I came back here after management at Red Lobster reached out to ask about what went wrong with my previous experience. They ended up sending me a voucher to come back. I specifically went back to the same location to see if there was any improvement-I was mainly disappointed. The food was good - no complaints. My issue was the slow service. The staff were friendly but the cheddar bay biscuits took forever to arrive. It came after the entree arrived. Additionally, the plate given to us wasn't clean-see photo. Lastly, the men's bathroom was out of paper towels and there was no hand dryer. These subtle tweaks could have easily changed my review to 5 star. But sadly the service speed was just as bad as last time and again, we went during lunch on Labor Day and there weren't many customers when we were there

I was told this location may be under new management (though I'm not sure if that's actually true), so I wanted to give an honest review of our recent visit. The restaurant itself has that classic Red Lobster feel--very nostalgic and comfortable. It wasn't busy when we arrived, and we were seated promptly, which was a great start. Unfortunately, things became frustrating after we placed our order. About 30 minutes later, we were informed that they were out of both filet mignon and rice, which meant our Jambalaya order needed to be changed and our Surf & Turf had to be modified as well. It was disappointing that it took that long for the kitchen to communicate those shortages. We then waited another 20 minutes before being told they could actually make the Jambalaya after all if we still wanted it. By that point, we had already been waiting nearly an hour for our food and just wanted to eat. When the food finally arrived, most of it was fine. However, my steak was very tough and difficult to chew, which was disappointing, especially after the extended wait. The rest of the meal was perfectly acceptable. Our server, Matthew, was very kind, professional, and apologetic throughout the entire situation. He handled everything as well as he could and was not the issue. From what we observed, there seemed to be a disconnect between management, the kitchen, and the serving staff. We could hear management walking around discussing that there was no rice available, yet the information wasn't being communicated consistently to guests in a timely manner. I understand that restaurants run out of items, and that happens. The bigger issue was the lack of communication and the amount of time it took for accurate information to reach our table. Hopefully these are just growing pains, because the staff was friendly and the restaurant itself was pleasant.

Seafood focused restaurant with a few chicken and beef options on the menu as well. We came in to try the unlimited shrimp promotion. With this option you can choose 3 shrimp varieties at a time. And once you finish, you can order more. The portions are fairly small which is expected but the biggest challenge was the wait time between rounds. Since you can only order 3 shrimp varieties at a time, the slow pace made for a longer dining experience. After the second round, we decided we were done waiting for additional orders. We also tried the shrimp your way with 2 shrimp selections. As for the food, it wasn't quite my taste. The coleslaw in particular had an unusual smell like one of the ingredients may have gone bad, so I didn't feel comfortable eating much of it. I also tried their guava chilli margarita which was a little too sweet for my preference. The sever was friendly and checked on us several times throughout the meal. It seemed like she was managing a number of tables, but she remained attentive wherever she stopped by.

Haven't had red lobster in years, but I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by Autumn. She was very attentive and even got us our drinks to go at the end. Food was delicious with all seafood dishes being cooked perfectly. Highlight of the dinner was definitely the Brussels sprouts recommended by Autumn. Even though it's a side and the description is super generic, they're deep fried and finished with a balsamic vinaigrette and crispy friend onions. So delicious.

We hit up this location for my dad's birthday and we were a fairly large party, so we were grateful they could accommodate us! Upon arrival, our table was ready and we got drinks right away. The waitress was attentive and gave us time to figure out our orders. With 11 people, it's a lot of food to sort! The cheddar bay biscuits were amazing and we didn't notice an overly long time to get our food because of the delicious little appetizers. Everything came out ok, but there were a couple of things forgotten that had to be found. Overall, this was a nice experience, but our poor waitress was by herself in a huge section!

Had a great experience at the Red Lobster Henderson location. Neredia provided excellent service and was very friendly throughout our visit. The Main Deck Margarita Flight was really good, the lobster flatbread pizza was delicious, and the unlimited shrimp was definitely worth it. Overall, great food, great service, and a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! Ambiance was good!

Jay R was an amazing server and provided first class service for my lunch!! He brought water with my soda, hot biscuits, and made sure I always had attention and what I needed. The restaurant and my booth were clean and comfortable. Easy parking and ramp to walk in and out. When my meal arrived, the shrimp scampi lunch special was so delicious and filling. The shrimp was full of flavor and the baked potato was cooked perfectly and added the right amount of butter. My key lime pie for dessert was a reward (sign up- it's easy and free!). When it was time to go, I ordered some extra food for later including the sesame soy salmon bowl (includes flavorful brussel sprouts, light greens, rice, and good portion of salmon), which I love and the hostess recommended as well. Jay R packed some freshly baked biscuits to go and I just ate one when I got home and still tasted warm and yummy. Jay R made sure my to go food and cherry Pepsi were perfectly packed. He always had a smile throughout my dining experience; I felt like a welcome customer. Thank you for the wonderful service! I normally order delivery and this was such a nice change to dine in for lunch on a Friday after errands. :-)

We had a rare night we were both free so we had date night! Still lovely decor. Hostess greeted us and sat us after asking preference of table or booth. We prefer booth as even for one next to the window. Our server Cecilia she was awesome. Have us suggestions and very friendly. I had the shrimp and sauce and clam chowder. Mister had the shrimp platter with Hush Puppies, shrimp scampi and coconut shrimp. Also the bacon wrapped scallops and seafood stuffed mushrooms for apps. All very delicious. Nothing was too fishy at all. We use the rewards program so we took how some delicious strawberry cheesecake for dessert. The manager Lisa checked in on us. We let her know we were pleased. I hope when we return we have the same server she was great!

Red lobster located on Marks street near the Wal Mart. Stopped in tonight as we had gift cards and thought we'd better use them before they go out of business, as that's what's occurring with Red Lobster. Saturday night at 6pm and Red Lobster is a ghost town, so many empty tables, which is concerning as a guest for certain. The menu has far too many options, however I settled on the ultimate feast. The waitress delivered warm cheddar biscuits which are always a hit. These were delicious as always. My wife had a salad which was fresh and she said it was crisp and delicious. She said the veggies were also fresh. The ultimate feast choice was Lovster tail, sirloin, shrimp scampi and shrimp linguini. And orzo rice and mashed potatoes for the sides. The entrees took quite a while to come out. Far too long in my opinion, especially since there was literally nobody in the restaurant. When the entrees did arrive, everything looked great. The lobster tails were delicious however the Maine tail was a bit too salty. The sirloin was more mediu well than medium but still tasted good. The shrimp scampi has changed apparently from the old days, I was not a fan. Overall I think the service was great, however the food was just good. Not great, but good. I will say I'm happy I no longer have to worry about gift cards going to waste. Would I return to the Red Lobster? Honestly, probably not. I think there are far more options available in Las Vegas that are better quality and better value for seafood pairings. That being said, I still don't regret having dined here tonight.

Hadn't been to Red Lobster in years and popped into our local one and was pleasantly surprised. The popcorn shrimp didn't necessarily look as advertised but it tasted fine. The crab queso was awesome and different. My wife and I shared the margarita flight and it was great. The lobster bisque soup was also up to par. All in all a great dinner for the family and our server Andrew was solid

Pleasantly surprised! Been a long time since we have been here, worth trying again!!! We went on a Friday, where they had a lunch special menu. Many different options from $12-$16 per person!!!! You cant get fast food for that now a days!! My husband had all you can eat salad and soup and of course their amazing biscuits. Soup options were lobster bisque or new England clam chowder, you could have each of them, which was a bonus!! I had shrimp scampi, which had 1 side selection, I chose mashed potatoes. Food was great! Service was wonderful! If your looking for a quick, delish and reasonably priced lunch, I recommend going! We will be back for sure!!

I got a mich ultra and my wife had a white wine as they didnt have seltsers. We love this place as you can get massive gulf coast oysters for only $28 per dozen. Last time we were there we got the Gumbo which is always good with tons of seafood mixed along with okra. This time we got the pan roast which had a spicy tomato sauce base which we got an 8 out of 10 that included shrimp, lobster, and crab for along with a ball if steamed white rice. It was very tasty and not spicy for an 8 so go higher if you want to burn your mouth. They do have 4 different hot sauce options to add as well. The best part is a free sourdough bread with butter as your starter but dont eat it all as it is great to sop up the sauce and you cand definitely smell the sour yeast on that yummy bread. Service was always fast at the bar and put on the high tops. You may experience a wait during heavy dinner times, but the overall value is worth it. Just send a sentry to go get drinks at a nearby bar while in line. This time around we didnt wait at all at 8pm on a Friday but waited 30 min last time we went, but one person csn wait while you alternat gambling trips.

We ordered cocktails from a very limited menu. Our waiter wasn't sure how to make the lemon drop martini on the menu but said he'd try to follow the recipe. I ordered coippino which at $46 was expensive but I wanted a treat. Hubby ordered large clam chowder in bread bowl and Caesar salad. Cioppino lists first ingredient as crab. What I was served had no crab, 2 overcooked shrimp and rubbery calamari. The sauce was flavorful but so disappointing otherwise. I asked about the crab and was told "no crab" and I was offered additional scallops as compensation. He brought three small scallops on a plate. Hubby was served two small bread bowls of chowder with the explanation of "we are out of large bowls". Again, it should have been discussed prior to serving that there was a substitution. Located smack dab in the middle of the District, the moment you walk in you feel like you've been transported to a portside restaurant in New Orleans, with plenty of boating equipment and fish models everywhere. King's Fish House specializes in seafood, as you might guess from the name, but I was quite surprised at the different types of seafood they have on offer here. Ranging from simply grilled fish, to Cajun and Creole seafood offerings, to even a raw bar and various seafood specialties from around the country and the world (they even have sushi on their menu!), King's Fish House has it all for those that love good seafood and more! Needless to say, after coming here a few times both by myself and with family, I love this place. Some of my personal favorite items include their yellowtail poke, the grilled octopus caponata, and their shrimp and scallops, but the real treat is the specials that come in every few months or so. This time around I got their Cajun-spiced cedar plank salmon, and it melted in my mouth. Make sure to save room for dessert, too -- my favorite desserts include their bread pudding and butter cake! Indulgent enough to share, but I won't judge if you opt to spoil yourself and finish it all! Between their great service, the fact that they source their fish, and enough choices and specials to keep you interested, I'm amazed that I didn't start coming here sooner, but I'm glad I did. Definitely add this to your rotation if you enjoy seafood as much as I do!

This has officially become our favorite mariscos spot! We've become regulars because everything…read moreabout this place keeps us coming back. The drinks are always delicious, the atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly every single time we visit. One of the best parts is that it's so close to our house, and they're always running great specials. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the generous portions you get. Whether we dine in or order takeout, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and never disappoints. If you're looking for amazing mariscos, great service, and a fun place to eat, I can't recommend this restaurant enough. We're so happy to have found this gem!

We've been coming here for years and have visited several of your locations. Until today, we've…read morealways had great experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. The prices have increased to a point that no longer feels justified, even for the basic fish taco. Unfortunately, the fish was undercooked and gummy, and the carne asada taco was just average. The quality simply didn't match the cost. We're happy to pay more for great food, but this felt like poor value. At this point, it's hard to justify returning. That's disappointing because we've genuinely enjoyed your restaurants over the years. We wish you all the best and hope you find a better balance between quality and pricing, but unfortunately, we won't be back.
