were greasy and awful the lobster pizza tasted fishy and tasteless the stuffed mushrooms were a bowl of grease on the other hand the mussels were good the coconut shrimp we're good( how can you screw up frozen shrimp) and the scallops were just ok. All in all I think we are going to take a brake from red lobster for a while. read more

Waiter served me two dressed Dos Equis but salted the rim both times and the beer bubbled over both times as he set the glass down and left immediately. Didn't acknowledge the spilled over beer everywhere either time. The second time I brought it to his attention he said this time it's on me. No you just can't salt the inside of the rim.... or it'll fall in and make a mess... it's really not rocket science. I really should've said I'm not paying for the beers but oh well. Also I ordered crab legs with crab meat pasta. The crab legs were pretty good but the pasta had a gross smell to it. The only reason this Red Lobster is getting 2 stars is because our waiter was amazing and the food was...edible. Mediocre food, but it is extremely overpriced. Our seafood was drenched in as much butter as you'd find water at Niagara Falls! We couldn't tell whether or not the shrimp and salmon was fresh because all we tasted was butter! My garden salad had a rotting piece of lettuce as well. The margaritas and mixed drinks are extremely overpriced as well. My husband's margarita was all ice, high priced, and not nice..lol. Wont do this again! We waited 20mins to be seated looked over the menu. We got seated and ordered immediately and we have been waiting almost an hour still no food. The waitress is super nice but this is RIDICULOUS! Ordered dinner for my 91 year old mother who was alone on Mother's Day. Red Lobster is her favorite restaurant. The dinner was never delivered however they managed to charge my credit card. They did not answer the phone--on hold greater than 20 minutes and then recording said "we're unable to take your call".
