Services was great and food was good. The Ambiance was wonderful and not noise plus. It was wonderful!!!

I don't know what is going on within your company but this was a disaster of an experience! There's almost so much that went wrong to even complain about it all, but some highlights include: kitchen was out of biscuits so we got one round and it took close to 20 minutes to get them :( Let me preface the rest by saying we were there almost TWO HOURS for one meal...lunch! The server was Isiah and he was nice and trying hard to make up for the shortcoming of the kitchen but he still wasn't on top of his game. Drinks took too long, food was brought out in half like one item at a time, my kids got their side and then actual meal more than 10-15 minutes apart. The only thing that was quick and really nailed it was the coconut shrimp, thank goodness we ordered them. Cajun pasta with no seasoning no flavor no heat, had to bring us a side of the actual seasoning so I could top it. Drinks were sugary and gross, it was even one of the special drinks featured on the menu. Icing on the cake? We had $75 in gift cards to use and our server took them, came out and said OH sorry they don't work....LIKE WHAT DO YOU MEAN? They in fact did work, but was he trying to keep them for himself or what? I asked for the manager, he stood across the restaurant and stared at me and didn't even bother to come over. I had to basically hunt him down....the place wasn't even busy, maybe 10-12 tables at most. VERY VERY sad experience, makes me want to never go back. The management sets the tone in these corporate stores, and if you have someone in place that is so complacent you will never be successful! read more

I know I have reviewed our local Red Lobster before, but I want to continue to give them kudos for such amazing service. Today, I sat in a booth at the bar (first time) and thought I would not get much attention. However, my waitperson, Sam, was attentive, friendly, and checked back just the right amount of times! Red Lobster in Flagstaff continues to be a consistently nice experience for my trip , this location continues the tradition of yummy food that is synonymous with the name. I ordered steak & Lobster , you can pick any 2 sides too. The food was fresh cooked and hot when brought out. The lobster and steak were tender, seasoned well, juicy and flavorful. We stopped in Flagstaff on the way to Meteor Crater and saw a Red Lobster We thought let's eat there since there are no longer Red Lobster restaurants near where we live . We were very disappointed . I ordered the Shrimp linguini .. it was very salty .. our clam chowder tasted as though it came out of a can .. the Asian salmon salad was delicious . Our Server Lauren was very helpful and kind . He made us feel good that we stopped by . They also had the all you can eat Shrimp special for$29.99 .. maybe that is why the Shrimp linguine was so salty . read more

Ordered the mariners boil with old bay & Butter. Came out pretty good. Only down side I'd say was one of our lobster tails showed up empty and the other with barely a bite. They brought us a replacement lobster with no seasoning towards the end of our meal when we were about wrapped up. read more

Salmon bowl - sauce on the fish, Brussels sprouts, and orzo rice was too salty and too sweet. The salmon initially came out undercooked (raw in middle) and the recook was overcooked. It took forever for someone to come wait on us. It also took forever to get our food which wasn't even that good for the price. I went 2 years ago and everything was awesome this time not good at all. Just a terrible experience this time. When we ask the waitress why it was taking so long she said it is what it is. I'm a,server myself so I know that is a terrible response. She was lucky I am a server because the people at the other table only tipped her 2.00 me being or trying to be understanding that their in college still tip 20 percent my daughter said that was to generous for the service we received. In town and the boss wanted to do Red Lobster. His favorite place to eat. Long day in the sun made the cool air conditioning feel great. He ordered the Patron Margaritas and I ordered a bourbon mule. The waitress had no idea what that was so I explained it to her. Whoever made the drink got plenty of ginger beer in it. The stuffed mushrooms were good but not really very stuffed. I got the Wednesday night special. Steak and Lobster. The steak was cooked perfect but had zero seasoning on it. I am pretty sure there wasn't even salt and pepper on it. Lucky for me there was salt and pepper at the table. The lobster tail was overcooked because it was rubbery and it wasnt seasoned either. The butter helped but not a lot. Potatoes were good and the biscuits were great. The boss got the admirals feast and an order of snow crab legs. He said everything was cooked just fine. I had a crab leg and it wasn't bad. read more

My wife and I ordered Fish & Chips with baked potato, and clam chowder: not good, fish was very salty, overcooked and rubbery, have had better Banquet frozen fish dinners, too expensive for quality of main course with small portions, also, the clam chowder didn't have any clams, the server must have skimmed the soup from the top of the pot, very watery, a few diced potato's, the baked potato was the size of a lemon! and was undercooked. The cheddar biscuits were a tad undercooked. Maybe it was just a bad night for the cooking staff? The service staff was very attentive and very apologetic of the food quality, they did offer us to order something else, but we declined. However, on a more positive perspective, I did like the pictures/prints of the New England area hung on the various walls inside the dining area. We have lived in the Flagstaff area for a little over 2 years and have wanted to dine at Red Lobster since our arrival, we tried it and more than likely not ever to try it again. read more

Ok. The cheddar bay biscuits are still bomb but I also have to add the Chesapeake Fries, and Crispy Brussel Sprouts to the omg this is insanely good must have items. Be careful who you have lunch with though because some people will eat most of the Brussel sprouts and leave you very sad. read more

I got treated so badly you'd think I ordered an "all-you-can-eat" shrimp dinner, then asked for fifths. My preference is dining alone, and evidently, this makes me the world's worst person. No, I don't want to eat at the bar --- I've done that at Red Lobsters before and it attracts more attention than 3 empty seats. For the record, it wasn't a full house. Prices at Red lobster have gone through the roof! everyone has gone up, I get it. But don't double the prices and then no longer provide a salad with the meal. Manager at this location must be at the ghost town. Never saw one! Popcorn shrimp is better warmed up from the frozen section at the grocery store. Not recommended! OMG! What a horrible experience. When you order online for carry out they tell you to not come in, but text "here" upon arrival. When you do text "Here" you get a response "Thanks for letting us know you're here. Please turn on your hazard lights, and we'll be out soon." After 15 min, no food so I texted Here again. Then the response was: "Your food is ready and coming out now. Enjoy your meal! " After 25 minutes I went inside and the food was sitting on the bar getting cold. It would be impossible for the staff to not see two cars at the front door with hazards lights on. What a joke. read more

So we are from out of town expecting to have a nice relaxing meal after 14 hours on the road. Our server Emma was great, very pleasant and accommodating. The problem was waiting for the main meal to be served. We waited over a hour and that was with continuous asking about the food. There wasn't even a lot of customers there.We finally gave up and paid for what we had for drinks and appetizers and my autistic sons fish and chips, which we asked to be put in a box to go, and we left very dissatisfied. Very kind staff served us today. We love red lobster but this was our first time at the flag location and about an hour after eating the shrimp, my mom and I both got very sick. We are still sick, so we called to let them know (incase its contaminated shellfish) and the lady brushed it off saying we are sick from the richness of their food... lol. The prices on the menu imply really good food. For the three of us celebrating a birthday, it was meh! I had the fish and chips. I left the fries because they were tasteless. I opened the bottom of the fish and had to look down the hole to see if there really was a fish in there. Yeah, there was, but it had little taste. All three of us were very disappointed. I thought this would be a safe bet but how do you not have tea. The service was extremely slow and the food took forever to arrive. I got fish and chips and was disappointed. The fish was a huge chunk of deep fried batter. The fries were dry like they had been reheated. I wasn't able to eat them. The whole atmosphere was dreary and dark. We Took my grandmother to dinner for her birthday. Everything was going well until my sister took a bite of her food and she a rubber band in her mashed potatoes. We brought it up to our server and her reaction was HORRIBLE. She was disgustingly rude about the whole situation. My sister lost her appetite and she asked them to take the whole thing away. After pointing this out She then literally huffed and puffed grabbing all the plates in front of my sister, one shrimp had fallen off the plates onto my nephews food AND SHE GRABBED IT OFF HIS PLATE WITH HER BARE FINGERS. I went here with my family and was extremely disappointed by the service from the server Bobby, the hostess and who looked like a manager. The server was none attentive but I let that go and wasn't to bothered but when it came to paying our bill he rudely took the card out of my husbands hand. The hostess came to pick up the plates that were pilling up and didn't acknowledge my comment to her and my compliment she simply ignored me both times. I am so disgusted with the service here.
